False advertising. The property we booked was for Shadow Run #303. Even the pictures were for #303. However, we were given unit #305 because we were told we selected the "2bed Holiday Home Option." If a customer selects this option, they will STILL see pictures for unit #303. I tried it. This is false advertising and we are extremely disappointed in the belittling way the matter is being handled. The neighbors below unit 305 are very nice. The place is easy to find. And it is much more run down than unit #303 from the pictures. Most terrible experience I've had through booking.com. But the property that handles it is Vacasa. Stay away from them.

It was a bit dirty in some places and some things were broken. It would of been nice to have an additional fan.

Very nice space! Comfortable furnishings, nice decor, convenient oqwasher/dryer in suite. Wifi good. TV streaming apps and sound system or speaker system (cant remember which we had) was good quality and many streaming options. Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep although we ate out most meals.

3 flights of stairs was alot and there is no elevator. Everytime we left the condo we had difficulty getting the.lock to engage.

Great place in a convenient location. We loved how close it was to biking and hiking trails!

This third floor unit might be hard for some who don't do stairs well, but it worked great for us.

We had a code on a door lock instead of keys which worked out great. The condo was comfortable and quiet. It was great to have the gas fireplace after a long day of skiing. The bus to the mountain stopped very close and came often.

The kitchen utensils (spatula and forks) were old and too few. There were not enough hand towels (we only had 2). The bunk beds were awkward for adults. I wish they were separated into two single beds or that there was a third bed in there (the room was big enough). It's difficult for an adult to climb to the top (the steps were narrow and treacherous). One adult ended up sleeping on the couch.
