Bienvenido a Villa Maria, nuestra villa de diseño moderno, ubicada en una de las mejores ubicaciones de Aruba. Cuando ingrese a Villa María, será recibido por nuestro lujoso restaurante con cocina con isla de cocina, gran mesa de comedor y sala de estar, con un concepto abierto al espacio exterior. El diseño único en forma de U garantiza la privacidad, para que pueda disfrutar de la piscina privada en paz.
Villa Maria está construida para resistir el calor del sol de Aruba y está construida con los mejores materiales aislantes para mantenerlo fresco y fresco por dentro. Nuestra villa es adecuada para 8 personas (posiblemente 10).

Villa Maria was more than we had expected. The wine and charcuterie board upon arrival for our anniversary was a nice surprise. Julie’s welcome was greatly appreciated. The hot water in 2 bathrooms was not the best but we made it through. The location was great for nightlife, food, adventures, the beach, shopping, etc. the pool was amazing. The pool cleaners showed up twice without notice but they too were in and out with no disruption. I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend it!

The location and amenities were ideal as quality restaurants, beaches and tourist attractions were within 5 minutes. Once we figured out the roundabouts....LOL, driving was a breeze. Design Villa Maria is on the short list for an Aruban Christmas return visit..

So very impressed by the design of this home. There were three couples that stayed in this villa we each had our own bedrooms, and the bedrooms were laid out on each side of the pool, which allowed for the utmost privacy yet when we were all together in the huge great room for eating or entertaining we could not ask for more. The pool was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. The property manager Julie responded immediately and if we had any request, she was right on top of things. The owner recommended a concierge which was Freya. She was fantastic. She made our arrival perfect. If we were asked to give one recommendation,It would be that lighting in the bedroom and the bathrooms could be a little bit brighter . Overall, the property was amazing. The area was amazing. We could not be happier. The owner and the property manager were great to deal with. if I ever had the opportunity to build a home in this beautiful paradise, it would definitely be designed exactly like this home! We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

I chose this property mainly because one of my sisters is in a wheelchair and everything was on one level.......lots of room for her to maneuver throughout the house. The pool was wonderful as well as the covered patio area as it did get very warm during the day. There is a rooster in a nearby property that made sure to let me know it was morning....lol. Food in Aruba can be very expensive depending on where you go and we found the best place was C-Mart and not as crowded as Superfoods. Had a great stay and plan to come back in a few years.

This is our second year staying in this beautiful home. Location is perfect for all activities and the house amenities leave nothing to be desired. The Host and Property Manager were very helpful and communication was outstanding.

I stayed here with three other ladies for our girls trip. One of us had a birthday the week we were there and there was a bottle of wine for, which was very thoughtful. We were greeted by Julie when we got there, she was so nice and a ball of energy. She was very responsive whenever we had questions.
The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful place. The address is on Ruby Street and it is indeed a gem. The pool was a favorite hangout spot and the pool cleaners come twice a week to clean it so it’s very nice and clean. The kitchen is amazing and very well equipped.
All of the bedrooms are very nice and comfortable with large walk in closets and very nice ensuites. After we learned that the hot and cold water were the opposite of the label on the shower faucet all was right with the world.
You definitely need a rental car but the villa is in close proximity to most everything, including the California Lighthouse and Arashi Beach and Palm Beach. We all agreed that we would be back, either together or with family.

Cannot say enough about this house, the owner and their property manager. From the booking in 2021 to the Covid cancelation and then the re-booking this year, the experience has been flawless and very professional. The house itself is everything the listing shows and more. Our family comfortably settled in from the first minute and had to pry them loose to leave. Fantastic location that is a short drive to everything. The neighborhood was lovely with very friendly neighbors always with a ""Good Morning ". We found ourselves spending more time at this beautiful home and the gorgeous pool than we would normally during an Aruba vacation. If the opportunity comes again we will definitely book Villa Maria again.

Large modern home with open kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool. Clean pool with a great layout, while one side gets sun the other has shade with ample sunchairs for all your guests. Caution: tiles do get slippery when wet, be safe and use footwear around the pool. Cozy outdoor seating for the evenings.
Large bedrooms with individual AC and TVs. Large bathrooms with walk-in showers and walk-in closets with access to the pool from each master bedroom.
We went with two families (7 people) and the kids loved running around in the open spaces.
Close to the beach, casinos, supermarkets, etc. Arashi beach was the closest but a couple times we drove out to Baby Beach (~40min drive) which was great for the kids...highly recommend.

Check in was wonderful as we had Julie there waiting on us with information and even a bottle of wine. Julie was our point in contact and help us anytime we needed anything not just the house. The home speaks for itself! It’s beautiful and even better than the pictures. Our stay was amazing!

Arubacation
This was my 3rd trip to aruba and we needed a larger place this time that would be good for adults and kids. This home is absolutely beautiful, well done, and had everything we wanted. Awesome two week vacation.
We just got back from spending the past two weeks at Villa Maria. There were 4 adults and 3 young kids in our group. We had a great time. The villa is in a very quiet + safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is a short drive away. The pool is awesome. The property manager is lovely to deal with. We would return to Villa Maria in the future.

Wonderful Villa!
We had a great time at Villa Maria! The pool was great and there were enough chairs for everyone. It was great that one side of the pool was in the sun and the other was shaded so that we could take a break when needed. The owner's assistant was always available when we had questions about where to eat or where things were. We highly recommend this Villa. You will love it.

Great house and great location
Villa Maria has an excellent location about 5 minutes from our two favorite beaches - Boca Catalina and Arashi beach. We picked the house mostly because we have stayed in this particular neighborhood before, and the design of the house looked unique. The house is much larger than it appears in the listing, with a large amount of common space and generously sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and bathroom. This house would be great for large groups.
The outdoor area is awesome with plenty of shade throughout the day.
The management company was responsive before the stay and it was easy to make arrangements for the check-in, even with our flight delayed by 90 minutes.
Highly recommend staying at Villa Maria.

Beautiful clean property in a quiet neighborhood
Everything exceeded our expectations! Julie the property manager was so sweet and helped me plan a few festivities for my husbands 40th birthday. The double master bedrooms are great … lots of closet space. The pool area is also great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful house, sizable private pool. Everything was clean and comfortable. Outdoor grill is a nice feature, we used it all the time. Great location, 5-7min by car to the beach. We loved Arashi beach, so beautiful and not crowded.

Beautiful home
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We were looking for a quiet, romantic getaway. This was perfect! The house is very clean and bright and the pool is stunning. The house is built around the pool and both master bathrooms as well as the main area have access to the pool. The property manager, Julie, was very kind, helpful, and easy to reach. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Had a great time here. Wonderful property. The only downfall is the king size beds are 2 twin mattresses pushed together, so there was a gap. Other than that small detail, awesome place! Would stay here again.

Beautiful modern home in a prime, convenient location
We vacationed in Aruba with another family and enjoyed our stay very much at Villa Maria! The house is a perfect layout for 2 families, offering the perfect amount of privacy in the 2 bedroom wings and space for socializing in the huge main room. Our group also had 5 children among us, ages 4-8, and they loved playing in the pool every day after a long day at the beach. The house is located in a prime neighborhood, just minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island (one of our favorites was Arashi, just a 3 min drive from the house) and all the shopping and dining you will need for your stay in Aruba. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Villa Maria again on our next visit to Aruba- hopefully soon!

Christmas in Aruba
This property is perfect for a large group. We had eight people in our group and found the house to be very comfortable for our stay. Julie met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know. Nice, safe and quiet neighborhood in the perfect area on the island. Close to the beach, shopping, etc. They had a Christmas tree set-up in the den for our celebration, which was perfect. It's so much more comfortable to stay in a house vs. a hotel in Aruba. I highly recommend this property for your next Aruba vacation.

Just amazing!
Okay, this was our 2nd visit back to Aruba and we could not have stayed at a better place! The process was easy, Freya was awesome in communication as well as accommodation to the property from the airport...upon checking in, Julie was informartive and most helpful in showing us where everything was and how to manuever through out the house. The location is perfect too! You’re literally 5-7mins away from the casinos, nightlife and beaches...There was 7 in my party and it was perfect, the pool inviting and the ambiance of the house was stellar and modern. Most of all, due to the hurricane which affected my parents flight, Dennis and his staff allowed us to stay additional nights which made life so easy... again Dennis thank you...
I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants the luxe of a great vacation handled by an awesome staff! We will be back!

My First Aruba Trip
Beautiful House!, has all amenities to you will need on your trip down to a cooler for the beach. Local Property Manager was great! She was very attentive and only a call away. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. I would love to go back. Very close to beach and night life including restaurants.
