First time in Phnom Penh, that was the only reason why I choose a branded Hotel. Friendly staff and breakfast buffet was very good (Halal Foods Available). Met the Hotel manager and she was very friendly. Check-in, Check-out was easy. Near the Hotel there is Super market (Super Duper) which makes our stay very convenient. Using Grab for transport and food was excellent in Phnom Penh.

Off course, it's too expensive compared to other branded or 5 star Hotels. Behind the sliding door at bath was not clean, lot of dust which I cleaned it myself. Rooms lighting is not very bright, needs more lights in the room and bathroom.

Centrally located. Neat and clean. Polite, friendly and helpful staff.

Basic facilities like mobile charging cables/ adapters were not available. My wife’s luggage was misplaced by the airline and her charger was in the suitcase. She struggled to find a charger till we were able to buy one the next morning.

Matrass itself was ok. Only the pillows were way too thick and not comfortable to sleep on. Had 5 days neck problems, soar, neck-pain. We needed to use the pillows from the sofa to have a little more comfort. Is not nice to use sofa pillows to sleep on.

The location was convenient... Within walking distance to a 24-HR Super Duper Supermarket. And it's reachable by Grab tuk-tuk or car.

The breakfast buffet spread was enticing the first morning since we just newly arrived. But by the 3rd morning, I wish for pancakes and such.

We only stayed 1 night before we flew out of Cambodia but the food and breakfast and everything was very good. The rooftop pool was fun.

breakfast finished at 10am on the dot so a lot was packed up when we went down at 9.45am. .I suggest maybe staying open until 10.30am to allow more time for guests.

The breakfast was very nice and all staffs are friendly also prepared a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday which is super amazing! The location is awesome which near to market so we can have small trip by walking. Would recommend the hotel!

The breakfast was quite spread out but hardly any vegetarian options, besides Salads, Fruits and Corn flakes

They are so confused 1) They said in your thing breakfast is not included, its fine I paid 2) I gave my credit card while doing check-in and told them you only reserve the amount in credit card and at the check-out I will pay with my debit card, when yesterday I was doing the checkout I paid by Debit card and afterwards they told me that we have also debited your credit card and now you will get refund after 3 weeks --- VEYR STRANGE --- PLEASE SEE THAT I GET THE CREDIT IN MY CREDIT CARD IN A WEEK TIME, WHY THEY NEED 3 WEEKS AND WHY THEY HAVE DEBITED EVEN AFTER SAYING AND CONFIRMING THAT THEY WON'T
