Incredible location, very peaceful and secluded

Serenity Villas is an amazing place to stay. Jo and Rick have designed great accommodation with everything you could need. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beach area is maintained well and the sunsets are 👌🏼. There are loads of nice touches to make this a memorable place, such as the complimentary bikes, laundry, games, fruit trees. The location is convenient for the airport and the main supermarket, and there are several nice restaurants within walking/cycling distance.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we were simply not allowed to arrive at the property before the stated check-in time and find a quiet corner of the beach to wait until the room was ready (and vice versa after check-out before our flight). In our experience this is quite customary and would have been far more comfortable for us. It’s not quite clear why this wasn’t possible. Perhaps something for Jo and Rick to consider accommodating in future.

Luxury comfort in stunning beachfront location with a little hidden tropical paradise for company. everything was so easy and relaxation via sun and snorkelling. understated Polynesian style and all things that could be needed included. Many thanks to Rick & Jo who have the balance spot on. couldn’t be more helpful.

very hard to find any fault

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need! Great location and gorgeous view. You can't wish for better villa. All needed information regarding Rarotonga, transport, dining etc available in the room which we found extremely helpful. The whole property is greatly maintained. It is obvious that lots of thoughts and love went to the whole property. Great, friendly owner occasionally leaving fresh fruits for us on the terrace, which was always a lovely surprise that left a warm feeling in us. We love that place and hoping to be back soon.

beautiful villas

Amazing location - we saw whales right from our balcony and the snorkeling/kayaking right outside the villa was some of the best we had on the entire island.

The location seemed second to none on Rarotonga. Lovely to do whale watching from the deck - saw many going by. The Villa contained everything that you would need, and more, with quality appliances. A very comfortable and beautifully appointed Villa. Wonderful Hosts Rick & Jo, couldn't ask for more.

Not a single thing

Bed was fantastic. Villa set up beautifully, very stylish & a beautiful place to stay, close to some awesome restaurants, being quite close to the reef wall, we were able to see whales from the shore, absolutely the best thing ever

Everything was clean and tidy and quiet and the villa was well equipped.

Great all round, the facilities were tidy and modern. Communication leading up to and during our stay was great. The room a super comfortable bed, fridge, tv, air con. Indoor and outdoor showers were also a nice wee bonus. Great snorkeling to be had right outside the rooms too

We had a fantastic time at this property. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The villas are very well appointed, clean, tidy and stylish. Rick is a great host. We'll be back for sure.

Lmited wifi

The view from the beach villa is awesome and having access to the pool and sea with snorkel gear is great. The location next to places to eat is great, The Anchorage is right next door, bakery across the road, Ariki Adventure tours just down the road and many places to eat close by.

We stayed for 5 nights and the villa is great but if we stayed longer we would prefer to have an indoor lounge and kitchen area to relax in. The outdoor patio is great but you can't beat having additional indoor space to relax in. The SV is a no under 18 Year olds, however if you are considering having a couple of friends around for a quiet drink on the patio, highly recommend you check the policy prior to booking and confirm what you read with the hosts.

The property was very clean. private and peaceful compared to some of the accommodations with a private beach area access and sun lounges for us to enjoy the perfect view of the sunset. Rick the host was very informative with places to visit and eat and also went above and beyond at the end of the trip to deliver our items we had forgotten behind to us at the airport, exception service. We will definitely be back to Serenity villas.

Not alot, it was perfect for us

The villas are beautiful in a very nice and quiet spot. The villas were well equiped and had everything we needed. Rick was a great host, very clear and easy check in and check out process. The beach right at the door of the villas was amazing with breathtaking sunsets.

Finally, no photo shots or tricky angles, a beautiful well appointed villa right on a sandy beach - first class

A lot of rules and conditions but I understand the ethos of standards and values.

Nothing. Water supply was limited during our stay but this was hardly an issue, was clearly explained, and easy to abide.

Outdoor shower was amazing. The room and facilities exceeded our expectations. Even better than the photos!
