Beautiful home. Awesome vacation stay with my family. 10/10 would rent this house & stay again!

Stayed here for a few nights during a golf trip. Great place with easy access

We really enjoyed staying in the Sunny Bungalow. There is a gorgeous backyard, ample room to visit and it is well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice and clean, had all the kitchen appliances we needed and the beds were comfortable. Very well laid out home with Asian decor accents. Check in was seamless. Quite neighborhood too. Thanks!

The yard is lovely, and the kitchen has what you need to make simple family meals. The TV is large enough for movie night, the table is big enough for games.

We used the house as our base for visits to the Monterey peninsula. The house was clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it is close to shopping and a main street. We would rent this house again.

We were in town for an event that was near by. This home was clean and provided comfort and space that was needed at the end of our days. Close to restaurants, not too far from the Pier.

My family stayed a few nights at this lovely home. It was so comfortable and so close to the beach and the aquarium. We would definitely stay here again the next time in the area. I highly recommend it!

The house was as described. Everything was updated inside with good furniture, beds, lighting and cookware. All was very clean and well-appointed. The bathrooms had all that you need and there were plenty of towels of all sizes. The exterior had good driveway parking, a very well- maintained front and back garden and some nice solar-lit light strings in the front yard. The backyard, while spartan, had plenty of room, numerous chairs, a large table and a Smoky Joe charcoal grill- minus the charcoal, lighter fluid and grilling utensils, but there are plenty of stores nearby where you can get supplies. The neighborhood is a nice residential area and has easy access to the freeway and Monterey. There are nice restaurants, coffee shops and stores nearby. I had one email exchange with the host and they replied immediately- very good communication! I would definitely stay here again. It is an excellent value for the price!

Clean with pretty yard.

Property is accurately described. Very comfortable for our 4 grandchildren and us. Under 10-15 min from anywhere we wanted to go. Safeway nearby for food. We didn’t whale watch as originally planned due to weather but we will return!

This was perfect for our family. Close to Monterey Aquarium and town. Kitchen and entire house nicely furnished.

The home was quiet, clean, well stocked and suited the 5 of us well. The neighborhood is tightly packed and well worn. The yard was nicely arranged with vegetation. The price was right.

This house was perfect for what we needed and was minutes away from visiting family that lives in Seaside. Clean, spacious, and full of amazing succulents and plants. Our only complaint is there were only 4 bath towels in the whole house that’s supposed to sleep 8 people, and the house smelled like cat pee which made it stinky and stuffy.

Very Quiet area and easy to In-N-Out I wish that property have a barbecue grill that will be nice

This home has everything you need for a stay in Monterey. Great layout and space for hanging out. Beautiful backyard yard with lots of birds. Beds are all comfortable and kitchen has all of the amenities for preparing meals.

We attended a music festival at the Monterey County Fairgrounds and this property was the perfect spot to stay! Easy parking and the check in process was seem less. We had great communication with the owner and it was so easy to get out needs met. So many wonderful restaurants nearby and lots of options for grocery stores and shops too,

Super convenient location. Easy access to downtown. Easy in and out procedures. No problems whatsoever. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable home. Plenty of room with three bedrooms and two pull out couches in the living room. The updated kitchen had everything you need to make a few meals. Parking was our only issue as there is only one spot available but we made it work by parking on the street blocking one of our cars in the driveway. Neighborhood feels a bit rundown but it was quiet at night and we had no issues.

Property was nice, clean, single storied which was great for the elderly. Family members had a comfortable stay. Pull out sofa in the living room was nice to have. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking seems to be a bit of a challenge if you are bringing multiple vehicles but we were aware of it and managed it without issues. Only issue that needs attention perhaps is the ants that were seen at the entrance and also in the kitchen.

We had a perfect stay. The home was very nice with comfortable beds and all the amenities you would need. It made our vacation so much better to have a home away from home.

The property was clean and comfortable. Beautiful private patio. Excellent food choices just down the street. In town with my elderly parents for a wedding and could not have been more pleased!!

A nice clean and comfortable place to stay and enjoy Monterey and the surrounding area. House has been remodeled and is well furnished. Lots of beatiful flowers in the front and backyard. You can see great care and consideration and personal touches to the house throughout. If you park in the drive way be careful backing out, parked cars limit sight distance. Would definitely return.

This is a great house. Perfect for families. Location is very convenient to Monterey. Inside of house is very nice and comfortable. Flowers in the backyard were gorgeous. The owner lives in an apartment at the back of the house. neighborhood is a little run down.

House was very nice

We had a weekend getaway for golfing and shopping. The house was clean and beds comfy. The outside garbage was full but we had to empty the in-house garbage upon arrival due to a fish odor smell. There appeared to be some leftover trash from either guests or residents. For 4 couples the house size was perfect! Try Tarpys Roadhouse. It was delicious and the Palm reader on Fremont was great!

The house was fine for what we needed. As a family of 7 the parking was an issue having 2 cars, with only 1 available space and no available parking on the street. We did notice it seemed that someone was living attached in the garage as we could hear the water and noice. We may have missed those issues in the adertising. Overall the house was clean and comfortable.

Great stay, house feels like home. loved the decorations/furniture.
