Perfect accommodations with 2 king suites and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well appointed and the patio is furnished with comfy chairs, a dining table and nice barbecue. An oasis in the desert.

Overall a great stay! We've stayed at many rental properties in Palm Springs. This condo was quite good. As you can see in the photos it's a bit dated, but comfortable and convenient. As always it's great having a kitchen and washer/dryer on vacation. There were lots of towels and supplies in the condo which was lovely. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were great. The information booklet provided by the host was very thorough and thoughtful.
A few shortcomings to note:
1. There are two king beds which is great, but the mattresses have very poor motion isolation so any little movement was felt throughout. This resulted in less than ideal sleeps.
2. The pots and pans, as well as the knives, are very very worn. Many of the supplies are. I had to buy knives in order to be able to cook properly (which I left there for the next guest).
3. The dryer is extremely loud.
4. The floors were very dirty so we had to wear slippers the entire time.
There are many pools at Desert Princess but note that they are a bit run down and not cleaned regularly. There was a lot of debris in the pools. However the grounds are beautiful and well kept!

The place was exactly like the photos. The bedrooms were great with connecting bathrooms with large walk-in closet space. Both beds were large and extra comfy. We love the location of the unit, very easy to get to and the parking was close. Palm Springs is one of my favorite places and we were grateful and pleased for our stay. Thank you Bill!

This neighborhood is fantastic. I always felt safe and love the amenities (especially the spa). This house was in a great location and had two masters. Perfect for us and our friends to share without thinking someone got a better room. Big closets, bathroom, and bedrooms. The kitchen was a little dated but was stocked with everything we needed. Bill, the owner, is so nice too. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Good location for what we wanted/needed, convenient access to Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries and Outdoor Adventures. Check-in process was easy and no hassles at all and the small Christmas Welcome Gift was Appreciated! The place was very comfortable, clean and just like the posted pictures. Patio off the sliding doors was a great place to have a morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. Communication with the owner Bill was quick and efficient and was only for a couple of minor "issues" that where quickly sorted out! The Country Club grounds, swimming pools and hot tubs where Great. Closest pool and hot tub a short 2 minute walk away. We all agreed that we wished we had spent more time in PS and at Desert Princess CC. We would gladly stay again - Thanks

Loved the coziness of the condo and where it was situated on the golf course . We used to live in one of the houses at DPCC 20 years ago.
The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced as the wood table is peeling and I snagged my shirt on it. The cushions on the chairs are flat and give no support. Those need to be replaced as well. My biggest concern was the lack of control with the a/c. The condo was 85 when we arrived and could only lower the temp to 75. The first two days we were there it was in the 90’s in PS. I texted the owner and he lowered it to 73. Better but still warm. the ceiling fan in living room didn’t cool very much even on the high setting.. The master bedroom was very cool and the ceiling fan was great! Overall we enjoyed being there.

Loved staying here and we will definitely stay again! We went to Stagecoach, and this property was close to the shuttle stop (a short drive), and provided a great little 'home base' for us. The backyard area was lovely and the home came with a ton of outdoor games that we used!

Beautiful home with big bedrooms and bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen. King size beds in each room that were very comfortable! Could not hear adjoining neighbors at all. View of the golf course from the patio was so pretty and serene. Always had close parking. Host very responsive to communications. Would definitely stay here again!

Desert Princess Resort
Property was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the rest of the furniture was very nice as well. TV's in every room and the location was perfect! On the beautiful golf course with a terrific view of the mountains and an easy walk to the Doubletree Hotel. Ten minutes from downtown Palm Springs and five minutes to the airport. The owner was very helpful with any of our questions as well and responded quickly when contacted. There were yard games and other recreation equipment in the closets and plenty of linens. Kitchen was also very well equipped. Highly recommend this property.

Great unit for 2 couples; lovely golf course!
With two master suites, this works perfectly for 2 couples to get together, particularly if you like to golf. Citrus, when in season is big bonus for "northerners". Takes about 15 minutes to get into downtown Palm Springs. Parking is easy and free; community is gated/safe.

This property is perfect for four people and exactly how described. The two “master” bedrooms are perfect for four people. The layout flows so well amd the patio was our favorite space. This homes location is perfect for a relaxing get away. The home is very spacious great for large family. William was very helpful always available to answer questions. The home was very clean with lots of supplies. We really enjoyed playing Bocce ball with lots of space to play. We definitely will return to this home

Great Place for a Winter Getaway!
Just returned from a 5 week stay at Bill's condo. Had a really comfortable stay at this clean and well-equipped condo which has a beautiful view of the mountains and the lush green golf course. Bill provides helpful written information before your stay and he is quick to respond to any questions and with the reservation arrangements. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine except the cable/tvs not working. TV instructions did not match tv set-ups. For me not a big problem but could be a huge problem if you plan on being there for say... the super bowl or something. Bill was super nice. Everything you needed was there. The place is old and showing some wear but again fine with us. Very pleasant surroundings.

Great Location and Value
The unit was very accurately described and shown on the web site, so there were no real surprises. I would guess the unit is on the older side but very well maintained. There was plenty of room for the three of us, we were very comfortable to spend most evenings in the condo after a day of hiking or sight-seeing.
The owner was very good at providing information about the stay prior to arrival and responded promptly when questions arose.
The condo is within the Desert Princess resort, which is gorgeous. The grounds were immaculate and the views of the mountains (especially after some snow fell) was a daily treat.
The location was excellent, seemed to be a short drive to any local attraction we were interested in, and was a short drive to the I-10 when we wanted to go further.
Overall were were quite pleased with the condo and hope to stay there again in the future.

I have stayed at Bill’s other unit and found both units to be very well equipped which makes for a very pleasant stay. We really had a lovely and relaxing visit. I really appreciated the information that Bill provides his guests prior to their arrival...it was very helpful. Great environment, great location
This very comfortable, well equipped condo was the perfect place for our daughter, her family, and two best friends to stay during a week-long visit. It is located very close to the main entrance of the Desert Princess resort, so it was easy to find. It's location offers easy, centralized access to Palm Springs and "Other Desert Cities," as the sign at the airport designates them. The unit itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities necessary for a carefree vacation stay. As their stay was during the peak of the Desert summer, having three swimming pools close by was a huge plus. Spent most afternoons luxuriating in the water, and loving it! We all recommend this rental highly.
