South Seas 3 is located in a fantastic position with superb views of the ocean.
The property itself is very comfortable.
Just a few things of note are that you need to enter the property from the rear as the front door locks don't work.
Also, the entry area to the rear of the property gets flooded with water when it rains which happened whilst we stayed there. The locking mechanism to the side gate at the rear of the property could be replaced to make it easier to open and shut the gate.
A lot of the power points were turned off and difficult to access eg. TV and fireplace.
Otherwise, beds, furniture and facilities were really good and made our stay very enjoyable.

Not a better view on the south coast; watched whales and surfers from bed. Gorgeous sunsets and crashing waves made for great sleeps. Small unit tastefully renovated in relaxing hues with complimetary original art (that you can buy). Very clean. A lamp in the lounge room and a caddy in the shower and it would be just about perfect. Easy walk to the the main street. Parking was tight even as the only car there, I imagine that it would be very difficult for large cars and 4WDs in peak summer when all five small spaces are occupied. There's strong competition for the public parking spaces out the front - surfers, whale watchers, tourists etc - most people just stop and stare when they come across the view! Good value, recommended

Fantastic location with stunning ocean views. Clifftop walk at your doorstep and a short stroll to the main streets of Port Elliot. A great winter stay. Watching the waves crash in during the day then listening to them crashing on the rocks at night was amazing.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property. The ocean views had us transfixed. Our children loved the games cupboard and bunk beds. The special gift upon arrival was a lovely little touch to our beautiful stay.

Visited for a four day stay at the start of school holidays, for some much needed down time for parents and eight year old. Property was a perfect location, overlooking Knights Beach, and three blocks walk from The Strand. Clean, neat, well organised and comfortable, the hosts had thought of everything. Great people watching as you overlook the path around the headlands and are at a perfect viewing spot for the top of knight's/boomer beach. Lovely to step out our front door and watch the brave boogie boarders below. We'd love to visit again.

We booked two nights at south seas and lived it so much we extended for three!
It was the perfect location to relax and unwind overlooking the surf at Kinight’s beach. The townhouse was cosy, clean and comfortable and the perfect place to switch off. Close enough to Port Elliott to walk to everything we needed and the views are amazing. We’ll definitely be returning when we need a relaxing break!

This property is located in one of the best spots in Port Elliot, with amazing views and access to lovely walks and good coffee. The apartment has been well renovated, but for this price point it needs a little bit more attention to detail. Providing a few coffee pods for the whole weekend, especially Easter when everything is shut, is maybe a little tricky. Other breakfast goods provided were well stocked, and the beds were comfy.
Overall a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful week at the fabulous beach side property in Port Elliott. The house has the most wonderful views and tow great rooms with their own balcony. the third rom has bunk beds and was a little cozy but the lovely appointed lounge area and great outdoor space made up for this. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. we will definately book here again!

The location was excellent, close to walks, beaches and shops. Just a couple of issues: the towel rail in the bathroom was faulty and unusable, the security gate lock from the lounge only worked after some manipulation, ice in the freezer had built up and prevented the use of one tray. However, overall the unit was in good condition and very comfortable.

We stayed at South Seas 3 Port Elliot for 3 nights and we loved it.
Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during our stay, so we couldn’t get out much, but the beautiful views from the property and the comfortable setup meant that we enjoyed staying in and relaxing.
Melissa was very responsive and helpful with our enquiries, both before and during our stay.
We would certainly be back to this property next time we want to stay in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night winter stay in South Seas 3. The unit was very clean, the cheery electric log fire was cosy in the cold weather, and there was everything we needed, plus a few extra treats! The view is superb and is one of our favourites. Being able to walk to the main street of Port Elliot is convenient, or you can enjoy the longer walk along the coastal path to Horseshoe Bay, enjoying wonderful views of the granite rocks and ocean. A very relaxing stay!
