Muy moderno, nuevo 3 BR / 3. Condominio frente al mar 5 BA con vistas panorámicas al mar. Tiene 3 balcones separados, uno de cada habitación. El balcón principal envolvente está directamente frente a la puesta de sol y el océano. Literalmente puedes golpear una pelota de golf en el océano desde el balcón. WiFi inalámbrico gratuito, por supuesto.
Los muebles son de muy alta gama con sofás de cuero blanco, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de primera línea, todos con vista al océano en una sala de vidrio. Las paredes que componen toda la esquina de la sala de estar / comedor son de vidrio con 4 enormes puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren al océano.
La piscina está justo afuera del condominio, el balcón está sobre ella, la cascada, etc. y se puede caminar desde allí directamente a la playa, bajo el palmeral.
Por las noches, siempre con un atardecer, cenamos afuera, mirando a los surfistas con una copa de vino en el balcón. Nos encanta allí abajo. Tú también lo harás.
Conveniente y seguro: La propiedad está justo en la playa ... con vista al océano ya solo una cuadra de la calle principal en el centro de Jaco ... así que todos los restaurantes, tiendas y actividades están a poca distancia.
La administración en el lugar está allí todos los días y los guardias de seguridad están disponibles las 24 horas, todos los días.
La administración puede ayudar a organizar cualquier cantidad de actividades en el área con facilidad.

This condo was fabulous! It was just as the pictures depicted the view was $1 million panoramic view. Absolutely loved it. Condo was fantastic Manhattan style very clean. Pool was super clean and abundance of chairs and shade and sun. Quiet and easy access. We super enjoyed the fact that you could just walk a block and be right in town and eat wherever you wanted. You really don’t need a car to stay here. Did several excursions and they all picked us up at the front gate. Love the place and would love to go back.

The location of this apartment was fantastic. You can walk down block and there's a small supermarket, pharmacy, great resturant (Amara), coffee shop. Very safe apartment building with 24hr security. The photos you see don't do this place justice. Everything was spot on, very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The balconies are the star of this place. We spent hours just relaxing taking in the views of the ocean and listen to the waves. If you are the adventurous type there is plenty to do in the area.
The resturants we visited were great (Lemongrass, El hacio and the poolside restaurant at Croc's casino for lunch).
We had no issues at the property at all.. Highly recommend !!!

Our family (two boys 7&13 and husband's grandparents) just got back from our week long stay in Jaco.
The condo's location is unbeatable; walking distance to everything from restaurants, shops, groceries, and of course the beach.
Although the town itself can get a little sketchy as the evening rolls in, the property was gated with 24/7security guards which put our minds at peace. If you are driving there is plenty of parking spots available on the property.
The condo itself was nicely furnished and the view was incredible.
There were a few items that could use some attention like the master bedroom's mattress, which was very hard and uncomfortable. We were cooking quite a few of our meals at the condo and we could have used a few extra flatware, dish soap for the dishwasher and trash bags for the kitchen. There were some basic spices available for cooking which was very helpful. Since we stayed a week we had to do laundry a few times, there was some detergent available to use which was very much appreciated.
The property and the pool area are very nicely kept, the kids had a blast chasing iguanas and playing in the pool.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the condo. I don't think we could've picked a nicer, safer and more convenient place for our vacation in Jaco.

Our 2nd stay at Diamanté del Sol. Great location, right on the beach and easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants. Condo is on the 7th floor with great views. Plenty of sleeping space for 6 people but could use additional seating in the living area. We were not able to watch any streaming services on the tv. Could use a few minor fixes (closet doors don’t slide easily). Management company was extremely responsive. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo and property. Condo needs a little freshening up, but overall very nice. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable, but OK. Small leak under kitchen sink needs a fix. Claudia at Delluz Paradise vacation rentals was excellent at arranging activities and recommending restaurants. Overall pleased with our stay and would book here again.

Beautiful condo. Communications with owner/management were great. The guard shack guys are always on post. Always looking out for the property and always friendly and welcoming. They do not speak english though. Fair warning. Google translate helped.
As far as the condo it is Beautiful and clean. Perfect for our needs. I had trouble with the safe but they came right up and fixed it. (Low battery).
The area is easily accessible for groceries/ pharmacy and casual eating in restaurants. Felt very comfortable walking around in the daytime but no so much at night. The area is a "nightlife" area but not just for dancing and music if you understand. Lol. However, the guards are always on post and we felt VERY safe on the property itself.
The view is beautiful. The locals were very nice to us.
Only thing I can suggest regarding the property is that I wish it was non smoking. Every time I sat on the gorgeous porch, cigarette (& some recreational cigarette) smoke would eventually start up...drift up and in my airspace to the point where we would go inside or shut the doors.
All in all..beautiful space & property. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

This condo is huge, with a large living area and balconies off each bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views, the third is facing east, so not as good, but looks out to the hills, which is also pretty. Claudia was super helpful and VERY responsive. The property has 24 hour security and it's spot right on the beach is just amazing. Some minor things in the unit need attention, they are tired/old, but nothing that changed our stay, just more nuisances. The twin bedroom mattresses were hard and not very comfortable for my teenage son. We would stay here again for sure, the location can't be beat, given you can walk to town very easily.

We had an amazing time in Jaco. The condo was as described, the location perfect and the pool was amazing. Easy walk to the main street in town, grocery, shopping and restaurants. We watched the sunset every evening from the balcony and saw a lovely pair of scarlet macaws fly by several times throughout our stay. If you are interested in excursions, I would recommend letting the Delluz office do that for you. It was much easier than booking it myself and they also arranged the transportation. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back.

This condo has GREAT views, a beautifully landscaped exterior and a gorgeous interior! We found ourselves waking up much earlier than normal just to sit out on the front desk to watch the sunrise and made sure we were there for the beautiful sunsets too!
From reservation to check-in and check-out, the owner and management company were very informative and provided great directions.

Property photographs well but in reality needs some maintenance, paint, and overall improved upkeep. Games missing pieces, 4 year old magazines, loose kitchen faucet, dishwasher leaked, lots of caulking needed, primary bath counter/cabinet is sinking in the middle, slow sink drain. Neighborhood is safe and gated.
For the price paid, it’s worth the money for the view alone. Sunsets are amazing from the main balcony.
3 balconies with ocean views, but 1 of them is unusable because not one piece of furniture is on it.
The wifi needs an extender to reach 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Mattresses are worn out, and springs can be felt. Lamps are loose and have shortages.
Basic supplies lacking to support 6 people for a week stay.
Located on one end of the strip so you can walk to most things within .5 miles.

This condo is amazing. Three balconies so you have a mountain or ocean view. The sunsets can't be beat so we made sure we were home for each one. The location is perfection. We were able to turn off the air-conditioning and just allow the ocean breeze through. Very high end building with good security. If we return to Jaco we would rent this place again.

It is hard to not have an amazing time in Costa Rica - but the accommodations were such a warm, well positioned, effectively furnished, sufficiently stocked home base that it made everything seem even nicer. We sat around the large dinning room table an played games each night. The rooms, each with an en-suite were amazing. This is my definite go-to place when closer to Jaco, CR. Thank you.

Every aspect with renting a condo was perfect. Location, cleanliness, airport transportation logistics, everything was great. Restaurants very close, grocery store across the street, mgnt company will book tours, on the north end of the main area of Jaco, quiet but 3 min walk to the action. We would definitely rent here again.

What a wonderful visit. Terrell is a superb host. Than you for opening up your wonderful property. The location was perfect. We couldn’t figure out the surround sound system. Maybe the batteries missing in the remote. If that was the biggest propels, we lead a blessed life. Location.top notch. First visit to Jaco. Once I had water shoes, much better beach experience. We had a great stay in 703S! This is my 3rd time staying in this unit. The two other times were in 2014 and 2016. The unit has definitely been upgraded since then. Everything worked, most importantly the AC! And what a killer view from the balconies! The overall condition of the property, pool, acces to the beach, and security were awesome. Thanks Terrell for another fine visit!

Beach Vacation
This is a very spacious property and has great views. There are tons of activities around and restaurants are within walking distance. I felt safe the entire time I was there. I wish I knew the beach was pretty much filled with rocks. It is great for surfing and boogie boarding, but probably need to wear shoes since it hurts walking on the rocks.

Breathtaking
Absolutely loved this property, it was the best part of our vacation! One of us was working from home during the week and the views through the glass windows couldn’t get any better. We loved how spacious the condo was…every room had a balcony. The only downside to this unit was that the wifi did not reach to the bedrooms down the hall and there were some ants on the kitchen countertops…but they’re everywhere in Costa Rica. Other than that, the kitchen plates, appliances, and utensils were abundant. The pool was always clean and the people were always so helpful. Terrell sent us a ton of useful information about the property and the area ahead of time. Tina from Delluz Vacations answered all our questions about the tours etc. and helped us arrange shuttle to the property. We saw several beautiful macaws fly by the balcony during our stay. The location was perfect, so close to the beach as well as the city. This was our favorite stay!

Highlights:
-The balcony was used multiple times during our 7 night stay. We loved how spacious the living room was and how we had plenty of bathrooms for our group
-It was great to have things nearby during the evening rain to quickly grab tacos
-We love how the location offered us the ability to go surfing on Jaco for beginners, to an adventure day of waterfalls, atvs and horseback riding, and hiking nearby at El Miro. We also drove to Manuel Antonio and Monteverde for day trips
-The security for parking is thorough and always there
-I love how quick and helpful communication was
-Also, there was almost no one in the pool, so it felt like a private pool for us 🙂
We would definitely come back here!
Things to Note:
-There’s minimal dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, and paper towel, but we just went to the nearby store to grab some more
-We made some smoothies and made eggs which was definitely doable with what was there but I’d say the cooking items weren’t as nice as the space
-We were working from home so did notice that the wifi was non-existent for the two bedrooms away from the living room

Amazing Views & pool, Great property!
This property is as described! It has spectacular views of the ocean & a beautiful well-maintained pool. The security staff is very helpful and polite. The condo is very nice and well maintained. We had a small issue with tiny spiders on the kitchen counters but there was bug spray on the property and it got them under control. I would have liked to have had more hand towels and dish rags but other than that the property was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful and large. The views of the sunsets was spectacular from the balcony. Only downside is the town of Jaco is not the best for young children, especially at night. The beach had a lot of garbage, including a toilet seat. The condo was perfect but needed and better town to put it in.
