Everything was perfect. Amazing location, beautiful place with a Secret Garden and such a lovely owner. We loved the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view and sounds of the see. We would definitely recommend staying here. Danke liebe Johanna! :)

Nice scenic location close to the beach, apartments surrounded by wonderful gardens, several fig trees were bearing sweet/edible fruit, private and quiet patio for our apartment

Several large seagulls were a bit loud and cheeky, had to make sure they could not get at our food. The path to the beach has a couple of stretches that could benefit from proper steps, we had to hop on rocks.

the incredible garden with the pond the pool was perfect and very clean the beach was close, just a 5 mins of "hike"

The location was exceptional and the grounds were beautiful. It was elegantly understated and felt like you were stepping back in time, which is refreshing.

Although the facilities were clean and well maintained, the rooms could use some updating.

This is a wonderful place to relax. Set in a tranquil garden, it is conveniently located very close to an excellent beach.

Spacious 3 bedroom villa with private pool surrounded by beautiful garden. From second floor huge terrace opening sea view, we spend lot of time here. Location is close to the sandy beach, beach is spacious and not overfilled by the guests. Kitchen is equipped with enough dishes, glasses and other required stuff. We was worried about lack of air-conditioner, but by the fact no problem at all, fresh wind and close location to Atlantic ocean create very comfortable atmosphere.

A two of times during our stay, an unpleasant stench emanated from the boiler room, but after aeration (all windows were open) the problem disappeared. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and not a systematic one.

The huge terrace with sea view, the big bathroom (with a proper shower and water pressure) and the cats around. It is a calm area with a direct walking path to the beach. Lagos best beaches are just in walking distance. The wifi internet was excellent. Well-equipped kitchen.

The property is advertised with heating/central-heating but there is no heating apart from a gas fireplace in the lounge that could be used by connecting a gas cylinder. We were informed at arrival that it will cost EUR30/cylinder. We found a little electric fan heater for the bedroom. The night temperature during our stay was 8-10 C (Dec-Jan). The apartment was great during the day (if it was sunny) but very inconvenient after sunset because of the lack of heating.
