Breakfast is not provided. The location is good for the work I had on hand. Colindale station os an 18 min walk from the apartment to go to the central london. All the requirements are only a 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The cleanliness of the blinds, over the kitchen hood , under the sofa, all areas generally cleaned on a monthly basis were not clean. The state of some of the furnishing like the sofa fabric and the centre table (repaired), roller blinds (repaired mid stay), wardrobe shelf (repaired). TV functionality and the remotes (sorted after a week)

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was large and had a big table which was good for dining and for working from home. The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable and the bedding was clean and comfortable. There was usually space on the driveway to park, which was very useful. There was a good utility area too. The owner was always friendly and quick to respond.

The apartment is open plan, with no black out blinds, so we were woken early every morning, and in the evenings after putting the children to bed we had to be very quiet as they were not shut in a separate bedroom. Also although there was a large wardrobe it was all hanging space so we had no shelves or drawers to put any clothes in. When we asked about both these things we were advised they would not be helpful to anyone but we disagree.

the rooms and toilet are clean and spacious, everything looks nice and decent. There are a few Romanian grocery stores just around the corner and things are cheap and good! There are also a Sainsbury, Morrison, ASDA and M&S Foodhall nearby, it takes around 15 mins walk.

we had a washing machine problem, but Tony and Simon managed everything and solved it.
