We had a blast! We love this place. Fantastic location. Can’t beat the view. Lot’s of extras: like toys, wetsuits, surfboards, and games. Quiet and private getaway. Perfect for Valentines Day and the Super Bowl.

The house was nice and had plenty of space for 12 people. The house was very well stock I recommend this place 100%.

Larger than we expected. Lots of room to spread out and not be crowded. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having plenty of extra blankets. The view was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with extras that made it easy to prepare meals. We will definitely be back to this house.

Perfect house for our trip. Right on the beach, four steps and your feet are in the sand. The house was very well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We all agreed we want to return next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Our family and friends from Chicago enjoyed 3 days at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable for all ages. We will be back in the future.

Having our sons and their families enjoy time with us at our favorite town on the Oregon Coast as our way of celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary far exceeded our hopes. This rental, house right on the beach, provided both space to relax, fun activities for everyone and memories for a lifetime.

Great spot for a family with ample room and amenities. Incredible view and just steps from the beach. I would recommend for a big group or large family. My other favorite part was the proximity to a family friendly brewery, Mexican food, pizza, and a market… all within a short walk. My one piece of advice, the path to the beach had a very steep drop that everyone made, but would have been a struggle for those who need assistance. Please keep that in mind when booking. Wonderful place, will book again!

The house was well stocked with basic needs items and was very clean. The location is fantastic and the view was exceptional. There are even wetsuits and boards available for use. I would highly recommend this property!

This was a beautiful property and was just as described on the listing! The location cannot be beat. The big deck outside is a nice addition to the living space inside. Beds were comfortable, lots of space for a big group, all kitchen appliances needed, warm fireplace….really a great place to stay!

Everything was as described. It was within walking distance of several restaurants.

Nothing but spectacular

We just got away for a couple days. The home and view were amazing!!!

Property was beautiful. Since three bedrooms were on main floor, it worked well for our group. We had a toddler, so had to block off the stairs to the downstairs two bedrooms. We just pretended there was no lower floor except when we were coming and going from the driveway/front door. We arrived on a Tuesday, to find there were NO family friendly restaurants open. So we visited the market (which closes at 6p) and brought home oven bake pizzas. We looked forward to ordering in on Wednesday, but the only family friendly restaurant, a Mexican food restaurant, which advertised it 'delivered', said no one was available for delivery. Our pre plans for dinners did not work out, but everyone stayed flexible. I would say the LACK of nearby food delivery is one factor that was not clearly identified. I suggest anyone staying at this property plan to self-feed their group. The beds were very soft and several of our group ended up with back and leg pain after the first night. A suggestion to the owners is to re-think the beds to provide more support. Specifically both of the king beds on the upper level need to be looked at. If you like a soft bed, you will probably love these. The owners provided lots of 'extras' - a goodie box (we LOVED this), toys for the beach, wetsuits for surfing (we did not use these, but you might), surround sound in all of the rooms, which we used for music and TV sounds; even S'Mores makings for the campfire. We bought wood at the local grocery and made a campfire one night and it was fantastic! Beach chairs are provided and are very lightweight and easy to transport from the deck to the sand. We picked this property because it was big enough for all of us to spread out (5 bedrooms), a living room AND a family room, and because it was RIGHT ON THE BEACH. While there is a steep hill down to the water, even our very pregnant daughter was able to make it down and back up the hill. Can't really see the hill in the pictures, but it is there. Overall, an enjoyable time.

My husband and I have stayed at many incredible homes and hotels throughout the world and this one ranks amongst the top with some of the best anywhere. The view is breathtaking! It's a very spacious home so it's certainly suitable for a family or group of friends to stay. We walked the beach everyday, it's close to a few restaurants in town. But it's all about the view for me. I am already planning to bring our daughters here next time so they can experience this beautiful property. Mel is accommodating and very friendly to work with. He gave us a gift basket with snacks upon arrival - nice touch! You won't go wrong renting this property.

We had an incredible stay. Location is gorgeous. House was clean and better then description. Loved having everything we needed and actually forgot a couple things, but host had lots of extras for us. Thank you.

Great location and easy walking distance to all we needed plus great day trip opportunities to Lincoln City and Newport. House had all we needed. Fun beach fire spot and lots of great views of the ocean.

This property was perfect for our family reunion. We had 7 adults who stayed at the house and hosted 10 other family members for dinner and games. The view was more amazing than seen in the pictures. The house is well stocked and the hosts were very receptive to our questions. We fell in love with the Oregon coast and hope to come back soon!

Everything went smooth from beginning to end for our family. Couldn’t ask for a better location and everything we needed for a great week was available in the home. One block to town and ICE CREAM. House is on the beach and has beautiful views.

Great for a large family. Kids used downstairs bedrooms and recreation room and enjoyed their space. Very soundproof. Upstairs is open and airy with fantastic ocean views. Master is so big with a private entrance to the deck. Large deck space. Loved our stay and would return to this home.
