Seaside Villas in Atlantic Beach- Gorgeous 3 story townhome with pool!
Bienvenido a "A Better Boat"!
Recién construido y terminado en noviembre de 2018. Casa adosada de 3 pisos, 3 habitaciones y 3 1/2 baños ubicada en la hermosa Atlantic Beach, NC. Excelente ubicación justo al otro lado de la playa con un fácil paseo de 3/4 minutos. Cerca del acuario, muelles para embarcaciones, muelle de pesca, restaurantes, bares, Fort Macon State Park. Piscina comunitaria convenientemente ubicada justo afuera de la puerta trasera. Cerca de Morehead City, Beaufort y todo lo que la Costa de Cristal tiene para ofrecer. El estacionamiento está justo afuera de la puerta principal.
Esta casa adosada bellamente decorada tiene 3 habitaciones (2 master suites con camas king) y 1 habitación con dos camas individuales. Todos los 3 dormitorios tienen un baño privado. We have stayed in this unit multiple times now and also in a couple of other units in this complex. We keep coming back to A Better Boat. I love that it's right by the entrance to the pool and close to the crosswalk to the beach. Ivy is a great host!

Beautiful townhouse, so clean and loaded with everything you would want from kitchen condiments to nice washer and dryer, 3 floors, nice for couples' privacy, easy walk to beach and pool right outside door. Home is soundproof; no noise from pool or adjoining walls. We cooked a lot; Food Lion is close by, kitchen had everything from an air fryer to coffee machines; lots dishes, we used all. I recommend Better Boat and hope to return next year. Kalene O.

The condo was extremely clean with stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful. All decor was up to date - beautiful fixtures. Everything worked perfectly. Loved the kitchen counters, all the attention to details, and storage organizers. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture. We would definitely stay there again.

A very well presented property with everything catered for; inventory in an abundance in every aspect. Nothing was overlooked. Great location was very convenient as we had friends staying at the Double Tree hotel and the beach within 5 minutes walk.

This is a beautiful property. It is only minutes from the beach. A short walk across the street. There is everything a person may need in the kitchen. Everything about it was comfortable and warm.
The owner is easy to communicate with and it is exactly how it is listed.
There are many stairs because it is 3 levels. It was not a problem for us, but it could be for someone who doesnt like stairs. The pool was very nice. We fully enjoyed this property.

This is a very well-maintained rental, the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The decor is lovely. Pool was open in early October and warm enough for the children to enjoy. A nice location for accessing Atlantic, EI, Morehead City, and Beaufort. We would stay here again.

We frequent the area and the complex. First time staying in this unit and everything was great. Only small complaint was that the wall anchors holding the curtain rods above the sliding back doors are coming out of the wall so we had to be very careful when opening and closing the curtains. Overall great place and responsive hosts.

The condo was perfectly appointed and plenty of space for two of us. I think we would have been fine with a couple more people, but not more than four. I loved that each level had a porch and that we could park right outside. Also, the furniture and feel of the condo was very comfortable. The neighborhood vibe was relaxed and seemed family-oriented. The beach was an easy walk, although I wish there had been more/better restaurants options in the immediate vicinity. Bringing our own sheets was a little unusual and kind of annoying, but I would still totally stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 kids (ages 4-9). The beach really is a very easy and short walk away, with a marked crosswalk :) Our kids, and us adults, enjoyed the pool every day as well, which is right outside the back porch (but not noisy!). There is also a cute playground with a tunnel slide and a pretty large flat green space they could run around in. The townhome was gorgeous, comfortable, and well stocked, both in the kitchen and bathrooms, and they have plenty of games for any indoor time. We hope to return next summer!

Best beach house EVER!
This was our second year staying at A Better Boat and we had another amazing experience! The house is perfect for our family. From the location to the beach, the pool being right outside the back door, and the quietness of the neighborhood. It’s the perfect location. We love this beach! It’s very family friendly. Ivy is very quick with responding to any communication. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Bachelorette Trip
This house was a great place to get away for my friend’s bachelorette weekend! It was such a cute house and private area off the main road (and close to everything). The property manager was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be coming back to this house and bringing my family with me!

Amazing rental!
This rental was better than expected! Super clean, great layout and all the amenities you’ll need! We were visiting family for a week and it was so nice to have all the “extras” supplied for us. No need to run to the store for any of the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, soap and so much more! The location cannot be beat! Right across the street from the beach, Food Lion less than 5 minutes away and so much more! Would stay here again for sure! No complaints!
