We were a group of colleagues from Chicago that stayed for a weekend. The house was just a perfect size, everything as described, had a nice fireplace at nice. Perfect stay!

Beautiful home and space. Enjoyed coming back after a long day of sightseeing to relax. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with owners.

Location was perfect to explore many parts of Door County. House was awesome.

Overall we were very happy with our stay in Fish Creek. The two things I would point out primarily for other guests: 1. No washer/dryer which for a 5 day stay with children was disappointing. 2. Though there was caution stated about poor WiFi service, frankly the WiFi service was almost non-existent, i.e. no TV service or streaming whatsoever.

Pros: 1. Awesome location, seriously does not get better than this. So close to Egg Harbor and Fish creek. 2. Cute, perfect size cabin-not too big, not too small 3. Screened in porch came in handy on rainy days 4. Quiet location Cons: 1. cleanliness lacked a bit. Could tell the beds and furniture have not been cleaned under in a very long time 2. Description stated there was a large pile of firewood to use, but it was empty upon arrival 3. It would be nice if it was mentioned in the description that there is no dishwasher 4. No real grassy yard space

This house is nice and clean and in a great location - just a few minutes away from Fish Creek means there's lots of options for families. Plus we love taking little nature walks on the property paths :)

We had a wonderful time! Cabin was just as described. Very clean with everything we needed....inside and out. Loved the fire pit.

We enjoyed this beautifully maintained cozy house in the woods. The property owner is easy to communicate with. Bedrooms are good size. Updated decor. We made many wonderful memories during our stay!

We traveled to Wisconsin for the first time with another couple to attend a friends wedding. We decided to stay in Fish Creek and were so thankful we did as it was in great location to other areas with shopping, trails and restaurants. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The set-up was spacious and had a great outdoor area for bonfires too. We plan to come back for another stay !

I would for sure inquire about this rental again. The property owners were prompt in response to one question that I had and the check in and check out property was seamless. Overall a 5 star rating for the entire experience!!!!!

Family annual trip to Door County was exceptionally enjoyable with renting this property. Clean, comfy and plenty of room for everyone. We’ll be back

Neat and pretty clean unit(except the toilet which has extensive discoloration from rust, I presume, which is removable with effort). Obviously built as a rental with no garage, no fireplace tools, no cable TV, no dressers in the bedrooms, no washer and dryer, cheap bath towels that leave a brown linty residue on your body and barely dry (????) and total lack or ornamentation that might make the place look a little "homey"' Oh, and water smells and tastes like iron so bottled water is a must. Although TV was listed as an asset you can't actually watch because there is no cable service which I think should have been noted in the listing. All in all not worth the money to put up with the inconveniences and lack of charm. Close to the road so you can enjoy the traffic noise since you can't watch or listen to TV. We left 2 days early. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The property was just like what is portrayed in the pictures. Very cute and quaint. If you plan on cooking bring your own salt and pepper. The bath towels are very cheap and shed on you when your body is wet. Also plan accordingly with Uber/a driver to get from place to place while drinking. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again in the future.

This was a nice place to spend a few days on our girls trip. The place was clean and nice. Please be aware that the water smells horrible from iron so bring drinking water.

We recently stayed in this rental for a few nights with family and had a wonderful time. This home is located in Fish Creek, and we found it in prime location to travel to all of our adventures and surrounding beach towns. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed: linens, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. Communication with the owners was great too; they were very responsive. I don’t normally leave reviews but this house is a hidden gem that deserves all its rave.

We went with another couple, and we all thought this place was fantastic. It is quiet, clean and beautiful. We enjoyed watching the butterflies and hummingbirds during the day, and sitting on the back porch during the cool nights. I highly recommend this place.

We loved this location for our girls weekend. Plenty of space for all of us to sleep, the common area was plenty spacious for all of us to interact comfortably. We loved using the fire pit, however we had to go buy dry wood because there was storms and all the wood provided was too wet to use. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook (unfortunately there is no dishwasher) and serve up meals. The hosts replied relatively quickly when we sent an inquiry which was very nice. Location is great, very secluded but yet close enough to 42 to get anywhere around Door County. We were VERY disappointed to find out this location does not have air conditioning. The weekend was extremely humid and the inside temperature reached 80 degrees at one point. There are fans in the closest that we used to cool down, but with all the humidity it was still quite uncomfortable inside. However, after the storms the humidity broke and we were able to open the large and beautiful windows in the living room and the breeze helped cool down a bit. Slight inconvenience was the $500 deposit was charged to my credit card when we booked the location, which was over 6 months in advance. Not sure if this is a VRBO thing or not. But I was expecting a hold on my credit card, not an actual $500 charge for over 6 months.

We had a relaxing girls weekend up in Door County in June. We loved the property - so amazing! The house is tucked back away from the road, so very quiet and secluded. The large floor to ceiling windows in the living room provide a picturesque view of the trees and sky - you definitely will relax here! We enjoyed the screened in porch especially, as it kept the bugs away. The firepit was a great place to spend an evening after dinner (and to make s'mores!). The bedrooms are spacious for a cottage, all the appliances, furniture, and fixtures are very updated, if not new. The towels, bedding, and equipment (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) all are brand new too. We slept 6 comfortably, and could have easily slept 8 without any air mattresses, etc. Paul and Tricia were accessible when we had questions and are great property owners to work with! As a heads up to future guests, we didn't get much cell phone service out there, BUT the wifi was great! Oh and definitely bring your bug spray, for being outside in Door County! :) Thanks Paul and Tricia! We will hopefully stay again some time!

We enjoyed and wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this lovely property in Fish Creek. The three bedroom home is sparkling clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture and quality cooking amenities. We did not cook in, as there are so many great restaurants just minutes away from this property. Paul and Tricia were quick to respond to our questions and otherwise left us to simply make their place ours for the weekend. There is one bedroom and half bath in an enclosed loft area upstairs. The two bedrooms with two queen beds, as well as a full bathroom, are downstairs. There is a beautiful screened in porch to take in the lush woods and evening frogs, without worrying about bugs. There is also a fire pit with comfortable seating. To those traveling here, I recommend the Door County Trolley Tour as well as any of the cruises offered through Sister Bay boat rentals. We golfed at the Orchards but wished we had instead golfed at Penninsula Park course, which we saw after we had already done our golf event. In any event, the house was a great place to return to to enjoy our weekend together.
