Location was fantastic

The host was incredibly helpful, welcoming and available with lots of useful information which made our arrival and stay very smooth. The central location of property was fantastic, everything we needed was on the doorstep and it was easy to access the surrounding areas. The furnishings, facilities and appliances etc. in the property were spot on.

Our host, Valerie, was very helpful. She was even able to organize a last minute request for a baby cot. She gave a great, brief overview of the apartment. The apartment facilities are wonderful. The view is amazing with a full on view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The grocery store, liquor store, and ski rental are all within 2 minutes walk. Train station and drop off for kids ski school is 5-10 minute walk. Ski bus pick up point is a 5 minute walk. The apartment has all of the amenities you need for a week long stay, including a washing machine and ski equipment storage. Also, upon arrival, Swiss chocolates, a bottle of wine, and a lovely Christmas tree were in the apartment, which was a very lovely touch.

Villa Emeline is the best accommodation of my Switzerland trip. Over expectation and perfect 10! - Apartment is very large. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one for en suite), 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens. - Very comfortable for 6 persons - My family like kitchen equipments. - From the main living room, very surprised that we could see Matterhorn. - Location is great. Close to Zermatt station, the way to apartment no need to walk up hill. Migros Supermarket is only few steps from apartment. - Host is very responsive and always help us. Really appreciated her.
