The bed was just too soft, but everything else was fantastic.

I liked the seemingly remote location with the easy access to Gatlinburg as well as back-road access to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The cabin was a comfortable place to relax. I liked the privacy offered by the location.

The road needs improvement. It was extremely rutted with washout gullies. The directions to the cabin were only slightly helpful because the signs were small, hidden, or incorrectly translated. Not having a laundry was extremely disappointing because the location was a little remote. The nearest coin laundry was over two miles away. I just assumed it had a washer and dryer because it has everything else. In the future, I could drive a different vehicle for the road, but I need a washer and dryer when staying almost a week.

The Jacuzzi tub did not work that was my only complaint other than that everything was very nice!

The only thing was, was we were given the wrong door code and that was nerve racking but overall a great experience

Location was a little far from Gatlinburg. Driveway was steep. Glad I drone the SUV and not the camaro. Description should state that driveway not low profile vehicle friendly Door code given in email didn’t work, was on phone for 15 minutes trying three different codes until one worked, WiFi code given in email didn’t work. Found code on Verison hot spot router

The representative was very nice and friendly. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The cabin had everything that we could use.

When we arrived the code given would not work and we had to travel down town for a signal to call and get a new code. I would recommend that they make a more pet friendly space for pets to use. We left early for that reason. Please warn future guests of the driveway, bottomed out an Acadia on a dip in drive.
