No upstairs loo

We liked it all. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable! Smooth check-in experience and friendly host always replied promptly.

There isn't a separate room so the apartment is better suited for a family with kids rather than 2 separate couples.

The next door flat had music on loop (probably radio) from 11am until 7am in the morning next day with little consideration for neighbours but obviously that is no fault to the owner. A pro tip would be to have a small booklet/folder on how to work certain applications for ease and to avoid them getting broken.

Very good location in the centre of town. Lovely cafes, restaurants and coffee shops right on your doorstep. Quiet area at night time and blackout curtains in the bedroom, so great for a good night's sleep. Appreciated the stocked fridge with breakfast items, plus all the other amenities. Very clean - would stay again.

Nice, clean and modern flat! I had surgery in Tunbridge Wells and stayed 10 days in the flat. There was everything I needed and I felt very comfortable. David is amazing and very helpful!

Good location. Nicely furnished and decorated. Generally well equipped.

Slightly limited on food prep/сooking pans. Ok for a short stay but if you are planning a longer stay and want to cook ‘at home’ it’s not great.

As I’m over 6ft I found the bed a bit short as it has a foot board and I was wedged in a bit

The snap pad was decorated beautifully throughout with plush carpet upstairs & wooden floors downstairs. On arrival the lights were dimmed, the tv had been left on the music channel and they had music playing on alexa creating a lovely atmosphere to begin our night stay! We had everything we needed when we arrived including fresh M&S bakery sourdough bread. All the little touches made it feel even more homely. It was ultra clean & Kevin couldn’t have been a better host. Thank you! We hope to return one day to Royal Tunbridge Wells & will definitely be booking The Snap Pad!

The shower is in the bedroom which we found strange at first however it actually ended up pretty convenient! I would only feel comfortable visiting if I was with my partner though - not friends!

From the minute we go there to the minute we left we literally could not find fault with this amazing place. The location was perfect as well as the decor, cleanliness, instruction from David and the little touches added to make the stay even better. Thank you, we will definitely return!

Clean and modern, everything worked and it was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Not much natural light downstairs, but I knew that from the photos so it wasn’t a surprise, it’s just the way it is, nothing that can be done to change it.

The Snap pad is a very well appointed, clean appartment in a great location. The owner is very attentive and approachable. The breakfast which is included in the price, sure makes life easy, especially on arrival.

The sitting area doesn't get much natural light and the shower is essentially part of the bedroom. This in my view makes the property good primarily for short stays.

Really imaginative use of space - comfortable and all the facilities present and correct.

The apartment was very clean and well- furnished and looked after. Although it’s in town, it was quiet. We were given really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and the owner was really helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, especially as our booking was so last minute. The little touches were lovely - the kitchen had been stocked with tea, coffee, milk, bread etc and mini jars of butter, jam and peanut butter and there was a selection of DVDs and Netflix on the TV. The bed was very comfortable too.

The flat was attractive and generously equipped with all the food you could need, not only for an excellent breakfast but also with many basic foods for self-catering other meals.

The bed on the first floor was up against a wall on one side so that it was necessary to climb over from the other and there was only one bedside table and bedside light. There was only a shower and no hand basin on the upper level. The lavatory was downstairs with only a small hand basin with one hand towel in it. It was impossible to find legal parking to unload luggage and negotiate the three separate entrance locks near the entrance to the flat.

What a great use of space, clean and well kept. The apartment is well stocked, we all really enjoyed the sourdough bread and breakfast options. It’s surprisingly quiet despite being in a town. Great communication with David. Thank you!

Beautiful quiet apartment, discreetly located but in the centre of town. It’s undoubtedly the nicest place we’ve stayed in (& we travel a lot). We’ll be back for sure.
