The condo is located in Ram's Hill in Borrego Springs. Great golf course community. The condo overall is clean, except for the carpets, they are filthy and really need to be replaced.

Excellent location in the gated community, lovely views from the patio. Carpets were old and spotted, but otherwise unit was very clean. Home was listed for sale while we were there, so may not be available in future.

This is a spacious condo, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Borrego is special... beautiful flowers even in December if you are willing to find them.

This property is great, and just as detailed. The condo was well equipped and had all that we expected. Borrego Springs is a superb little town, with wonderful weather. We were disappointed to find the Ramshill golf club restaurant/club house was not open, but we ate at Carlees twice and it was great. We had a trip to Julian, which is very pretty and pleasantly quiet when we were there. We would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed here to explore the park, and found the location really convenient even though it isn't in the center of Borrego Springs. The community amenities like the pool were very nice to return to after a long day in the desert, and the house was cozy. We would stay again for sure.

This condo is just what we needed. Two bed rooms and two bathrooms, although, watch that first step in the master bath shower! The view from the patio is amazing. The kitchen has everything and more than you would need, including coffee. Being in a gated community offered added security. The garage door had a mind of it's own! Would definitely stay again.

Nice condo in good location in Rams Hill. The condo was a little dated. There was not good enough hot water for the main shower. The lack of network TV was disappointing. Only had Netflix, Hulu and preprogrammed stations. The golf course was not up to the condition of a few years ago and the price was nearly double.

Doorknob was off the small door to the garage. The garage was very dirty and we had to walk around items on the floor.
Someone had to be called to get the television to work properly.

We were amazed at the spaciousness of this property! Our son’s family came to visit us one night and there was plenty of room and the second bathroom was much appreciated. This was a very special place with all your personal touches from artwork to plenty of spices and herbs in the kitchen cabinet.
When we come back to Borrego Springs in a different season I would definitely love to stay at your home again! There were absolutely no negative issues! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful and safe home.

Great desert views, comfort.
I went for some alone time, which has been in short supply during Covid. The place was comfortable, well supplied, and had great views to the Santa Rosa mountains to the north. I spent a lo of time on the chaise lounge on the patio, reading and enjoying the views. I highly recommend.

Lovely condo overlooking the pool, which was never crowded. Everything we needed for 5 nights and we enjoyed the extra touches like night lights and the soft close toilet seats. Beds are super comfy. Son and wife joined us for 2 nights and the space was fine for all of us. Seating is a bit limited in the living room and the purple chairs aren't very comfortable, but we will put it on our list of return to's!

Beautifully appointed condo with a well maintained and also personal and unpretentiousness feel to it with interesting art and decor. The beds are super comfy, the view of the surrounding mountains and badlands through the palm trees from the back patio are amazing and make it fun going no where but the condo as you always have a sense of nature and place even indoors. You can watch the sunrise from the master bedroom without even getting out of bed! It is a very quiet community even though Rams Hill itself is huge and populated. We aren’t golfers, but if you are wow what a beautiful course with huge scenery every direction. The pool and jacuzzi for the neighborhood the condo is in was barely used and the few people we met using it were friendly and considerate. Felt safe even in these Covid times. Highly recommended if you’re interested in Anza Borrego history that you watch their copy of a documentary about Marshall South and Ghost Mountain in the southern part of the park and then go take the hike up to the ruins, the story and the view are rewarding! The condo could easily sleep 4 people or more but we found it a lovely luxury of space for just two. Thank you Betty and David who are responsive property manager and host. Would return on a future trip.
