Gates Cottage was the perfect beach house for our vacation. The space was outstanding. Plenty of room for our grandchildren to move around. Large kitchen, large bedrooms and three floors. So close to the pool just two doors down and very close to the green space and beach. Bikes were helpful to get to the little “downtown”. We hope to return to this home next year!

Had a very nice week in the Gates Cottage at Rosemary Beach. The house was adequate for 4 adults, a nanny, a toddler, and a newborn. The general condition of the house was good; it was a typical rental. We were most satisfied with its location. Just steps from the pool and a short walk to the Eastern Green walkover. It was extremely convenient when vacationing with very small children. 30A luxury vacation made the entire vacation very easy. Very professional operation

We had a fantastic experience. Home was beautiful and clean. In great shape and exactly like the pictures suggest it is. Very close to the pool and ocean. We loved the running trail and proximity to the gym. We felt incredibly safe staying at the home and enjoyed being in a community of other families. We will definitely be back.

Arrived to very loud construction right next door which was unexpected and had trouble heating the second floor since thermostats only on bottom and 3rd (got too hot for other floors when we tried to increase heat). Beautiful home in great location otherwise.

We have come to Rosemary 5 years using 2 different rentalCompanies and staying at 3 different houses. 30A Luxury Vacations provides superior service than the other popular company we’ve used. The homes are better equipped also. We really liked Gates cottage- the location, the decks, bedrooms, bathrooms. The laundry/mud room spot was great coming in from the beach. Even the shower downstairs was an unexpected help with the kids after the beach or pool. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. We have already rented again for our trip next year.

Cannot imagine a better home or location for our group on our first trip to Rosemary Beach. Traveling with four young kids can be a challenge, but this home's proximity to the pool (no need to pack snacks!) and beach (only schlepping beach gear approx 100 yards) made everything so much easier. The home is beautiful and kitchen well-stocked with everything you might need. We traveled with grandparents and there were lots of living spaces for kids or adults to escape. Would absolutely return.

The house had plenty of towels, and everything in the kitchen you would need. I did buy paper plates to make life easier for the week. And brought my kids plastic milk cups which I’m glad I did. It would be nice if the house came with at least a couple beach towels. We have to fly to Florida so it’s not super convenient to bring big towels in a suitcase. And one note- we were not able to check in until 5pm. They told us that in advance, but that is very late. We felt a little cheated on our money to have to pay for a whole day and not get to check in until 5pm/ then check out by 10am. Overall great house and will be back again.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Gates Cottage! We had plenty of room and the house is just steps from the Coquina Pool. A nice walk to the beach as well - a couple of blocks. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Kitchen large and fully stocked. 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level - master bedroom and bath were lovely. Third floor had a bedroom and large bonus room with tiered seating that could double as several twin beds. The house is well thought out and works well for a big group. We also loved the long bench that spans the kitchen through the living room. Lots of space to sit and store things all along it. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation home!
This was a very nice property with a good arrangement for 5 adults and 5 kids. The only drawback was too few dining chairs. We needed 10, and there was room for 10, but there were only 8 Chairs.
