This home was an ideal getaway for my family of 4. Home is clean and well stocked. Perfect size for family of four. Complete with hot tub, fire pit and pool table. There is also a pool but we went during off season. Located on the lake with beautiful views and great outdoor spaces. Perfect location a short drive from everything in Hot Springs. Would highly recommend!

This was the perfect property for our family of four. The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the lake. My husband and kids loved the pool table. It’s conveniently located near any point of interest in Hot Springs. I highly recommend this property!

This property was very well maintained and was situated on a perfect spot on Lake Hamilton. We spent most of our time in Hot Springs at this rental.

These folks have a very nice, well equipped lower level apt style part of the home , owners are not present during the stay , so it’s gives you use of the i ground pool , hot tub patio etc, the owners were very nice and communitive, would stay again

Needed some long needed RnR me and my girlfriend both travel and it was the perfect place to meet in the middle

This property has it all! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. We made lots of family memories on the amazing porch with spectacular views, relaxing pool, and enjoyed kayaking at sunset. Lots of extra touches all throughout the house. Only negative would be that we should have stayed longer! We loved it.

Very clean just like home environment. Has everything you need as far as amenities plus you get the bonus use of the jacuzzi, pool & lake. Such a beautiful location. We literally spent most of our time here since its so beautiful. The host definately take pride in their Vrbo.

The house was absolutely everything I had hoped for celebrating my husband and I’s 8 year anniversary! The property is on a beautiful location on the lake, very quiet neighborhood and super tranquil. The house itself - the photos did not do this home justice. It was very well decorated & felt like staying at a great friend’s home rather than an impersonal bare bones rental space. The master bedroom has plenty of drawers to unpack our clothes & big closet to hang some of our things. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinners. Simple things like spices & oil & every kitchen tool I could’ve needed. The grill was absolutely fantastic to have an enjoyable meal while looking at a stunning sunset. There was plenty of things to do on property to fully enjoy our experience here. Obviously the pool would’ve been a little chilly in March but it was nice as an option. The deck on to the lake has kayaks if we wanted to go exploring, plenty of chairs to sun outside and read our books. A fire pit to enjoy a glass of wine when the sun set & the cool night rolled in. The hot tub was the exact thing I needed to soak in after a few days of hiking & exploring all of Hot Springs. The pool table was fun so that my husband could show me how incredibly unskilled I was in the game lol. The host was very communicative & helped me find the coffee bar that clearly was written in the welcome book on where to find it… (I should’ve paid more attention to the helpful hints instead of skimming for the Wi-Fi password lol) he was very kind & responded so quickly. Bathroom had plenty of space for my husband and I to get ready comfortably. We didn’t even use the guest room but it was very spacious & has a very beautifully updated shower. The stackable washer & drier came in handy as well. We could not have asked for a better space to celebrate & this was one vacation we will not forget.

It was as great as advertised. Great Location on the lake with awesome sunset views. It was clean and well kept. Easy check-in and out. We would definitely stay again.

Property was very clean and cozy. Owners were very kind and responsive. We loved the dock! Location was perfect. We were able to quickly travel to town and even get a Wal-Mart delivery but it felt secluded and private! Perfect!

My dad and I spent Christmas together at this beautiful lake retreat. It was quiet and the perfect size for both of us to have privacy. A huge perk was the fenced yard and that the owner allowed pets. The property owners made us feel more like family than renters. The kitchen was also equipped with everything needed to cook in. We rented the property for the week of Thanksgiving for a small family gathering. The property was even better than the pictures! The location on the water was beautiful and tranquil. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs who traveled with us. The outdoor fiurniture was set up in multiple locations, and was high quality and comfortable. The indoor furniture was also high quality and very comfortable too. The hot tub was available for our use, as was the outdoor fireplace. The covered patio was perfect given that we had rain - but were still able to sit outside. We enjoyed the pool table, and the "great room" where we all gathered, cooked, talked and watched football. The pool table was also fun. The kitchen was well equiped for preparing Thanksgiving dinner - including cookie sheets and several casserole dishes. The book of recomendations (sites / restaurants) was spot on, and communication with James was exceptional before and during our stay. If returning to Hot Springs, we would enjoy staying here again!

Our favorite get-a-way and our home away from home!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the natural beauty of the lake and surrounding areas. The amenities were so plentiful that we really didn’t want to leave the property to go exploring. The weather didn’t matter, we were drawn to the beautiful lake view. Whether it was watching the fog on the lake in the morning w/ coffee or sunsets from the hot tub… hands down best property I’ve stayed at thus far.

House is at a fantastic location, and is very scenic in that regards. Lot of things were there for us. Kayak, life jackets etc. near to amenities. Wi-Fi is bit slow, but won’t complain , probably high speed internet is difficult to get in the area. Lot of stuff to do inside of house, pool table, jacuzzi, stuff toys, movie dvds.

Very private as neighbors must have been gone. New Hot tub is a great addition. Enjoy the lake at your private dock, pool, or patio. Very clean with everything you need from first pots of coffee, spices, soaps, paper towels, etc. You do have to walk down side steps to enter so pack accordingly . Very clean house, pool and fresh water in the hot tub. Even has books, TV and pool table for indoor fun. If you enjoy a private getaway this is for you.

We enjoyed our stay . There was attention to every detail . Very clean and comfortable. The pool needed some cleaning. The property owner explained their issues about bringing in a new pool vacuum. It was too cold to swim anyway . Overall , it’s a two thumbs up !

Perfect property in a perfect location with a perfect house. Everything was immaculate like a model home. Many personal touches were added, unlike many VRBO rentals, such as spices, oil, Q-tips, and so forth (I could not find a cookie sheet, though). I especially liked that both bedrooms were masters with outside exits; this was handy in the mornings when spouse was sleeping on the couch and I was headed to the dock. This is very close to town, with a rural, quiet, and peaceful lake feel. Everything we needed was within a couple of miles. Loved it and if we are ever in the area, we hope to rent it again!
