This is our second time staying in this rental, and we love it! We come to Shorewood yearly, and after staying other villas we came back to this one because it's just so great! The kids love the pool view, and it's close to pool and beach access. The place is lovely, and well maintained. We can't wait to come back again!

Great location for a fun week away. Close to beach and everything we needed. Cabinets were in need of update and not the best stocked kitchen. Went out most nights.

The views and location were perfect. Easy access to pool and beach. Very clean condo.

The check in was so easy....loved we didn't have to go pick up stuff. View is gorgeous all day long. Beds were comfortable. We asked for a good blender and they delivered a new one right away. Check out was very easy as well. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, Shorewood has a great pool and is convenient to the beach. The unit is nice and the kitchen is stocked well. My only complaint is the appliances need updated otherwise the unit was great.

This was a beautiful unit in a great location with ocean views off the back covered porch. I would not consider this unit ‘recently updated’ as listed, since the appliances and bedding did not seem that way. Master king is super firm, which made for some sore backs and shoulders, but the rest of the condo is lovely and perfect for our trip. The property is well taken care of including the pool. All in all a great time wss had by all.

Great place, nice amenities. The location couldn’t have been better and the unit was perfect for our family. Could have used a more thorough cleaning. Some dishes were dirty and the floors seemed dirty. But overall had a great time and would stay again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this unit on the Shorewood property. This unit is extremely well maintained. A bonus is the beds are all super comfy. The location is spectacular! The only negative I could say is we had to leave. :(

Location was great. The property was also excellent. Great views of the pool, as well as the ocean. Very family friendly. The worst thing is internet speed was slow, but that’s probably a good thing as it made everyone put down their devices for a while and enjoy the vacation. Would certainly consider this property again for a family vacation.

Wonderfully stocked kitchen, very clean, convenient proximity to beach and pool, walkability to grocery store, shops and restaurants with awesome views from covered patio . Would definitely book this unit again!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Shorewood Villas, and have already discussed staying there again next year! The rental was clean and accommodating. Great location to the pool, beach and Coligny Plaza which was especially helpful with small children. The pool was amazing for our children, ages 1 and 3, including a kiddy pool and sloped entrance into the large pool with fountains to play in. Thanks for a great first family vacation!

The location of the unit is great. It is close to Coligny Circle, which has restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the deck and the ability to take a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean, well decorated, and had a well-stocked kitchen. At first appearances the unit is beautiful. Unfortunately, that impression didn't last long. We had many issues with the unit. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived, just what you want to do on your first hours of vacation, empty the dishwasher!! The shower curtain was not correctly installed and fell on my son's head several times until someone was able to come to fix it. The toilet in the guest bath constantly ran. Incorrect WiFi information was provided which caused a lot of stress for my husband who had a presentation to do for work, providing accurate information should not be difficult. Some of the lights and outlets didn't work in the unit and the master bedroom lights would constantly buzz and flicker. This culminated in completely losing power in the rear of the condo. We ended up with large orange extension cords running through the unit. A clear tripping hazard for my elderly mother-in-law and my children. Not to mention the aesthetic of having to look at them. and the inconvenience of having only one plug in the bedroom. The Vacation Company's property manager indicated they would refund part of our money, which is not something we asked for or expected, which is good because we never received any such thing. If you are looking for a unit in this complex we recommend looking at Sea Turtle Getaways they seem to take much better care of their properties.

This condo has been nicely updated, including kitchen, bathrooms and floor in living area. I would suggest eliminating some of the dust-collecting knick-knacks. (way too many) The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. There is a visible lump that runs down the center of the bed and it's uncomfortable in general. The fridge and freezer had a terrible fishy odor. The property mgmt company was very responsive and helpful and sent someone to clean it right away. While it helped, we could still smell it easily. The dishwasher also needed repairs, but again, they were very responsive about sending someone to fix it which was much appreciated.
