Spacious updated home near Lake Superior walk to restaurants, breweries, beach
Watermarq 351 está recién pintado y decorado con buen gusto. Este alquiler de cabaña de 3bedroom / 2bath 1895 está convenientemente ubicado en un hermoso vecindario del este con árboles centenarios. Camine fácilmente a restaurantes, parques, playas, cervecerías, centro de la ciudad, tiendas de conveniencia y mucho más. El lugar perfecto para usar en Make Marquette Home. La planta principal contiene una terraza acristalada con sofá cama, sala de estar con sofá cama Queen, amplio comedor / sala de estar, cocina gourmet, medio baño, porche delantero para observar a la gente y una terraza / patio trasero para relajarse en la privacidad. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama Queen y se puede cerrar completamente del resto de la planta baja con un par de puertas francesas y una puerta francesa adicional.
Arriba hay dos dormitorios grandes, cada uno con una cama doble grande, una cómoda doble y un amplio espacio de almacenamiento, y un baño recientemente renovado con una gran ducha, lavadora, secadora, armario de ropa blanca, tocador y armario de agua.
El dormitorio de arriba en el lado sur de la casa tiene un escritorio, área de descanso, una cama king y un gemelo disponible (lo guardamos en el armario) también hay espacio en el armario para preparar un pak-n-play.
El dormitorio de arriba en el lado norte de la casa también tiene una cama king.
Nuestro otro alquiler ha sido un gran éxito entre los viajeros y somos muy serviciales, si sientes que al lugar le falta algo, simplemente avísanos y listo. Todas las áreas para dormir están equipadas con máquinas de sonido y cómodas sábanas de alta calidad para su disfrute al dormir.

Nice, clean spot with plenty of room and a nice porch and backyard. The location is great too! There's a beach that's about a 10 minute walk from the house. Downtown is also in walking distance. Brooke was quick to respond to my questions. This is a great place to stay!

Very clean, up to date furniture, lots of room to sit & converse, very comfortable bedding. I can hardly think of a negative but if I had to say one it would be that the only bath/shower is quite high off the ground. I had my older parents with us that have both had hip & knee replacements and it was a little hard for them to enter & exit shower.

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was clean and definetly made good use of space. I appreciated that there were a number of cooking pans and adequate utensils to make a good breakfast. The location worked well for us, situated in an older, quiet neighborhood with wonderful character. The beach, downtown and many of the reatuarants on Third Street were all walkable (in my opinion).

It had every amenity possible! It was very clean and cozy, excellent location to beaches and downtown, and a great neighborhood!

The house and property were so clean and beautifully decorated! We had to bring our dog for our wedding weekend last minute and Brooke was very accommodating! The bridal party got ready at this house the morning of the wedding and was perfect with the decor and space of the house. We would defiantly stay here again!

Brooke let us check in a little early which helped us a lot after a long drive. The house is very nicely decorated & comfortable! We were close to downtown Marquette. Brooke also had the bathrooms & kitchen stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, etc. We enjoyed decompressing on the front porch after busy days.

We had a short stay here but loved the location and neighborhood! The property was very clean, well decorated, and had an adorable atmosphere. The house is also dog friendly and we greatly appreciate that we were able to find a nice spot that allowed us to stay with our dog. Highly recommend this spot!

The property is perfect for a family. It is well stocked and nicely decorated. There was nothing we were missing and the host went above and beyond to make sure every extra is available. The only potential downside is that there is only one shower. I would highly recommend!

This house is in a great location to discover Marquette! So close to all the parks presque isle, sugarloaf mountain. There are also other beach parks along lakeshore drive.
Nice walk to downtown . Don’t miss ore dock and black rocks brewery. This location is not to far from Munising about 40 min. Check out Picture rock’s kayaking.
We used the large king size bedroom and the bed was super comfortable there is a full bath upstairs. The tub is pretty high so some might have a problem with that. Communication with Brooke was excellent!

Fenced back yard great for larger dogs - my 4lb and 8lb babies easily slipped through picket fence, but who doesn't watch their dogs 100% of the time... (this girl) Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Perfect walking distance to lake and downtown. Awesome spot!

Fully equipped kitchen with lovely eat in dining room! Covered front porch and fenced back yard was perfect for us and our dog!
