Charming Oceanfront Villa!! Beautiful Beachside Heated Pool! Steps to Sand!
Recientemente renovado y muy bien decorada, esta dos dormitorios, dos cuartos de baño villa cuenta con una cocina de tamaño completo y una zona de sala de estar / comedor combinado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size, la segunda habitación un par de camas individuales y hay un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. El balcón de la sala de estar tiene una vista directa al mar. Cada unidad en Ocean Dunes tiene servicio de internet inalámbrico y acceso a la piscina y zona de picnic "nuevo" frente al mar. Ocean Dunes está situado en el extremo sur de la isla a lo largo de South Forest Beach Drive, a poca distancia de Coligny Plaza y el parque de la playa de Coligny. El complejo Ocean Dunes es una propiedad frente al mar que está situado aproximadamente a 70 yardas del océano. Overall it was nice and I would stay again. Positives were Location, close to beach and pool and Coligny Plaza. Great view of beach and pool. Laundry room was close also and it was easy to check in and out plus parking area was good. Negatives were pool is small for complex and the Wi-Fi was not good in the unit plus the amenities (soap , toilet paper, etc could have been better). But like I said earlier I would stay in this unit again.

Unit 210 review
Overall it was nice and I would stay again. Positives were Location, close to beach and pool and Coligny Plaza. Great view of beach and pool. Laundry room was close also and it was easy to check in and out plus parking area was good. Negatives were pool is small for complex and the Wi-Fi was not good in the unit plus the amenities (soap , toilet paper, etc could have been better). But like I said earlier I would stay in this unit again.

This condo was impeccably clean, perfectly located .6 mile from Coligny Plaza, and overlooking pools and ocean. We could see the waves lap onto the beach and saw dolphins swim past almost every day. This condo was impeccably clean, perfectly located .6 mile from Coligny Plaza, and overlooking pools and ocean. We could see the waves lap onto the beach and saw dolphins swim past almost every day. Perfect for small family and great view!
It was just me and my husband plus our 2 yr old so the size was perfect for what we needed. The view of the ocean was great! We would definitely consider staying here again next time we go to HHI.

210 Ocean Dunes is a lovely unit- the view was amazing and the location is perfect. The owners have put a lot of thought into the furnishings and fixtures and it had every we needed. So bright and cheerful. We are already talking about biking this unit for our next trip. We love VTHHI they are always such a joy to work with.

It was my husband and I, and our son’s first time on a vacation, just us. We always go with family and friends and this trip was the most special of all. I carefully looked in to many rentals and this one most certainly was everything I expected - close in proximity to Sea Pines as well as the market, restaurants and shops. One of the only units listed in searches with a king size bed and additionally was an end unit. Every amentity you can think of and just perfect for a family of three or even an addition 3 more! Cleanliness is always appreciated and we mentioned several times how we could eat off of the floor it was so clean inside! The upgrades are so nice and we will certainly be renting again.

We have stayed in many units over the 12 years we have stayed in Ocean Dunes. This is a very well furnished unit and very comfortable and clean. The property as a whole is very clean and well maintained. The one and very bad problem was the noise. the drone of the pump on the new property being built behind us was really a minor problem. The noise from construction on several units surrounding us really affected the quality of our stay. Two weekends they were sawing tile all day until almost 6:00pm one Saturday. We understand that this is the time of year when remodeling takes place but this year was the worst. When booking units for January guests should be made aware of proximity of remodeling projects. We are reconsidering January stays in the future.

Clean, tastefully decorated, convenient location
We booked this condo for a 5 day family trip. We took our 2 small children (ages 4 and 7 months). The condo was clean and tastefully decorated (updated). The view of the pool and ocean from the balcony is nice. We don't stay in cheap places when we got out of town and I absolutely have nothing negative to say about this one! We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to get back! Thank you!
