I liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful.

It could have used some deep cleaning. Baseboards and tile and cabinets were a bit dirty. Also, the room was not ready upon arrival. The very nice cleaning lady explained that the other house she was cleaning was left a mess.

well equipped excellent location

The house was lovely, had everything in it that you could possibly need. The area felt safe at all times.

The house that shares the pool had 3 families in it, taking up all the parking spaces. They were at the pool day and night so not much chance of us getting out there. On the one evening we did go out there, they had left empty beer bottles, plates with food still on and rubbish everywhere!

This was the best equipped unit we've ever stayed at, sincerely. We didn't lack for any supplies needed at arrival. Mira checked on us to make sure all was going well! All housekeeping supplies and bathroom needs were there in the unit. Plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes. Fantastic! Very comfortable furnishings and great location. The condo grounds are lush and beautiful trees on the property. Watched a sunrise over the bay and dock area just down pass the unit. The condo complex is closed off from main road so it's private and very quiet and peaceful!! The pool is right next to the unit. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Mira was the perfect hostess! Minor issues like light bulbs being out, sugar ants in the kitchen and the the floors weren't properly cleaned, housekeeping should have checked on these items. Owner took care of what was needed and I just ran up to Ace for the sugar ant issue. All taken care of quickly. Pool needed to be cleaned so we didn't get to use it until last day of our stay but the beautiful Gulf is across the street! Pictures are from beach across the street. The County/City should come through and spray for misquitoes during season, they were pesky.

Property in great location on Siesta Key and very comfortable.

The crockery could do with a sort to remove the chipped items but there is plenty of it.

The house met all of our needs with easy access to the beach and the shuttle into town. Very nice place, very well equipped and the host was great.

We loved that we had access to both the canal and beach. The trolley rides were a great way to get around Siesta Key. Food was good and most of the residents were very friendly and informative. We will definitely go back.

Not being able to use the pool due to 2-3 other families with children staying in other half of the villa. They left toys, food and garbage on pool deck all week. Didn't care for the security lady at Aloha Kai. She stopped us every time we walked through going to the beach to remind us of their rules.

Location is beautiful with access to waterway and ocean. Umbrella, chairs, and towels ideal for going to beach. Outdoor seating also a plus.

Pool availability- in constant use by adjoining unit.

it’s a beautiful property that is near the beach. pictures indicated it’s on the beach but it’s not, next time will find a spot on the beach. air conditioner worked great

parking was a pain, we drove to the beach everyday bc the walk was too far in the heat. there were mosquitos everywhere! couldn’t even swim in the pool bc we got attacked. the pictures indicate you can go to the bay but you can’t.
