Friendly and Kind staff. Clean and spacious room. Good WIFI, aircon and TV Shower and Toilet were separated. Possibility to rent scooters from here. Free water refill. We could check in early after we arrived all sweaty 😀 We needed a shower. really appreciated. Supermarkets and Seven eleven within Walking distance.

You can always be closer to the center. But it's only about 10 minuts walk and you're next to the big Cathedral and all the shopping. The beds are very good, air-con works, many tv-channels.. CNN, HBO, sport and sport and.. hehe.. I didn't use it that much but you have many. Wi-fi works. There are free drinkingwater so just bring your bootle. You can have breakfast here. Just tell them what you like and they make it for you. Hot and cold shower. They have contacts if you need a tour or want to rent a motorbike. Laundry is 3-4 minutes walk away. Go to the left and stay on the same side of the street. That's the cheapest one. Don't worry about noise. There are no traffic at night!! But. The best was the staff. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ They are so nice, polite and English speaking. I wish them all the best and good luck in life. If I go back to Bohol then I will stay here again. And book in advance. They can be full because many have found out how good a place it is.

The location is quite far from most of the attractions so you definitely need to rent a scooter which you can do at the accommodation.

The bed is small. It's like a size of a super single.

The girls / staff who operate 7 Meadows are terrific and I always felt welcome. "Ana" lined up a 125cc Honda motorbike with no headache, the bike was good, no issue. Then it rained, I wanted a car, she arranged a Toyota in excellent condition brought to the door. Same no issues, just perfect. The girls who operate this hotel are as good you'll find anywhere. Beds are above average, feel new and are comfortable especially for an inexpensive hotel, makes it a value in my view.

I love the room and their amenities. We had an amazing stay here. I love their intercom, easy to call the receptionist when we need something. Their service was very good. I will definitely come back.

unfortunately while I enjoyed my stay objectively there are some problems that can’t be ignored: we had ants that went into our food during our stay- multiple times. there was a mouse one evening when we returned from a day trip. the shower was difficult to use (you could turn the heat on but not adjust it) and the heat would I get scolding so you couldn’t use the heat properly without micromanaging the heat on and off. The WiFi was very intermittent in our room at times. I would give an easy 8/10 without these issues otherwise- and honestly I would go again if I knew they’re resolved.

The room was very well equipped, with a nice large bed with a new foundation, nightstands, hangers, a small desk, a few power receptacles, very nice bathroom. Staff were helpful and breakfast was available.

The hotel is located midway between downtown and the mall. There is not much in the area as far as restaurants and such so you need to take a short taxi or tricycle ride to either downtown or the mall to find a restaurant. If it weren't for the terrible noise the aircon unit made every time the compressor started up, it would have been a much better experience. Also recommend using the lift to go up or down - the stairs are rather steep.
