The breakfast was full of varieties , Elegant hotel , Nice and professional Staff , located in the heart of the Industrial Area and also close to the Extension of the Industrial area , Dinner Buffet was very tasty specially the Seafood Night All was Good , Thank you !

Only , The location doesnot allow anyone to see Riyadh city center , or its far away distance .

Big room, staff is very helpful and professional, ladies can use the pool which is very rare in Riyadh.

Location for me is good as all my customers are in the Industrial area within 10 minutes car ride.

Breakfast was not good. There is good choice/good spread-but the quality of food is very poor. The bread or buns are not fresh. Hot food is not tasty. Very poor beverage counter as choice of teas and coffe is very limited and no disposable cups available. Instead they can use a coffee machine. bakery products are dried out/old stock/not fresh. Live egg station chef is not trained to handle different requets. They need to make as per customer requests and wide variety of omlettes.

Overall, it was still a good experience! Smooth check in with Shaheen and check out with Ameera and great service during dinner time with a Filipino waiter (My bad for not being able to get his name). Open buffet breakfast was good!

During our stay, there were lots of families with children enjoying the pool. There were not enough pool benches and chairs to sit on and relax. Most of the benches and chairs had the guests' stuff on it, and it was giving me like a "public swimming pool" and not a hotel swimming pool. Some standard pool etiquette was out of the window. And the pool should be cleaned and maintained daily. Dinner can be better. They put a bowl of cold sodas in the "open buffet" but when my friend grabbed one, he was told it was not complimentary (not even in a discreet manner). Despite having requested and had it confirmed that we can do late check out, at 12PM somebody (a bellman) came into our room without even knocking.

Service order, not have enough Employee. I ordered ice, it took 30 minutes to got it. The break fast was not good, in the past was very good, they change it.

Everything is good if you have to stay in the industrial Area

The staff is friendly and supportive. Both the manager and his acting made every stay memorable by the extra mile they go during reservation, check-in, and check-out. I loved the entire facilities.

The only room of improvement is breakfast limited options. Felt like repeated.

Internet speed was during the day acceptable. In the evenings terribly slow.

Good location for business visitors with job in industrial area . Excellent food . Clean and neat .

All is good . Nothing bad May be pool can have roof so that it is functionally useful in summer .
