this house is so comfortable . it’s clean and welcoming. there is nothing that you could want for . the kitchen is fully furnished with whatever you need. beach towels beach bag cart chairs they have it all.

Perfect location. Very clean and quiet. Lots of dog friendly places around and the house is set up to easily accomodate dogs. Owner is friendly and good communicator. Will be back.

Great place to stay. Larry checked in often to make sure everything was okay, and that we had everything we needed. Spacious, a/c worked great (it was super hot when we visited). Loved that the beach was basically across the street, (just a 2 min walk). Would definitely stay with Larry again when traveling in the area. Thank you Larry!

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect when we arrived. The owners Larry and Selina do an amazing job and make sure you have everything you need and their communication is the best we've ever had with owners. This is definitely one of our top favorite places we've been.

Fantastic property and great location. Not only would we stay again, we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Property was easy to find and easy to check in. Larry(host)was great and very accommodating. He messaged when we got there and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and have great instructions on arrival and departure. A stress free stay!

We were impressed by the cleanliness, well stocked for our stay. Owner Larry made sure we were OK since we stayed during Hurricane Nicole. Loved listening to the ocean waves from home and walking to beach every morning. Thank you we are definitely coming back! :-)

I wasn't sure what to expect since I've never stayed in anything other than a hotel before. The owners were absolutely great! Their communication prior to arrival and during my stay was awesome. They checked in with me to make sure everything was good & that I didn't need anything. They had a nice binder with all kinds of information about restaurants and things to do I the area. They provided a new hose so I could rinse my dog off after being at the beach. This stay far exceeded my expectations and if I come back over to the area I will definitely stay here again. You won't be disappointed with the location or the place.

Great place for family vacation stay. Way better than a hotel. Very clean, well kept 2 bedroom home. Full kitchen, small living room/tv room with upstairs 2 beds. Full bath upstairs, 1/2 bath down. Owner very friendly and accommodating. Close to beach and several ramps to launch a boat. Highly recommended.

The property was fully stocked with all the essentials one would need. From the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, to the beach chairs, towels and toys. Nothing was missed for us. Larry and Selena were very attentive in communication and ensuring we didn’t need anything. We would stay here again!

I rented this property for 6 nights. It is right off the road and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The location can’t be beat. Larry was great! There was a little issue and Larry was on it and it was fixed within an hour. The bed was comfortable. The house is definitely dated but very nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

The Winter's are great people and easy to work with. The place really felt appropriate for the location and it felt like home. Really enjoyed staying there.

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. Mr Larry is a courteous and friendly host., checking on me several times during my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Across the street from beautiful beach and minutes from a string of tiki bars and restaurants, fishing piers and marinas.

We stayed here a month. The place is furnished beautifully. All we needed was our clothes and food. Two things that stood out was the short walk to the ocean beach and how well the a/c worked. The neighbourhood is clean and tidy, although a bit noisy at times. I guess with a nice neighborhood it takes noisy machines at work. We appreciated having 2 spaces to park our two vehicles. The beds were especially comfortable.

Highly recommend staying/vacationing at this property! My husband, dog, and I stayed here for over a month in the summer and it was just perfect! Larry and Selina are very accommodating hosts. The property had everything we needed and more. Great kitchen supplies and kitchen ware, nice linens, and all the needed beach gear. The location is excellent -across the street from the beach and a short bike ride to all the fun restaurants along the beautiful Fort Pierce Inlet. The neighborhood was quiet and wonderful for walking our dog. The dog beach and many river openings were nearby to take our dog swimming. We enjoyed our relaxing time here while waiting for our new home to be ready.

Perfect casual townhouse near the beach and the Indiana River Lagoon. Lots of boats, water, history, great food and a fabulous Beach dog park 10 minutes away. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the decor is tasteful without being overdone. The hosts are the best!!

Excellent stay, house was clean and quiet. Being pet friendly was great as we are traveling with our dog. We loved being minutes to the off-leash dog beach for our pup to run and interact with other dogs. The neighbors were very friendly and everyone made us feel like family. Larry and his wife were very gracious hosts. If we travel back to Fort Pierce we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay in this townhouse. It has everything needed to be comfortable. The location is great as it’s close to parks, beaches, restaurants and shopping. There are many attractions on the coast. Larry and Selina are kind and accommodating. We are looking forward to our stay next year!

I spent two months at this location for work and loved it. It was fully furnished with a great kitchen with all your needs provided. The house is very clean and any supplies needed were provided to get you started. Beds are comfortable and I liked having the large balcony outside of the bedrooms. Great location as you are across the street from the beach. It’s an easy short walk and beach supplies are provided! A small store with very reasonable prices is about 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants to choose from are minutes away. (The owners have a GREAT welcome book with all kinds of info. (I suggest you read through it it’s very helpful.) The owners are great and easy to work with. I was fortunate to meet them both and Mr. Larry gave me a great run-down of the local area concerning places to eat, shop and various entertainment. I highly recommend staying here. I enjoyed my time at the house and it was nice to come back to after a long day at work. I stayed another week and brought the family down and they enjoyed it as well and we will return for vacation in the future.

Our accommodations were very nice....clean, convenient to beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood yet close enough to walk to places to have a cocktail or watch the boats come in. Very convenient for fishing or just relaxing. Owner was very informative and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again
