Cabaña de estilo Queenslander totalmente independiente ubicada dentro de una propiedad de 2 acres con vistas elevadas.
Hermoso entorno semi-rural y a solo unos minutos en automóvil del histórico pueblo de Mudgeeraba, aproximadamente a 10 minutos de Robina, con su gran centro comercial y aproximadamente a 20 minutos de algunas de las mejores playas de Gold Coast y los parques temáticos de Gold Coast.
La propiedad cuenta con 3 habitaciones: la principal con cama King Size, la segunda con la opción de dos camas individuales king o una cama king size grande y la tercera - 2 camas individuales estándar. Toda la ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. También una pequeña "área de oficina" con escritorio en caso de que lo necesite.
La cocina es grande y está bien equipada si decides autoabastecerte. Acceso a barbacoa cubierta y zona de estar exterior también disponible. También hay varios restaurantes a pocos minutos en coche.
Amplio y relajante salón de planta abierta y comedor, más dos balcones encubiertos (el principal es de 20 m2), ambos con asientos. Se incluyen provisiones de bienvenida de té, café, leche y jugo.

Ubicado en una zona tranquila con gran cantidad de pájaros y vida salvaje.
Las mascotas bien educadas (acostumbradas a vivir en el interior) son bienvenidas, pero no están permitidas en los muebles.

House was great. Beds very comfortable and everything was clean. Jackie was a pleasure to deal with! Their house is right there but hosts were never intrusive! If you want to feel like you’re in the country but only 10minutes to everything then this is the place! Thanks

Absolutely wonderful. House was comfortable and warm. Everything we needed was at our fingertips Jackie had put a lot of thought into making sure our stay was perfect. We loved spending time on the deck and the bird life was amazing. Even the family dog was spoilt treats on our arrival and great fenced in paddock for off lead play. Thank you Jackie and Paul for making our stay special ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Lark Rise and only wish it could have been longer. Jackie was there to meet me and explain things and was available if we needed anything. Such a beautiful quiet bush setting with birds, wallabies and goats. The accomodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a highlight being the deck overlooking nature. Highly recommend

I absolutely loved my stay at Lark Rise. The place was so lovely and clean, the beds super comfy and the kitchen well stocked. What I loved most was sitting out on the large balcony listening to the birds, so relaxing. The paddock was fantastic for my greyhound to zoom around in. Lark Rise is also located close to shops and cafes. Jackie and Paul were fantastic hosts, going out of their way to make sure my holiday was perfect. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

We stayed at Lark Rise for 3 nights and bought our 2 beagles with us, they loved the little fenced paddock in front of the cottage and sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and wildlife. The property was well maintained and comfortable we had a very enjoyable stay

Lark Rise is super clean and is well-designed so that it felt like we had plenty of space for our extended family of five plus dog and cockatiel. We received a warm welcome from both Jackie and Paul who are both lovely. Jackie showed us around when we arrived which was very helpful, and suggested some lovely local walks and cafes which we really enjoyed. We also appreciated the special touches eg treats for us and the dog, a choice of milk. The house is well appointed with everything a family could want for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including heating. Highly recommend!

Jackie and Paul were so accommodating, especially looking out for our two dachshunds. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a beautiful stay here at Lark rise. It was a lovely, peaceful spot to rest & sleep during a busy 5 days visiting family!
My only suggestion would be a lamp in the loungeroom for a more low light solution as our kids were sleeping in the rooms adjacent & we dont shut their doors. Other then though we would definitely stay again!

The property is as described, the owner lives behind the property and there to assist when and if needed, but in no way obtrusive, we enjoyed a chat over our mutual love of dogs. The property is very clean, well equiped for short or longer term stays and confirmable bed.

Our host and the birds were very welcoming, and we found everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
The house is clean and airy, and provided plenty of room for our family. It was a lovely place to relax and unwind after visiting the attractions of the area.
The balcony offers a lovely view of the trees and I found is the perfect spot for early morning yoga.

Jackie and Paul were there to greet us and we were shown the house we rented for two nights. The house is clean and had everything we needed, plus more. There is a great fenced in area for dogs ti use, which was very appreciated. Very peaceful sourrounds. A lovely couple. Thank you kindly!
