We had reservations for four rooms at the Hilton and upon arrival we were unhappy with the location, bugs in the rooms and other issues. I found this home on Vrbo and to our luck it was available for the dates we were needing. We canceled our stay at Hilton and promptly moved our stay to this lovely home. The home floor plan is nicely laid out with nice separation of space. The great room with kitchen, living room and dining all in it had lots of space for our extended family of seven. The driveway fit our three rental cars easily. The laundry room was great to have. The backyard set up was a great place to drink coffee in the morning and watch the sunrises and in the evening to enjoy the hot tub. We even saw a large herd of goats pass by the back fence. Our only complaint was that the backyard furniture cushions had stains on them and there was bird poop everywhere on the seats and pool loungers. The pool had issues when we first arrived that took a few days to get straightened out and then the pool temp struggled to get to the temp they advertised as well. We also had issues with the kitchen gas stove. The burner knobs the words were wore off do you couldn’t tell where to turn them to light or lower temperature. A few times the right front burner had trouble lighting and once it lit there was a whoosh which could be dangerous for someone but thankfully we have gas stoves and knew safety precautions.
The home’s rental management team had great response time.

We needed a good Family Vacation and the place absolutely met every want and need we had. We LOVED it!

What a nice property in a good quiet neighborhood close to the beach, shopping, and other fun activities. The outdoor living area including the pool would be hard to top. The 12” deep shallow area is genius. Perfect for families with small children or Adults that want to lounge in the water. The bedrooms, bath, and living areas were clean and spacious. We also appreciated the garage full of beach equipment.

Overall, stay was pretty good. House and pool are fantastic and in a great location. However, I would say there were several frustrations tied to the technology and maintenance of the house. Specifically: 1) Loud beeping noise in bedroom from failing sensor. There was no way for us to fix it and were told everyone was asleep so couldn't be fixed at night- which means zero sleep for us. Noise even went through my earplugs. 2) They have sensors on every door and window. When any of these are opened, the AC is shut down. However, the sensor easily fell off and overall the sensors made it tough to keep house cool 3) Water heater repeatedly went out during our 1 week stay. So overall it was a nice location but the fallings on these technologies made it hard to sleep and actually enjoy the space.

This property was as lovely as the island itself. Very spacious, warm and inviting, simply a 10 all around. If you are looking for comfort, problem free, and a very responsive property manager the buck stops here!!! I wish this property manager would give us a list of other properties they manage since they did this one so well. Next stop Paris, then Greece.

Family visit to Waikoloa
We enjoyed the spaciousness,pool, spa and privacy. The pool, beach and toys were very useful. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for meal preparation and grilling. The linens and bedding appeared clean. But the towels were unusable. When went we to clean them we found mold in the washing machine perhaps this was the source. The remotes did not have batteries and were in the wrong rooms.

We celebrated my 75th birthday at this beautiful house. The home was perfect for my family of 6 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the beautiful yard and lanai. It was well equipped with lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes and helmets, a cooler......it had it all. The kitchen had every "tool" you'd need - more than most home kitchens! The only thing missing was a griddle for pancakes. Bedrooms were as advertised and everyone took their turn using the outdoor shower! We had a marvelous time and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time with all the amenities at your fingertips.

The house is beautiful! You get what you see in the photos. The pool and patio area was clean and a nice size. It did take the rental company a lil while to get back to us in regards to why the hot tub was not getting hot and the hot tub never got as hot as hot tubs should, but they did respond quickly to other questions/concerns that we had and they were really accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. After you stay here, you will not be able to stay anywhere else when you’re in Kona. The property is that beautiful and spacious.

Very clean and modern. Comfortable furniture, with the exception of the 2 chairs in the great room, but acceptable. Very nice outdoor area with pool/spa, table and grill. We had an issue with the AC one day, and the managers responded immediately when we contacted them, completely resolving the issue. I definitely recommend this property.

Amazing house!
my family and I loved the house, everything is new and they attention to detail is incredible. Communication with property manager was also very good. We loved the location because it was close to the beaches we liked to go and you can do some stargazing at night, it is a new neighborhood with new houses and some still being under construction but it's very calmed after 5pm, there is a market around 10 min from the house (foodland) and it's great! overall a top place to stay at.

Luxury home - pool, spa, family fun, couples fun!
The home is basically brand new.....stocked with just about everything you need to enjoy your stay. Snorkel equipment, bikes, pool toys, beach toys, umbrella, fully stocked kitchen.....very impressive. The pool and spa were spectacular as well as the outdoor furnishings. The only slight negative was new home construction going on around the home.....but that decreased the overall enjoyment by .01%!! The only reason I gave a 4star for location is there really is no ocean view from in the house. But the home and outdoor shower more than make up for it :).

The home was a vacation in itself!
We thoroughly loved every minute of our stay. The house is immaculate and perfect for our family of 8. They had even thought to include games for kids to play, floats for the pool, plenty of snorkel gear, and every possible gadget you would need in the kitchen. Our family looked forward to spending time together in the home as much as the other places we went on the island. We only had minor, minor, minor recommended tweaks: It isn't as close to the water as I thought, the a/c sensors were EXTREMELY finicky, and I couldn't see the water from the house (but I could see the mountains - GORGEOUS). It is hard to find a house with AC, in this good a condition, for this price, with this many amenities. And the owners even sent us a book on the big island and made great personal recommendations as well. If we ever get the chance to go back, I would absolutely seek out these owners for one of their properties again. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

An absolute gem
This place is amazing. The house is beautifully furnished with great high end appliances and plenty of dishes etc, even including children's cutlery and bowls. The pool is beautiful with a great view of the mountains, and great furniture on the lanai to just relax and chill. They have also supplied bikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear etc so that you do not need anything extra for a great vacation. They even provide a basket full of pool/beach towels to use! It is in a good location with shops, restaurants and beaches nearby. The surrounding area is still under construction, including the houses each side but we did not find this to be a problem. In fact at night it means it is very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again in the future. All in all a perfect place for a family vacation.

Wonderful place to stay with your family!
We really have only good to say about our stay at Aloha Spirit Villa. Jeff and Suzanne tried to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. They really couldn’t have been better. My son even left his wallet in the drawer of the night table which we didn’t realize until we were at the airport. They would have made the trip to the airport if we would have really needed it. They had everything a family needed to make their stay so much fun. The spices and kitchen were awesome to cook in. The beach supplies and bikes were so much fun for the kids. All the pamphlets and books were so helpful for places to go and see. We would definitely rent this house again or else another from the company. They know how to run a top notch company. Thank you again for sharing your house with us. We took home many great memories. Thanks.

Sunrise Heaven
This condo has it all. From the completely stocked kitchen to the toys for all in the garage, you will have everything you need for a great stay. It's close to the King and Queen shops yet you feel secluded as well. I spend every morning sitting by your own private pool watching the sun come up over the mountains. When I go back, this will be the condo I try to rent.
