The location simply cannot be beat. The apartment was in the heart of the old town, but on a quiet street with few tourists. The check-in procedure was efficient, with everything being taken care of ahead of time. When we arrived after our long transatlantic flight and train journey, we could enjoy the premises right away.

I would not recommend the sofa bed for more than one person, it really sank in the middle.

Die Wohnung für vier Personen verfügt über ein Bett und ein nicht so bequemes Schlafsofa. Das Haus ist leider extrem hellhörig, sprich Radio hören etc. ist unmöglich. Wir hatten fast das gesamte Haus gemietet, allerdings liegt es direkt an den Nachbarhäusern, so dass man wirklich nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer sein sollte. Nicht so optimal war, dass es für jedes Zimmer nur einen Schlüssel gab, was insbesondere bei den Sechserzimmern ein ziemlich logistischer Aufwand war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich im Vorfeld wegen der Steuernummer nicht so optimal und sehr kompliziert. Das senkte etwas die Stimmung vor Anreise.

The flat is located in the very center of Valencia's old town, allowing us to explore most tourist attractions such as the Central Market, the Cathedral, and more on foot within 20-30 minutes. The flat has been modernized from an old building, and we were satisfied with the clean and cozy room that included a kitchen, enabling us to prepare some of our own meals. The flat is suitable for a maximum of 4 family members, offering one king-size bed and a sofa bed.

I would like to recommend that the flat's support team provide clearer information regarding the following points: Registering information for all guests, especially the Person's Tax Identification Number. This requirement was unusual for us, but the support team informed us that it's legally required in Spain. (Access keys cannot be provided without completion of this information.) Information about parking and accessing the old town by car. I used the Central Market parking area with a 7-day ticket that cost 110 Euro. (I believe it's the best parking option for flat guests.) Driving a car into the old city is only allowed if the flat's support team registers the car's license plate. Therefore, guests are required to contact the support team prior to their arrival.

A fantastic spacious property in the heart of Valencia. This apartment has everything you need for a great stay and is well equipped. The building is beautiful and the apartment has more than enough space for two people. The kitchen has all the utensils you need and there are many shops nearby to pick up the essentials. All the sights of Valencia are within walking distance and it’s not far to the tram stop to get to the beach. Highly recommended.

The location was great - right in the old town, down a quiet alley. The flat had everything we needed, including air conditioning and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size.

They might have left a few cooking essentials - olive oil, salt and pepper.

Great location right in the centre of the old town. Very comfortable and we were greatfull for the aircon at night. The flat is spotlessly clean and comfy bed and lovely fresh towels.

It would of been nice to check in a little earlier or at least have the option to store bags but this info is all detailed in the description, so I was aware of this before. Not really anything not to like about this little flat

The location of the appartment was excellent, a couple of minutes walk away from the Mercado Central. It was very clean and the double bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too

The sofa bed dips in the middle so was not very comfortable, and it would have been nice to have a mirror above the desk and some hand soap, but otherwise it was perfect!

Location of the apartment is excellent, minutes away from the Center and North train station. The apartment’s facilities are modern with authenticate renovated details of old building in which apartment is located. The kitchen is very well equipped. The communication with the owner was very opened and easy.

The couch bed on the right side was too soft like there is a hole in mattress.

Great apartment, perfect location, quite neibourhoud. Everything was just perfect. Host was very responsive and kind. Apartment is close to almost everything worth seeing in Valencia. We had our best vacation ever here

Modern and spacious room with kitchenette. Central location and comfortable beds. The room was clean and the beds were made. Highly recommended!

The room was overall clean but they forgot to clean the toilet properly. We haven't seen any staff at the reception for the whole period we stayed at the accomodation, but they assist us when the wifi didn't work via whatsapp and answered all questions fast!

Location was great, plenty of space for 2 people, but perhaps a bit small for 4. Bed was super comfortable and well-equipped kitchen.

The location was nice. Access to Metro. Very close to a nice area with a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Comfortable to host a family of 4 persons. Very clean. The air conditioner was functioning very well. Wifi and Internet access very good.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. Although it could open and close very easily, the 2 people sleeping there were falling into the center of the bed. There was no door to separate the bedroom because someone had to pass from the bedroom to enter the toilette. For us it was not a problem because we were a family.
