This space is perfect for a quiet get away. With an amazing backyard, living room for gatherings you’re only 2 minutes from the airport. You can also walk the wonderful bike path right near the house. The owners are amazing with communication and always happy to help. I highly recommend

The pictures actually do not do this home justice. It was perfect for our family and well appointed. The number of bathrooms to bedroom ration was appreciated. The backyard space and open concept gathering space was great for our family. I look forward to staying here again.

We loved this house! The space and openness is what we needed. The house was well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We LIKED that the washer and dryer were on the first floor, and not in the basement. We will definitely rebook this house again!!!

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable home, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The deck was wonderful - a peaceful place to spend time, overlooking a lovely yard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the vineyard.

Great location for our weekend events, between Edgartown and the Agricultural Society Hall. The house fit our group well, nicer than the pictures show, and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely consider this house for our next visit to Martha's Vineyard. This house was perfect. We are 6 adults, old friends who used to get houses in MV, Nantucket, Newport when we were 20-something. We all agreed that the pictures didn’t do the house justice—big rooms high ceilings, beautiful, comfortable. Very well located—especially if you are picking up and dropping off anyone flying in. Centrally located for great beaches, towns, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails,etc.

Renting the property was easy and the host was very responsive. All questions were answered. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of room, kitchen was wonderful and enough bathrooms for 8 women. We truly enjoyed this house.

Great, weekend stay
Nice, comfortable house that worked very well for our short, weekend stay. Kitchen was amply equipped and provided a few basic spices and pantry items for our use which is always nice. I thought that for the price linen service maybe should have been included. We had a car for the weekend which was very helpful considering the somewhat remote location.

Lovely Island Getaway!
We’ve been going to The Vineyard for more than thirty years and have rented several places on the island. But we especially loved our stay at Paul’s home. It was spacious, very comfortable and its location was perfect for us. In addition, this home has a fabulous deck area. Whenever we made contact with Paul, he was gracious and very helpful. We’re already hoping that we can stay here next summer.

Terrific House, Yard, Location
Paul was a terrific host, and the house and yard were great for adults as well as young kids. Beautiful and clean inside, with a great layout. The yard is big and great for the kids to run around on, and the large deck was another nice spot to hang out. Will be in touch with Paul again the next time we are back on MV.

Beautiful home with high ceilings; spacious and well laid out. The bed and bedroom configurations were perfect for a mix of couples and single people in our group. We enjoyed meals on the back deck with it's incredible view. Location was perfect. An entrance to the bike path was just across the main road. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay
We have stayed here now multiple times over the last 10 years. As always our time at Paul’s house was a wonderful stay. The house was well cleaned prior to our arrival. Our favorite part is the back yard, the yard and deck are massive. Family enjoyed spending time cooking out and playing in the yard. We can’t wait to start planing our next trip.

Our Favorite Place
This is our 3rd summer staying at this incredible home and we all agree this is truly our happy place. The layout inside and outside are perfect for a family and the location is nice and quiet but just a short drive into town and several great beach options. Perfect vacation home!
The lovely house is located on a quiet, tree lined street, located a short drive from Edgartown. The 4 large bedrooms were perfect for our family vacation, giving everyone enough space. We all enjoyed spending time together in the large, bright family room and the spacious kitchen. The deck and backyard are well maintained and the perfect spot to relax.
Paul was available for any questions we had.

All Around Amazing Stay
This is our second and certainly not our last summer staying at this beautiful home. The home is perfectly laid out - nice open floor plan with spacious and well appointed bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked. The backyard and deck are a highlight and where we spent most of our time. Paul is always very responsive and helpful. We can't wait for our next stay!

Spent a weekend on the Vineyard with friends. This home could not have been more perfect. There were 3 couples in total. The house offered plenty privacy for sleeping/showering yet the living space made it so much fun to gather together. The location is incredibly private, the deck & yard are gorgeous and also private. Everything is super clean, and decor is lovely. Location is perfect. Paul, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensured our time away went off without a hitch. Lovely home, conveniently located
This is a spacious and immaculate home. It is located near Edgartown on a lovely lot. The owner is very accessible and helpful. It has four spacious bedrooms and a family-friendly open floor plan. The outdoor deck has comfortable furniture and a lovely view.
You do need to provide your own sheets and towels but this was not a problem for us..we brought our own. There also is a linen service on MV.

The Long Point house is absolutely beautiful and perfect in so many ways. The house is spacious, clean and has all the comforts of home. The deck and back-yard are just top notch. Location to beaches and Edgartown is perfect. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house on a beautiful island!
I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely home...the high-end furnishings, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, etc...really give this home a luxurious look and feel. Attention to detail is obvious throughout this home. The huge back deck is a tranquil spot to have your morning coffee and the quiet and peaceful surroundings will help you really relax. The owner of the property is super-nice and accomodating... I loved cooking in this huge and well -appointed kitchen...overall, a very clean, modern home on a lovely island. Amazing vacation was had by all.

This is the perfect family vacation home!! Our family rented for two weeks and we did not want to leave. Just exactly what we were looking for. The house is extremely clean and well taken care of. It has great kitchen! The sunsets on the deck are truely amazing. We look foward to returning next summer.
