Bienvenido a Beauregard's Rest, un condominio frente al mar con 3 camas y 3. 5 baños con capacidad para seis. Las vistas desde este condominio son increíbles con tres balcones separados frente al mar. En la planta principal se encuentra la sala de estar, comedor, cocina, lavadora / secadora y medio baño. La sala de estar tiene una excelente vista frente al mar con controles deslizantes hacia una terraza. También tiene un Smart TV con cable y un reproductor de DVD. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas cómodamente con dos más en el mostrador de la cocina. La cocina está bien equipada y cuenta con una cafetera Keurig.
En el segundo piso hay dos habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño completo. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y deslizadores hacia un balcón privado frente al mar. Cuenta con TV inteligente y baño completo con bañera. El otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, un Smart TV y su propio baño completo con ducha.
En el último piso hemos guardado lo mejor para el final. Esta habitación tiene una cama king size, una gran televisión inteligente, un baño completo con ducha y la mejor vista desde su balcón privado. Durante la marea baja se puede ver al corredor de bloqueo de la Guerra Civil CSS Beauregard a unos 50 metros de la costa. Fue confeccionado allí por los confederados en 1864 mientras estaba bajo ataque de los barcos de la Unión y todavía está allí hasta el día de hoy.

I don't have a lot of experience staying in this area to make comparisons to other properties. In general, the location is very nice, place was clean, and our stay was trouble free. For 4 nights, this place netted out to around $500/night. Would definitely like to see a better quality of bedding and towels. The ones provided were older, mismatched, and low-end. Glassware needs looking at, a lot of mis-matched glasses. Beach access if easy from this location. We brought our own bikes, which was good, since the bikes in garage didn't look like they'd make it far. You just have to look at it from the standpoint that you are paying for the view here, not the place. Next visit to Carolina Beach, I would probably opt for staying off the beach slightly for better accommodations.

Great week at Beauregard’s Rest! The condo was clean and great for location and ocean views ... the decks on 2nd / 3rd floor fabulous. We rented bikes but you can also walk to board walk and Tiki Bar . We biked to Kure Beach and Fort Fisher several times ... great scenery. Highly recommend the condo ... it was perfect for two adults and 4 teens ! The only cons are the 3rd floor stairs can become tiresome and the washer / dryer combo very small ... but minor inconvenience. I would definitely rent again !!

I can't say how perfect the location and the views are for our week at Carolina Beach. The condo was comfortable and stocked with materials for the week. The management was supportive and responsive. It is hot, especially on the third floor. We kept it at 70 degrees and it still didn't cool the rooms quite enough. The owners did put in fans that helped It would be 5 stars all around otherwise. For a Fall or Spring visit, it would be perfection. .

The views were beautiful from the upper balconies. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable for our family of 5. The condo was very spacious. I don’t recommend it for anyone that can’t go up and down stairs easily, there are 3 flights of stairs which from the photos you would think only two. They are steep and narrow and if your not careful it is very easy to miss a step and fall due to them looking as though they blend together. The master shower was the size of a camper shower which is very small. Other than those two things it was overall nice and comfortable.

This was our 2nd year to visit Carolina Beach during the Cape Fear Kite Festival. With last year's knowledge we selected our location carefully with Beauregard's Rest being in a great location for walking to the Boardwalk Friday night to enjoy the lighted kites. We also walked to dinner a couple of nights and, being long distance cyclists, we in a great location for rides to the south end of the island and back.

We've rented units for years in Carolina Beach every summer. This one was definitely the best yet. The place was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for 6 adults (2 couples + 2). The boardwalk and restaurants were easily within walking distance, allowing us to avoid the ridiculous parking fees. We'll be renting again next summer.

The condo was very clean, with easy access, comfortable beds, and gorgeous views from all three levels. The steps can be a bit tricky, especially the last one on each level. The third-level bath is not recommended for anyone taller than 5' 5'.

This property is a great stay away from home. Nice to have balcony on each floor. Everything was clean and well stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen.
The only downfall would be walking up and down stairs for anyone with knee problems.

The only glitch was that the app said that check-in was at 4:00 but the information inside the condo said 3:00. We were just hanging around waiting for 4:00 to check in. This needs to be cleared up.

Family vacation
We had a great relaxing week at Carolina beach! The unit was beautiful, updated, and very clean. It was so nice sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening. Parking is tight, and additional parking is very hard to find on the island, so keep this in mind if you have more than 2 vehicles. We were able to walk to restaurants and the board walk (10-15 min walk) which was so convenient. Overall our experience was excellent and we would definitely come back!

We stayed here for a family Christmas gathering and had a blast!The weather was 65 most days, very little rain, and we spent many meals eating on the patio overlooking the ocean.The kitchen has all appliances and made eating in great!There are a lot of stairs, four flights from ground to the very top bedroom but the way the 3 bedrooms situated is perfect for privacy.We opted to bring our own sheets and towels but there are blankets and pillows there. The location is middle of Carolina Beach- just a few miles away from the Aquarium, State Park, Fort Fisher, and 20 minutes to Wilmington.We had a blast and count ourselves lucky to have a beautiful beach Christmas together.

The unit is in an ideal location on Carolina Beach. We loved watching the waves from the 3 porches. Two things were not to the standard we are used to with A1 - the unit needed a deep clean. Our feet were all black from walking through the unit and the air returns/fans were covered in dust. And the linen package was missing pillow cases. We made do because we didn't need one of the beds, but it was surprising.
