First, Pam is a great host. Responsive and available if need be. As advertised, the home is spacious, clean and well located on a very quiet dirt road, loved it. There is no through traffic, just minimal coming and going of a few neighbors at slow rates of speed, all while being conveniently located less than a minute to Rt. 6. The downstairs bathroom is HUGE and includes a washer and dryer. The downstairs bedroom with a queen bed is just off it and a nice size with good light. Upstairs are two HUGE bedrooms, (I could turn a cartwheel if only I still could :/) one with a king bed, the other with a twin and double. (BRING SHEETS AND TOWELS). Each has a place to sit and relax with TV's, one smaller and one fairly large. There is a good size bathroom between. The kitchen is well appointed, if you plan to eat in there are plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, etc. We used the gas grill which worked great, there is a patio with table and chairs to conveniently eat outside. Stop and Shop is conveniently only 10 min away in Ptown, easy to stock up or shop on the fly. There is trash pick-up twice a week which was a nice amenity. Plan to be return for a future stay.

We have stayed here in the past and really enjoy the house. Communication with the host is excellent. The house is centrally located close to Ocean and Bay Beaches. A quick drive to Provincetown.

This was our second time staying at Pam’s and we had a great week. The house is perfectly situated in North Truro to enjoy everything the outer Cape has to offer. Pam was a wonderful host, and we look forward to returning next summer!

This was a great spot for our family with 3 teenagers. The house has more than enough space and is and very clean, with lots of great amenities (dishwasher, w/d, well-equipped kitchen, etc). The outside space is lovely and the street was very quiet but well-situated for easy access to our favorite beaches. Communication with our host was clear and easy. We will definitely be back.

We rented this house because our family home was overflowing, and it was a clean, calm getaway for 3 couples in our 60s. We slept well, enjoyed our coffee in the mornings, took undisturbed naps whenever we wanted, got a little work done on computers, away from kids & chaos! We’ll be back!

Pam’s place worked out wonderfully. Though it was larger than we needed for the 2 of us friends, we were able to have the rest of our family friends over for meals, games and general hanging out. The bedrooms are lovely and having two wonderfully sized bathrooms were a treat. Everything we needed and more was there: washer, dryer, fans, window a.c.s in the bedrooms and living room, several tvs, ample parking, beach equipment, games and puzzles etc. It’s a great place for families. A very big plus is Pam - tho we never met her in person she provided excellent information about everything we needed to know and more, checked in with us to make sure all was going well and even left us a welcome gift.
One suggestion would be that kitchen drawers and cabinets could use organizing - and elimination of excess stuff. No biggie though.

The home is just as pictured. The rooms are very spacious and our host was wonderful. We walked to the bay beach and the ocean was minutes away by car. Would definitely rent again!

We have stayed in the Cape 3 years in a row now and this was our favorite rental property. Very spacious and clean. The location was perfect. Just a quick trip to the beaches we like to go to and I loved how the house was walking distance to a market, restaurant, and coffee shop. The owner was very quick to respond with a couple questions I had. I would definitely book again!

The owner was very nice and stayed in touch with us. The house had everything we needed and actually more room than we needed. Had convenient location to a beach and a nice little market but we ended up doing lots of driving. The outside could use some paint and a few minor repairs. The air conditioner worked fine but was pretty noisy. In general we were very satisfied.

We rent in North Truro for a week every summer - this has been our first time staying at Pam’s and certainly the best so far. The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us to spread out over the week. We had everything we needed, and all remarked that we felt as though we were staying with family, due to the charm of the home. Thank you, Pam, for sharing such a special spot with us.

Great spot in Truro
The location was great, just a quick walk to the salty market, and two minutes from the beach. The house was very spacious and worked well for our family. The AC worked great which was helpful because it was so hot when we visited. The road is very quiet with only a few houses. Pam was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and well equipped. Truro is such a beautiful area with so much to offer. We enjoyed shopping, eating local and visiting the many beaches and bike trails in the area. Pam was just a message away if needed. She was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure that my family and I were comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation getaway in the Truro area.

Amazing visit
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to beautiful Cape Cod! Our house was lovely. Clean and roomy and well equipped. Pamela was a great host. We asked about beach chairs and there were brand new chairs waiting. There is glorious weather in September. We can’t wait to return!!

Great spot close to beaches and a neighborhood grocery store. There is also a wonderful playground nearby for young kids. House was comfortable and has everything needed. Pam was easy to communicate with and quickly answered questions.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in Truro. The house is perfectly located, very clean and accommodated our family very well. The air conditioning was a nice feature as the weather was quite hot. Pam responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely consider future stays here.

Lovely beach home
The three bedroom, two bathroom home is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is on a quiet street walking distance to a small store and restaurant. It is very short bike ride or car ride to the town beach on the bay or walking distance for some.

Good house and Good location
Located on a nice street with easy access to the main road, the house is spacious and just right for our family of four. The master bedroom is very large and shares the top floor with a large room with two twin beds. There is no door to the room with the twin beds, but that was never a problem for us. My daughter enjoyed having the downstair's bedroom to herself. We were thankful for the window air conditioners in each of the bedrooms and the living room. We cooked a few meals there and had all the kitchen items we needed.
The location is ideal. I really liked Truro. The beaches are wonderful. We could easily access them all in about 10 minutes. We had fun trying out the bay side beaches and then the ocean side. All were really nice. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to Provincetown. We definitely would return.

Ideal vacation stay felt like home
This was an amazing property that felt like a home away from home. Tucked away on a quiet street, this property was in a great location near the bay and a short drive or long walk to the beach. Very spacious and perfect size for our family of 6. Two large bedrooms and a comfortable dining and living area downstairs. This place had everything we needed for a great vacation. Thank you!

A comfy nest in Truro
The house is very comfortable and spacious and Pam is a great and helpful communicator. Her place was clean and ready for us and we had a great stay. It's down a little road from the N. Truro general store, a short walk to a lovely playground, and short drive to splendid beach. A very good location! As advertised, you supply your own linens and towels. Pam's coverlets and blankets were clean and comfy. I was surprised that there were not amenities like sufficient toilet paper or detergent. The kitchen is fully equipped, but If you plan to cook, bring your own knives!
