We needed a home to stay in while we sold our house. Was perfect.

We had a great stay. Sitting out by the pool every morning with our coffee was the best. The location was perfect and Jan and Arpi were excellent hosts.

Jan & Arpi’s place was perfect for our needs! Roomy, homey, comfy, great pool and outdoor space. The hosts were just charming, and we can’t wait to stay again!

The place was very nice, beautiful neighborhood, quiet… The hosts were very sweet, and even let me get in early as I traveled straight from Michigan.. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this unit for many reasons- comfortable bed, a screened in large furnished lanai/pool area with access to grill (although pool quite chilly), excellent location near downtown and beach, and nice accommodating hosts.

Great location with all the amenities! Jan and Arpi were fabulous hosts. It was so great having our dog with us. Would stay again for sure!

Truly a slice of heaven---lush grounds, ultra quiet and secluded, best-of-the-best hosts, beautifully-appointed and clean, with cloud-like bed, chilled fridhe, and kitchen/living room lanai, all steps away from the perfect, paradise pool---and everything all to yourself 24/7! The beach is mere minutes away, as is the best fresh seafood restaurant around, plus all the typical fast food, groceries, etc.--really its all here. Already planning to roost here again!

My husband and I stayed for a week while house hunting. Everything was clean and only saw host once when checking in. (In other words, even though they live there, you have your own privacy). Has separate entrance and never heard the owners in their personal space. Would def stay again!

Jan and Arpi are genuinely kind human beings who have created a very relaxing setting

This was a working vacation for me and a baseball spring training vacation for my special-needs son. Jan and Arpi were very gracious hosts. They keep their property very clean and comfortable. We immediately felt right at home. The tropical landscape is beautiful and the enclosed pool is very private. The neighborhood is perfect for a long walk or bikeride and lots of shopping and dining opportunities nearby. We hope we're lucky enough to visit again next year!

Everything about it was great...... homeowners were very nice people a d very accommodating..... house and property was beautiful as well as neighborhood... had great parking as well... we really enjoyed our stay...... will definitely recommend to anyone.....

Although attached to the house, you have your separate entrance. The accommodation is in a lovely quiet development. No sink or cooker in the apartment, but you have full use of the lanai which has cooking facilities, a sink and comfortable chairs. The pool looked lovely, unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and it was too cold to use! The bed was very comfortable. Jan and Arpi were the perfect hosts. The wine and fruit were much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again! Would love to return in the spring or summer when I could use the pool.

We came on a family vacation and all of us couldn’t fit in our home so a few of us stayed here. Owners were super kind, house was clean. Pool and lanai area was beautiful. House is near tons of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again!

Great hosts

We had such a wonderful stay. The suite has everything you need. The lanai and yard are an absolute paradise. Location is great. Jan and Arpi are absolutely the best. They are very kind and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Exceptionally Clean and Comfortable. Everything you need is here.' The owners JAN and Arpi could not have been more hospitable. We had the entire patio and pool to ourselves and were welcomed to invite friends.

This property is well kept and clean .The Landlord was very helpful and considerate. I will certainly go there again and also recommend it to friends.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found these accommodations. The Rajki's were gracious hosts and made us feel very comfortable. We enjoyed using their pool, deck and outdoor kitchen.

So, when opening up this property on HomeAway, our first thought was, Do we really want to stay at a connected apartment? The decision to stay was perfect, Arp and Jan were the most gracious host's you could only dream of. They literally let my wife and I commandeer the Pool/BBQ area. It really felt like we were at Home. We will definitely be staying again !

The private apartment opens on to a beautiful pool and garden which guests are invited to enjoy. Our bedroom, bath and sitting room were immaculately clean and charmingly decorated. We would love to stay at this conveniently located home again.
