We had a great stay at the property. Great location. Derek is a great host.

We had a great week at Derek’s house. There was plenty of space inside for everyone. We used the futons as beds for the kids. Having 2 inside entertainment rooms was great, the children could watch a movie or play a game in the back room and the adults could be chatting in the main living room. Proximity to the beach is great, about a 7 minute walk, we used a wagon so the 3yo didn’t have to walk. We preferred the beach to the left of the main Roger Wheeler beach, it was slightly less crowded. The yard space is limited and we didn’t utilize it as much as we could have, but we did enjoy the screened porch. There was a beach wagon, umbrella and 8ish beach chairs. The outside shower is nice to rinse off the salt/sand. A previous beach house we’ve stayed in had a hand held shower head in the outside shower which was nice for a quick foot rinse and for the little kids- could be a nice addition. Kitchen is well stocked, we brought foil pans for muffins and casseroles and a crockpot for easy meals. The large dining table with additional seating in the kitchen made family meals easy. There are 5 parking spots at the house, we parked a car in Galilee one night near the ferry, very easy and close. Derek was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all questions.

Derek's home was perfect for our family; the set up is wonderful. The placement of the bedrooms worked really well. The fact that there are 3 full baths is amazing. We loved spending time on the deck. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

We have a large family and were still able to include additional family and friends and such a great value. Quick walk to Roger Wheeler beach (pro tip go all the way down to the western end of the beach for better sand, no seaweed, and no rocks). Well laid out house and was very well equipped. Kitchen was fully functional and stocked with all the cookware needed for any meal. Plenty of spices and stuff in the cupboards. Beds were very comfortable, tons of extra pillows, linens, towels. loved the outdoor shower. Central Air was excellent. Nice deck with plenty of shade and table with umbrella and plenty of chairs. No complaints whatsoever! And...Derek was super communicative. Overall excellent experience. Thanks Derek

The house was well equipped with everything you need! The house was very clean too! Perfect setup of bedrooms especially if 2 families renting together ! Backyard & deck gives you privacy too! The neighborhood is so quiet !! Neighbors were really nice too! The kids highlight was the ice cream truck that comes around !! Can’t wait to rent the house again !!

Enjoyed our family vacation with kids and grandchildren. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids under 9. Back bedroom on main level perfect set up for “boys room” with separate bathroom and tv. Very spacious and lovely deck off kitchen with plenty of seating. Plan to go back with family again!

This was the perfect place for our family’s needs. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well appointed and within walking distance to the beach.

Perfect location to be able to bicycle to ferry. We had a group of 9 and plenty of space for sleeping, eating as a group and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped. The gas fireplace was a nice touch. The decks in back would we great if we had been there in the summer. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely come back again!

This vacation home is very well maintained and it is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well supplied and the host provides a beach cart and beach chairs. I especially enjoyed the outdoor deck on the side of the house. Great way to spend a week!

Great location and neighborhood and beautiful beach. It wasn't as clean as I would have expected. I rented various times from VRBO and properties were immaculate.

This was a return visit for my family! The location is so close to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

The house accommodated the seven of us very easily. Derek was very responsive both before our stay and the one or two times I contacted him during our stay. The house was very clean, had a nice screened-in porch to sit and read, and was a stone's throw from a path to the beach. Will definitely be revisiting soon!

Small group staying in Narragansett for the weekend. Close to everything in a quiet neighborhood at the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home less than a block from the beach. We are three couples with 5 grown children and the house was perfect for eating, sleeping and celebrating Christmas! We were able to walk the beach every day, get to shopping quickly and just relax. All the questions that we had in preparation for the trip where answered almost immediately which made packing so much easier! This home is perfect for a winter vacation near the beach!

The home was well kept, modern, and clean. It was centrally located and close to most services.

We were pleased with the rooms and location. Only opportunities for improvement: We were disappointed that the fireplace didn't work and there were no instructions. It would be great if there had been starter coffee and a few hotel-type toiletries, but that's icing on the cake. Great space, great location, great weekend!

The owner needs to tell the renters to bring their own paper goods and supplies. There was no napkins, paper towels, hand soap, very little toilet paper For 10 adults. I am used to renting houses where all this is included.

3 bedrooms 2nd floor for the 2 adult children and spouse and one for parents. The first floor had a suite on the other side of the house, which worked out well for my son and his family of 3 children. 13, 10 and 8 year old. We are originally from RI and we had a couple of old friends visit us Sunday afternoon. The outside picnic table on the deck came in handy for the children to eat at, while the adults talked. In the morning we could walk around the corner on the beach. Beautiful weekend. Visited George's in Galilee - delicious food.

Had the best stay here for my wedding with my groomsmen. Being able to walk to the beach was so convenient. The house was spacious and clean. The back deck was perfect for grilling and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Awesome property and good communication

We truly enjoyed thiss house..very comfortable for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids. Lots of areas to go to if you needed quiet time. Short wald to Roger Wheeler. We would defvinitely go back.
