Property itself is absolutely fantastic. Can’t complain at all. We’ve have stayed within this hotel twice now, funnily enough in the same room.

Our only negative is that the bus to Disneyland stops between 11am and 4pm. We understood why during the winter months but in the height of summer when it is most busy it would be ideal if the bus was frequent all day.

Limpeza muito fraca, chão pegajoso, cama com muito pó acumulado, passei MUITO mal a noite.. Não preparam os sofás-cama, nós é que temos de abrir e fazer as camas Chuveiro impossível de tomar banho, a água estava sempre a passar de gelada para MUITO quente Experiência horrível, noite horrível, nunca mais volto nem aconselho

Das Hotel bietet, in unserem Fall, gegen Aufpreis, ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Es ist durch den Shuttle sehr gut ans Disneyland und die Zugstation Marne la Valle angebunden (fährt alle 30 Minuten, ab 8:30), Plan ist vorhanden. Shuttle kann auch für An- und Abreise benutzt werden. Zusätzlich gibt es auch einen öffentlichen Bus. Es gibt einen Minimarkt und auch die Möglichkeit Abends zu essen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, alles vorhanden.

Das Zimmer/Appartement wird nicht täglich gereinigt. Man kann jedoch alles an der Rezeption holen - ist 24 h besetzt.

We stayed here in May for 4 nights to experience Disneyland, Paris. From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely polite, friendly and always happy to help! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Beds were amazing! We had a room above reception and the view was sweet overlooking the little pond area with the ducks. These were loud (more so on a morning) but we were fine with that. Nice little kitchen with the essentials. We brought cereals and coffee from home to save spending extra whilst we were there so we grabbed breakfast before catching the shuttle to Disneyland. Reception area, again, very clean. Better than we expected! Alcohol pricey but we expected that to be the case. Cute little shop at the entrance with snacks etc which was a nice addition (card payment only though!) We only used the pool once, extremely cold but my 8 year old daughter and I loved it nevertheless! Restaurant was canny. Pricey again but, again, we expected that. Good service, friendly staff! Kid’s arcade play zone was good. Machines to pay for tokens. The pool table and football table was a nice addition to reception too! Shuttle was every 15 minutes from 8:30am up to 11am which was good. Always on time. Overall, 10/10!

We may have eaten more often at the hotel but not a great variety available. We had platter starter and extras, including chips, prawns and onion rings etc, rather than a meal and it worked out well for us! Breakfast - again, we would have eaten but pricey, especially for kids. Shower often ran hot and cold. We managed. My only complaint would be the shuttle coming home after visiting the Disney parks. We found catching the 9pm was ideal, any later was an absolute nightmare! People pushing without a care for anybody else. We found the English VERY friendly, others not so much, especially when it came to queues! The French don't know how to queue which was plain rude given we all had children with us.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel richtig familiär und vor allem der personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden . Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederholen. Meine Kinder waren echt begeistert. Danke Staycity Hotel für alles. Nisrin

Lovely surroundings. Spacious room with fantastic view to lake and pool. A fully equipped kitchen everything we needed was in the palm of our hands. Great breakfast

Convenient and cheap enough, nice decor, extremely comfortable bed, perfect for Disney trips with the bus shuttles so frequent

The only thing i could say is no English channels on the t telly but I wasn’t there to watch it 🤷‍♂️
