This place exceeded our expectations on so many levels. Clean, well equipped, centrally located and an amazing roof top patio. If this is available I’d highly recommend scooping it up. You will not be disappointed.

Great town home. The Ballard neighborhood of Seattle is quiet, relaxing, close enough to drive to the city, but far enough to be away from the city noise and traffic. Communication was fast and easy with the owner. The only negative is the neighborhood parking is haeavy, but that howbitnid all over Seattle. Woukd stayvhere again.

We absolutely loved our stay! This newly remodeled townhouse was perfect for our stay. It was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The owner was available for any questions if needed. We would certainly stay here again if we were back in Seattle.

Visiting family in the area. The townhouse was perfect for us 4 adults. Significantly clean! Very comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, great location for short walks to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything functional and easy to use, especially appreciated washer/dryer and owner provided laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Very “turnkey” experience. Alll four of us had a great stay, enough room/ privacy for those who had some remote office work to do too. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you Karen and Joe!

The place was extremely clean, very well decorated. Bed was very comfortable and there were some very nice chocolates which I love. My grandson was thrilled to have a room for himself. Overall had a very enjoyable stay and will stay here again.

Took a long overdue to the Pacific NW recently. Having grown up in South Washington and also having visited Seattle many times, but not recently - I was amazed by the changes in the city. Whether good or bad, I guess that depends on the person's perspective, but I did notice a huge outcrop of beautiful new condos and townhouses. This particular unit was one of those buildings. Super modern, beautifully built and renovated, we had a wonderful stay here. The finishes and layout were amazing. Huge kitchen with new appliances, nice little living area with a huge TV, nice bathrooms on each floor. Everything was well thought out, comfortable and sparkling clean. The gigantic en suite bathroom was luxurious with the massive shower, separate toilet area and heated floors. The location couldn't have better. We highly recommend Ballard as a central place to stay. Close to downtown, close to Fremont, Queen Anne, supermarkets and stores nearby. An amazing coffee shop a couple blocks away that made the best biscuit I've ever had, in a very nice, walkable neighborhood. Never had to block more than a block away. Cannot recommend this place higher. We are a very picky family and everyone agreed this is one of the nicer places we have ever stayed at. Great value too. Made our trip to Seattle a great one. Thanks to the wonderful hosts!

We bad a wonderful time in this home. There was plenty of room and comfortable beds. Parking was a little tricky for is since we are from the midwest but we got it all figured out very quickly. The location was great for the activities we had planned. If you have not been to the aquarium, it is a must see! The host was very responsive and I would 100% stay in this lovely home again.

For an absolutely perfect stay in Ballard/Seattle, please consider this property. The owner/managers are wonderful - so professional and focused on providing a great experience. The property is heaven: spacious, perfectly outfitted three story with a rooftop deck. It's immaculate, cozy and you won't want to leave. If you do leave, it's very walkable in a great neighborhood with amazing restaurants and shops. If you like to cook, you will love the kitchen. A five-star, wonderful stay in every respect. We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice townhouse in Ballard. It is very modern and spacious with 3 levels, including a really nice kitchen and living room area, a very nice main bedroom, and great views from the deck.

Our family (4 adults) stayed in this beautiful Townhouse in Ballard for two weeks. Upon arrival we immediately felt relaxed and ready to begin our vacation. The townhouse was exactly as pictured on site! Even better! The townhouse is immaculate with new appliances! The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need just like someone actually lives there! It even comes with teas, cooking oils and some spices! The linens are wonderful with well stocked extras. The beds are nice and comfortable. There is an abundance of wonderful white towels and beautiful boutique hand soaps and lotion’s in each bathroom. The third floor bathroom has heated floors! So nice on cool morning’s. The rooftop is just amazing, with beautiful views, grill, table and chairs and sooooo.. much room. The Ballard neighborhood became our favorite in Seattle! There are so many cute shops and amazing restaurants, coffee shops and breweries just minutes from the townhouse! This is a quiet and safe neighborhood! We have stayed at many VRBO’s all over the United States And some in Europe, And Karen’s is the best!! Karen saved our vacation with her beautiful Townhouse! Karen is a wonderful host! Thank you Karen for making our vacation so wonderful and comfortable! You go above and beyond to make sure your renters have a wonderful stay! And we are very appreciative! We hope to revisit Seattle again and would definitely love to stay in your beautiful Townhouse again!!

We spent nearly a week in Karen's lovely townhome, while we had work done on our home in Seattle. Our stay was perfect! The place is exactly as in the photos, except nicer. Extra clean, super well-stocked kitchen, spacious primary bedroom/bathroom, awesome rooftop deck with views! Communication was great, check in and out was easy, neighbors were quiet, and downtown Ballard is very close, with all its great night life. 5+*

Met up with family in Seattle for a long weekend. It was perfect! We all loved the place and Karen was a great hostess. The rooftop deck was an incredible place to end each day. I would definitely go back! Thank you Karen!

A week in this gorgeous townhouse was everything we could ask for. All A+ across the board

I stayed with my family and friends for a memorial ceremony weekend. The house was the prefect distance away from downtown. It was quiet, clean, and spacious for our group. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop deck. The beautiful sunsets and spent a weekend together celebrating my husbands life. I would come back to this location in a heartbeat! I can’t thank you enough for the hospitality. This home is gorgeous!!

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The home was very well appointed and immaculately clean. The owners were quite responsive. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare wonderful meals. The rooftop deck was nice to have. The location was great with convenient markets close by (Safeway and Target less than a mile away). My family would happily stay here again in the future.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Karen’s property with our 2 dogs. Check in was smooth and Karen was very responsive to our needs. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed eating and hanging out on their spacious rooftop. We would definitely stay here again and recommend any of our friends to stay here!

Everything was as expected/communicated. With all the construction going on, there was still at least one street space available close to the house (driveway space was great, but our vehicle was large). Also, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet after business hours. The houses/condos are close together so with the windows open we could hear neighbors conversations, but they weren’t unreasonable and they quieted down at a decent hour. We were mostly out and about, but with an amazingly stocked kitchen we were able to save a lot of money by eating breakfast and dinner at the house. The location was awesome. It was close enough to all the hot spots in the City center/downtown, but far enough removed to enjoy peaceful evenings/mornings. The zoo (and the awesome playground nearby), the Locks/Fish Ladder/Botanical Gardens, and the Ballard Farmer’s Market are all close by as are some hidden gem restaurants and cafes. We would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Seattle!

We had the pleasure of staying at this very dog-friendly home for 16 days while we were between homes. The home is exactly as pictured, in a great location and Karen is very responsive should you have any needs while there.

The house was great. We had a couple of good nights hanging on the back deck laughing talking and eating. Great local restaurants- Bean&Buscuit was walkable for breakfast and delish. Hi-Life was a short drive for another brunch(in an old firehouse 🙌🏼) and had amazing food too. Couple of blocks for a walk for the grandson to play on the playground. Would love to return and would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Old Ballard. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is really fun. The house was clean, a nice little backyard, and the entire area is very safe. Plenty of room for a family of four. I would stay here again.

Clean and charming, well located home in Ballard. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee and condiments. 3rd bdrm. upstairs, can be warm during summer. Construction was going on at both ends of the street, so street was sometimes closed off on one end, during our stay in July 2019, Parking was lacking if you come back later in the day, and will become worse once the new condos on ends of street are finished.

We loved it. Place was great! Contact was EZ. Neighbors were enjoyable. I hope we can stay here again in the future.

Karen's home was so welcoming, she even offered to install air conditioning systems because of the unusual hot weather. We quite enjoyed our stay and access to Seattleland and beyond. Ballard is an easy drive or bus to downtown, the beach or just stay in Ballard for quaint coffee shops and walks to Green Lake or the Goodwill near Phinney Ridge! Thanks for sharing your home it was a home away from home. Loved it.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple atfer a long road trip. The house was the perfect size. It was super helpful that the house was dog friendly since we were traveling with our dog. The backyard was great because we could sit on the patio while the dog ran around. We enjoyed exploring Ballard. The house was only a five minute walk from great shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location outside Seattle city. Quaint town with good eating choices. Wish there was air conditioning since it was quite warm at times.

We enjoyed our stay but wish we had known before arriving that we were booking that we would be asked to clean the unit (to include taking out trash and washing the laundry) AND pay a steep cleaning fee. At booking we knew of the cleaning fee and were happy to pay it. We Were somewhat offended later when receiving check out info at having our deposit money held hostage if we didn’t clean and after paying such a steep cleaning fee for work we had to do in order to get our deposit refunded. The unit itself has a nice living and kitchen space. The bedrooms are very outdated and feel like they are stocked with thrift store finds. Ballard is such a hip and trendy spot and we were expecting a little bit more. The location was phenomenal- close to all the fun and quirky spots in Ballard and a quick drive to Seattle.
