The beds were comfy. Extra plug in radiators in each room. No pets in the caravan so no animal smells.

Cleaner was on site when we arrived. Politely asked if we had toilet roll. Had to speak to her about the smell of urine in one of the bedrooms and was told its not urine its the cleaning products that they wash the walls with because of covid. Although I don't believe the walls were washed correctly as there was Mould all around top of the single bedroom walls. When you lay on the bed and look up you see it. Mould all around both bedroom windows when you opened them. Mould all on the walls in behind the toilet. Grease and stains on wall round cooking area. Fire all rusty but working. Found ear phones in one of the bedroom cupboards. Found a box of fish fingers in the freezer. Fixtures and fittings are ancient. So was the van. Bottom oven gas kept going out yet gas bottle was full. Was only staying for 2 days thank god no more than that. ( Unfortunate incident with the boiler leaking water all over worktops) Phoned the owners who sent someone to try and sort it. Poor guy think it was their friend was there from 6.30pm till 10.30pm with no spare parts taking the pipe on and off the boiler but unfortunately couldn't resolve the problem so ended up turning the water off. Spoke to the owners suggesting a token gesture for the inconvenience perhaps £20 to take the kids out for breakfast in the morning so we could leave the van early and was told.. No because a boiler breaking is a natural thing and that would happen at home. So was left with no water to wash ourselves that night or the next morning. Was only allowed to turn the water on at the van to fill up the toilet and had to switch it off straight after. Had to use wet wipes and hand sanitiser to clean hands. Attitude of the owners made me feel like I shouldn't complain about the rest of the van as it would fall on deaf ears. Also they had my £50 bond and I didn't want to loose that by getting in to anything else with them.

Clean and tidy caravan. Beds were so comfy. Had everything we needed for our last minute stay. Believe we were the first for the season so had a few teething problems but these were resolved really quickly, so no complaints. Would deffo stay again

Toilet seat was broken on arrival and was replaced 2 days later The double bed was not comfortable , you could feel the springs

Lovely caravan with all mod cons. Clean and comfy. On site entertainment suited us with a sports/family bar and cafe.

The caravan was close to amenities and the beach

The bathroom was smelly the bedding didn't fit and we were left without hot water for a day and a half it never got sorted

Bar,cafe staff friendly and helpful, located just 2min walk from beach. We had only been there a couple of hours when using the toaster, this tripped the electric, I rang the person a number of times that I had been talking to before arrival, they didn't answer or even get back to me, luckily we fixed the problem ourselves

Beds very uncomfortable, bathroom not very clean, whole van needs updating and deep clean

New pans as they had rust in them and alsalso need new baking trays as these were also rusty
