We stayed at Crowson House No 2 and we found everything to be as described. Joanne has a beautiful property and the house had all the amenities and creature comforts you could ask for. It is perfectly located only steps to the wonderful village of Millthorpe (which is hidden gem). We stayed in winter and upon entering, found the gas log fireplace already going and the house so cozy and inviting, not to mention the chilled sparkling and chocolates waiting in the fridge!!! This property is a must if visiting the Orange region!! Great for families (kids had their own room upstairs) or even just couples. Thanks Joanne for such a memorable stay, we'll be back for sure (maybe without kids next time!)

Unfortunately my parents, sister and I all had covid and couldn’t attend the wedding. So my nephew and his wife had the house to themselves.
They found it just beautiful, quant and comfortable.
The contact with the owners has been timely and seem less!
Can’t wait to actually stay there myself!

Our stay was great, the town house was well thought out and nicely furnished. Not a complaint, but the gardens could of used a bit of attention. Overall I would choose to enjoy a stay there again.

Nice and Clean little cottage. Everything we needed was in the house as well as a few lovely little touches from the owner. It’s a shame for us it was a quick trip as I would have loved to look around a little more. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you 🙏

We all enjoyed our stay in Millthorpe. Cute little town with some boutique shops and nice cafes. Worth checking out.

Great house and location
The house was cute and cosy and walking distance to Millthorpes eating places and shops. The bedrooms are very comfortable downstairs but the upstairs loft is really only suited to children if you don't want to hit your head and climb quite a few stairs every night to go to bed. I think the lounge would benefit from a better lounge that sits 6 adults comfortably. We all enjoyed our stay

Weekend away.
Really happy with the property. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and warm. Some of the trees out the front need trimming and the tv was hard to get to work.

Lovely mid week getaway
The house was very comfortable and warm (the outside temperatures were between 3-10 degrees)the gas flame fire kept the living area and kitchen very cosy.
Great position, only a pleasant walk into the rest of the village and terrific restaurant. Really lovely stay.

Charming cottage in a gorgeous country village
The family loved the cottage, with a loft for the kids (with their own TV) and separate lounge area and bathroom for adults. Air conditioning and fans in the summer to keep cool along with a perfect size background with lovely afternoon shade. Kids loved the playground equipment.
Kathy was welcoming and chocolate cake and bubbles wonderful to enjoy after our trip.
Would definitely be happy to return to Crowson cottage, with a a short walk into town and the local oval and playground. Next time, look forward to heading back to the wonderful Tonic restaurant!

Lovely house and clean. Cake and wine were a treat. Short walk to the centre of town with shops, cafes, restaurants cellar doors. Museum was also handy.

Perfect for families
We had a lovely stay at Kathy's house. There was plenty of space for our family of four, with a lovely big lounge to spread out on. There was a good backyard for the kids with play equipment. The kitchen was well equipped but some of the draws were a little difficult to open.
The main living areas of the house were well heated. The bedrooms don't have heating but there are electric blankets on the bed and extra covers so we were warm in the king sized bed. Some of the furniture is showing some wear but overall a lovely home to relax in. Kathy made a lovely cake and the bottle of sparkling was very welcome.

Perfect getaway
House is as described. Very comfortable and clean. Everything you need. Great location just 5 minute walk to the town centre. And the best carrot cake ever as a welcome gift...take a container so you can take leftovers home.

Cottage charm!
Beautiful cottage with all the touches to make our stay easy. Great location in Millthorpe especially for the markets, which didnt disappoint. Chocolate cake and wine courtesy of Kathy was a lovely gesture. Would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely weekend at Crowson House 2
We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Crowson House no2. The house was immaculate and cosy and warm inside. Kathy was great to deal with and the delicious cake and bubbles left for us on
arrival was very thoughtful. The house is an easy walk to Milthorpe shops and restaurants..(Tonic restaurant was excellent ) We would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend this cottage.

Lovely home
We originally intended to stay at this property, however due to some booking conflicts we were upgraded to a larger home which was a nice consideration from Kathy! We ended up staying in the Yellow House just a few houses down the street which was a lovely experience. House was well appointed, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for a few couples or a family (perfect for families!). Close enough to town that you can easily walk but also enjoyable enough to stay in!

Very homely and comfortable
We all enjoyed our stay in Milthorpe.
Everything we needed was there in the house. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was huge and there was enough room for the kids to be in one room and the adults to be in the other.
The chocolate cake was AMAZING!!!!!

Delightful house, perfect for a family
Clean, easy-to-live-in cottage with plenty of space for a family of 5. Really well appointed kitchen, clean, comfortable bathrooms, super comfy bedrooms. A great space to enjoy a family holiday. Location is very convenient and outdoor playground was great for kids. The finishes in the house were excellent. We loved the thoughtfulness of the way it has been fitted out, eg every bedroom had a fan with an extension cord already plugged into it. Air conditioning worked really well, which was essential for the run of four 35+ degree days.

Well appointed house that could do with air conditioning for a summer stay.
Close to our family function so a convenient position. Millthorpe is a quaint little town with a surprisingly good variety of facilities.

What a fabulous property! the photos don't do it justice it was a perfect spot to enjoy Milthorpe
This was a special weekend for the four of us and it was a perfect start arriving at Katny's property. The house is beautifully appointed. Lovely comfy beds and both bedrooms generous and welcoming. The lounge was a real bonus with a lounge setting that catered for all guests - I do a lot of travelling and this is not always the case. Modern bathrooms of which there are two separate - yippee! Kitchen has everything and was modern with a large dining table and there was seating for all guests on an outdoor setting. We will definitely return to this beautiful oasis in a truely beautiful town.

Loved this house set in a beautiful country town. Warm and cosy, very comfortable, everything supplied was beautiful quality. The best part was the amazing chocolate cake that Kathy had made and a lovely bottle of champagne in the fridge.

Beautiful cottage
We stayed for two nights in this great little cottage. Freshly renovated with warm (new) gas heating and a very short stroll in to town. The cake and local sparkling wine on arrival were a nice touch.
