Everything was perfect, the staff was really nice in every interaction and even allowed me to take a shower a few hours after check out so that I could go to the gym before a long train trip, I really appreciated that.

We stayed in an OYO in India which was dreadful so we were a little worried what this place would be like. It could not have been more different. Check in was slick. The room was large, spotless and quiet (and the fridge was huge). We used the hotel washing machine for B30. There was coffee, tea, water and snacks in the large, cool foyer, along with bowls, cutlery and a microwave and tables and chairs to eat at and sofas to relax on. It was an easy walk to the old town one way, and only 200 yards to our cookery school the other. You could happily spend many days here.
The street is quite busy so the foyer is quite noisy, but the rooms are all out the back.

Staff: Really helpful and friendly. They also have a mini van for only 200 baht per person to Pai!
Room: spacious, incredibly clean, comfy and really big bed.
Location: a little further away from the main action but it was a pleasant walk back on a night time and next to a nice breakfast place.
Facilities: very small gym - just a few weights and a bike. There was a good gym only 10 mins away though. Tea, coffee, bananas and biscuits in the lobby and water refill which was useful!
We could have done with a lamp by the bed - a minor point.

Staff were so kind and very helpful. They offer a laundry service which was very handy. Free tea, coffee, snacks and bananas in the lobby all day and of course free water when they clean your room. The location was decent, about a 20 minute walk from the Tha Phae Gate. Overall, would definitely recommend.
The only issue we had was that our room was right at the front of the hotel and the traffic outside does not stop ... ever! So it can be pretty loud, but luckily, it didn't bother us too much.

The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. Talked with the staff on several occasions on things to do and food around town. The location was easy to get around. While the property and room were clean and comfortable. Would definitely book it again. Bonus was the snacks they had downstairs.

Отличное расположение. Рядом центр и два рынка. Шаговая доступность. В номере новый ремонт, приятный запах, удобный матрас, мебель из дерева и ее достаточно. На первом этаже есть пусть и совсем крохотный тренажерный зал. Также можно разогреть еду в микроволновке, налить кипяток, бананы и крекеры. Лифт. Если заселение позднее, то охранник сможет вам передать ключи, а оплаить на следующий день. Персонал неплохо говорит на английском. Подскажет и покажет куда можно сходить. Окна преимущественно выходят на соседнее здание, но благодаря этому тише.
Т.к. вода в душе льется на пол, неплохо было бы оснастить комнату склизом, чтобы не ходить по воде. Это рекомендация руководству отеля.

Location was amazing, hosts were friendly and helpful
There was not much in the kitchen for cooking, although, in this city there is no need to cook because everything is so cheap. However if you wanted to prepare meals, it would be a bit limiting.

The room was very spacious and clean. We appreciated that if you hung do not disturb that you were still left with a bag with waters and toilet paper on your door. The location is great, only a short walk to the old town. We loved the snacks made available every day as well.
Only downside was the wifi. We had more devices than codes provided so we found it difficult to get everything done that we needed to. We also found the connection wasn’t always the best or fastest.

The place is really worth all 10 points!!! Good location (silent, close to local fruit market and some good restaurants), super friendly and helpful stuff, big, clean and silent rooms. There are big bed, new and well-made furniture, clean tile in toilet/bathroom. We even have dryer stand in the room! And the stuff is so friendly, I would say there are the most friendly and helpful stuff which I've even seen! All stuff speak english.

Very comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and they provided toiletries daily.
If you don't mind walking then it's fine. But if you're not up for a 20+ minute walk to main parts of the city then might a little far.

I stayed here twice during my trip to Chiang Mai (it's the only one I returned to since I'd usually force myself to stay in different hotels in different areas to experience different parts of the city). The location is great and beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional and really want to make sure you are happy, so feel free to ask them for anything you need (i.e. a hair dryer, help with printing something, etc.). I stayed here for a total of 10 days during my two stays and was very pleased. Highly recommended!

It was so refreshing to arrive in a hotel, which description matched reality.
Very clean, friendly staff, good wi-fi, easy late check-in and early check-out, Free hot beverages and small snacks in a nice common area / lobby.
10 minute walk from the old city, which is close enough, but also far enough if you prefer some calmer area.
On a fairly busy road, which is a bit annoying if you are trying to enjoy your time in the lobby, however we didn't hear any of the traffic from the room.

Ohne Frühstück, genug Auswahl in der Umgebung. Unterkunft einfach aber zweckmäßig und absolut sauber. Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Fußläufig genug zu erreichen, selten Taxi nötig.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, zuvorkommend, spricht sehr gut Englisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben für den nächsten Tag eine Trekkingtour direkt über ihn buchen können, die auch toll war! Er hat uns sogar ein Taxi direkt an die richtige Stelle zur Chang Mai Universität gebucht, von wo aus alle Pickups zum Wat Phra That Doi Suthep fahren.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Das Zimmer insgesamt war in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Kissen sehr bequem :)
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

we stayed in a triple room and the room was exactly as advertised from the photos. Very clean and quiet area with some restaurants nearby and down the street that still make it convenient. 10 min walk away from a fresh food market and the Chinatown night market.
The street across was a little deserted and it is a 10 min walk to the old city Chiang Mai walls so you area still a little outside the main areas but most tours will still offer free pickup.

The staff are really friendly, helpful and super efficient.They even helped to organise a day trip to Doi Inthanon national park.
