Six of us stayed at this very nice property as we were attending a nearby wedding. The views across St Joseph Sound were beautiful! Plenty of room to hang out in the large living room or on the back porch overlooking the Sound. The kitchen was nicely equipped, including both a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Lots of games, fishing gear, and even a cast net to catch bait! The pool was heated and clean. Our host, Larry, lives on site, but we really never noticed him. There were two occasions when we needed assistance and he responded immediately. Very friendly guy! Publix grocery is one mile away, and Walmart is 8 minutes by car. Plenty of parking in the large driveway. The elevator was a great help to our 89-yr-old mother, and also very handy to get luggage, etc up to the main living area. We highly recommend this property!

Everything was very clean. Check in/out was super easy. Lots of space to hang out inside and outside… but when you’re there you will want to be outside the whole time! We had breakfast every morning on the upper balcony over looking the water & hung out in and around the pool which also over looks the water. The water view is gorgeous! We even saw 2 dolphins! Definitely recommend this place!

A+ We had a fantastic time, from check in to check out, The Home was the perfect place with pool and ocean front view, the sunsets were amazing. Our kids had such a great time kayaking, fishing and jumping off the dock, we also saw Dolphins swimming near by. Larry was very accommodating and was readily available to answer any questions wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back!

We rented this home to gather our family to celebrate our Mom's 80th birthday and it was perfect for guests of all ages. The teens found spots to play board games and lounge together while the adults enjoyed kayaking and relax with the beautiful views. The pool was perfect for all. The kitchen was well-appointed even for a party. And there were plenty of pillows and blankets, comfortable beds and extra areas to lounge both inside and outside. Larry was the host with the most, with easy communication and check-in/out. We all hated for our time to end and look forward to booking this home again.

The place was awesome overall! My family had a great time swimming, fishing, and even getting to see dolphins swim right up to the seawall a couple times. The sunsets were also amazing each night. Some things around the house show their age and heavy usage, but the location more than made up for that for us.

Property was not fit for purpose. 1 of the 4 bedrooms were unusable mould and damp on the walls. Mould dog and cat pee smells all over the house. Bedding didnt look laundered.one of the patio doors was brken and taped shut , decking are and hand rails were a massive safety issue. Screws sticking up from decking area, hand rails loose and unsafe. No patio furniture charis/ table down under decking area as in photos on VRBO, Patio table broken and supported with cable grips. Washing mashine was broken and shower was leaking. Host agreed bedroom was unusable and offered us 25% refund, this was not acceptable as our party required 4 bedrooms and I was not prepared to sleep in the lounge.I requested a full refund which I am still seeking and will take up on my return to UK

Beautiful home, décor definitely could use updating! We enjoyed the views and pool very much. We also went out to the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island that was amazing all on its own! We also visited the Thirsty Marlin for dinner, A++. Great location! Quite neighborhood. Owner and Dogs where on site in attached apartment. Definitely worth the money! All of our family loved it!

We had an outstanding stay. Tremendous view. Pool was great. There were schools of snapper right in front of the sea wall. There was an elevator which made things incredibly easy. The property owner responded to every question within minutes. Property was clean. Would definitely come back.

We truley enjoyed our stay. Love the area. Would stay again if some repairs were done to house. Very much in need of many repairs. Not having full use of driveway somewhat problem. On sight manager helpful. Great view and water access.

The house was big enough for the whole family and had everything we needed. Its in a great location from beaches to restaurants. Great views of the sunsets. Host was very easy to work with. The only thing we had issues with was the deck (recommend wearing shoes). We do understand it is in the process of being fixed. Great overall stay!

We had an amazing trip. The house was wonderful. There was lots of space for our 11 person family. The sunsets were stunning. The fishing was a big hit with everyone. The house is the perfect location and close to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend! Larry was always available for any questions! Definitely staying here again!

First off I want to make sure you know that the owner lives in a portion of the home. We missed that in the add. We had had 9 people and 4 cars but had to leave room in the driveway for the owners vehicle. He has 2 German shepherd dogs and they barked at us anytime they were outside. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The doors on the inside did not lock. The deck and rails are in very bad condition and need to be replaced. They are a hazard. The electrical outlets in the bathrooms have been covered by the countertop and you can’t plug in a large plug like a blow dryer. The views from the home are amazing but the house has a lot of issues for almost $5,000 for a week.

My family had a fabulous time staying at this home. I can't rave enough about Larry and how kind and accommodating he was for us! He was always available when we needed to ask questions. The house had tons of room for all of us. My kids (12 & 13) lived in the pool almost the entire time. The view is so spectacular! I loved sitting on the deck every morning, drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins and birds pass by. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Loved the property! The views were amazing! The location was great! While at the house we felt totally removed from the hustle and bustle of a city, many things were very close by. 10 mins away grocery stores, large department stores good local restuarants. Also within 15 mins were great breaches (Honeymoon Island State Park) and great deep sea fishing in Tarpon Springs. We saw dolphins within10 feet of the dock most days!
Larry was awesome. He was very responsive to any communications. Extremely professional. Would definitely be interested in returning for another vacation!

First, Larry is the best. He is super accommodating and so friendly. His home is beautiful. The view from the super large porch is amazing. The pool was wonderful and you can’t beat the view from the pool either! We saw several dolphins swim by, enjoyed fishing off the dock and it’s a super quick shot to honeymoon island. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this dream home. The elevator was also super convenient for unloading the car. Thanks again Larry! We had an awesome vacation!!!

Absolutely the best views of nature at it's finest at low tide....water is crystal clear. At high tide, dolphins were seen chasing a school of fish very close to the peer. Very impressive to 2 city girls!!!
The houses could used some updating, especially the wooden deck and pool surround, but we were barefooted 99% of the time and had no problems. Little kids running around might experience some splinters.
Everything we wanted/needed was in the houses. The houses was clean and bug free. Larry was a sweetie to work with!!

Even though our trip was cut short by 2 days thanks to Hurricane Ian, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The house was spacious and clean and perfect for our family! The kids enjoyed swimming and kayaking and we all enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch. Larry was so responsive and great to rent from. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This was our first time visiting Palm Harbor…and we were not disappointed! The house was set up perfectly for our family’s needs (privacy and serenity). The property owner was very helpful and was very quick to respond to any of our questions. We were able to see dolphins multiple times right out in front of the house…not to mention all the other beautiful scenery that this location has to offer! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Our 2 families had a great relaxing time on the house, enjoying the water views, sunsets and all the other amenities that the house comes with (large common area, pool, kayaks, row boat, fishing gear, view, wild life - saw dolphins and beautiful birds). Honeymoon island is so close and was our favorite beach to go to! Our host was super responsive and helpful, and provided great tips for boat rentals, which was a great way to explore sandbars and other islands!

The beds and furniture were comfy, there was room for.a large amount of people and most of all you can enjoy the beautiful view from almost anywhere in the home. We made use of the kayaks, pool, rowboat, and fishing gear and rarely left the home. From the dock we saw dolphins and many birds. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and even a slow-cooker. Great home.

The view was amazing, the house not so much. The house was very dirty. Toliets caked in dust and hair, drains clogged with hair, dust caked on vents, dirty glass and mirrors, floor very sticky. The house itself is falling apart, the kitchen ceiling looks like it is about to cave in, only a section of the deck boards had been replaced the rest are just covered with rubber mats. Dog poop in the yard, for the very short time we did spend outside their dogs would sit and bark the whole time. There was an outlet in one of the bedrooms that didnt have a outlet cover on it, Once of the bathroom outlets I couldnt even use a hair dryer because most of the outlet was covered up by a counter top. This house was nice probably 20 years ago but now it just needs to all be remodeled. I was expecting alot more, please save your money and dont stay here. My parents rented a house literly three blocks down for the same price and everything was brand new and clean! Very disappointed with this stay and Im sure the owner is going to come on here and dispute everything I just said cause reading past reviews that is what he does but I took lots of pictures for anyone who would like to contact me for them. I really wish I could upload them on this review.

House was huge for our needs, but poorly apportioned. Kitchen and dining area were small but adequate. Same for bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom was very musty, almost moldy. I think it had not been rented recently. The deck boards definitely need replacing- don't think sanding and refinishing would help. The odd smell in the elevator was gone within a week. Very odd assortment of kitchen cutlery, appliances, etc. Anyone going there in the future will have a brand new weber grill which we purchased and Larry reimbursed, but don't try to grill after dark as three of the four under-deck lights are missing. It was very disappointing that none of the doors or windows to the deck and the bay could be opened

This home is in a great location. The views of the sunset were spectacular and the house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. We especially enjoyed the deck, dock and pool areas. The home has some deferred maintenance issues, but overall we had everything we needed and our stay was very nice. The owner is on site and easily accessible for any questions or issues.

Excellent house to rent for a nice relaxing vacation! Not sure how anyone can complain about this house. My family ages 13-70 all had a great time with the pool and views. Wish we had the time to enjoy the kayaks and rowboat but will definitely try and make it back to enjoy those. Larry was quick with a reply when I contacted him which I wouldn't have needed to if I would've just read the binder when I checked in. Definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It is so nice to have expansive views of the water and a private heated pool. We fished off the dock and enjoyed the comfort of the spacious inside. Larry was an excellent host and very responsive if we had any questions! Can’t wait to come back!

When it comes to location and relaxation, this home is wonderful. The view of the water and sunsets are postcard perfect. Dolphins and pelicans are among your neighbors. The home is like a good friend who tells you to "come stay in my house on the Gulf Coast and take a break." It's very personal, including mementos of family from over the years. The sheer size of the home makes a large family gathering a pleasure. Everyone had space. Like any well-used home on the coast, the decks are weathered to the point of requiring shoes to avoid splinters. But, the pool overlooking the water makes up for it. Larry was a good source for things to see and do: a local undersea spring, the Greek sponge docks, and more. you really don't need to go far from the home to enjoy the Gulf Coast. Clearwater Beach is only about a half-hour away. Honeymoon Island State Park (across the Sound from the home) is only a few minutes drive away and has wonderful seashells and beaches. Thanks Larry for sharing your home with us. We'll try to come back someday.

Our group of five adults had a wonderful week here! This property is perfectly situated on St. Joseph Sound, with an 180 degree view of the water. We enjoyed using the kayaks, the bicycles and the pool. Larry was extremely responsive to our questions and gave us complete privacy during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoyed the various porches and decks. The Publix was a mile away and Sprouts five. Excellent seafood shops nearby too. Our day trip to Honeymoon Island was also fun. We hope to be back to visit again, thanks Larry!
