Shower floor did not seem clean, so we cleaned it. We are not used to staying is tall building. We would have preferred 1 or 2nd floor

The beds were amazing & so comfortable!!

The location is the furtherest my family & I have ever stayed in front beach road. We did not love that, we also got to our condo about 2hrs early & it was clearly clean & ready to go but they would not let us. It was the worst!!!!!

How dirty the floor was and the broken beds..it was very uncomfortable sleeping..... My baby was filthy from crawling on the floor and coffee pot was broken

Love the location of the building. Near pier park. Staff was some why friendly. Lost power our first now after our kids were scared of a loud noise and a transformer blew. Nothing worked for a while so one night was wasted money cause we didn’t even have lights or a tv

Hardly any pillows or blankets. Bring your own Bed was decently comfortable. Was told it slept 6 but the couch bed isn’t big at all. We didn’t have enough room for the amount it allowed us to book

Pool was big / hot tub was nice as well

Elevators. There are only 2 for entire 23 floor complex.

We hadno where to park the golf cart werented nd they were a little rude when they told us. Just said it would be towed not offering a plce we could puut. It. I finally found one worker that told us where we could leave it butt we had to leave it .5 mile away

The view was worth the money. The beach wasn't crowded, has a nice pool and big hot tub, balcony view was beautiful

The cleaning could have been more detail,dishes had leftovers on them.under beds could of been cleaner, dusting is a must! The beds wasn't comfortable, not much lighting in the rooms. Walls needs good touch up. We go every yr to PCB and I'll say this room was my least favorite outta all the times we've been.

Living room tv didn’t turn on for part of our stay and no remote for the second tv. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal except it is March and we are basketball fans so we couldn’t watch tournament games in the room. Emailed the company and yet to get a response.

furniture not good! couch was in bad shape. chairs were not good and dishwasher broke and no one responded to my repair request. fitted sheets were queen size on a king bed and kept coming undone

Location,condo was clean, view was great.

parking price was expensive and not what your site quoted $100 for 4 nights for 2 cars Water pressure was low in all showers.Maintenance never came.
