This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, and I had no idea where to stay. I unwittingly chose the best part of the island! The condo has great access to the beach, it is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The owner was very responsive to one maintenance issue we had. We look forward to coming back next year!

We had the best time on our vacation! The condo was perfect for our needs. Loved that beach chairs and umbrella were already there to use and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer! The walk to the beach was very short and beach access perfect. It was also the perfect location with lots to do and great restaurants all within walking distance. Was a little disappointed with roof construction but they didn’t work early or over the weekend and I rarely heard anything. Construction can’t be helped. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip. Condo was in a great area, and within walking distance of the beach! Condo had everything we needed, it was clean, and very pretty! We had some amazing meals, and saw some beautiful sunsets in restaurants right on the beach! We definitely will be back!

The condo was everything we expected after doing our research. Terry made the process simple from start to finish. He checked in with us upon arrival and was responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay.
Old Florida Building , Condo is updated/decorated “beautifully beachy” as it should be should be.
Information provided to us about the Island itself was very helpful; whether restaurants, beach rentals etc.
Great pool and easy steps to the beach access!

Prior to our visit, communication was very good. Once we arrived, could not get in contact with the owner. Had problem with television in master bedroom. Also, there was a crack on front of microwave (we hesitated to use it). We tried numerous times via email, text and voicemail to no avail until 2 days before our rental ended. There needs to be a LOCAL person to contact in case of any emergency, not someone that lives out of the country.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice and wonderfully decorated. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location is absolutely perfect!! It's close to EVERYTHING!! Terry was extremely attentive, any time we needed something he responded quickly via phone or text to make sure that we were taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughters and I had a great trip. The condo has a lot of room in the dining room, living room and master bedroom. Close to town, close to the beach and a short golf cart ride up or down the coastline to find just about anything you would want or need. Pool was small but clean, we spent a lot of time there. It was crazy hot. Had a couple of minor issues but they were resolved very quickly by the property owner.

Beautiful Property
Our condo was sparkling clean, close to many great eats, and Terry was a very responsive host. The kitchen was well set up and the washer and dryer was very helpful. It was great to have a pool and it was well maintained.

Very beautiful and right by the beach. You could see the sunset from the porch. Very clean and Terry was very quick to answer any questions we had. Loved it and will be back soon.

short walk to beach
The property was located very close to the beach and on the trolley line. You can even walk to nearby shopping and dining. The condo was comfortable. The kitchen needs a few more items to help with cooking and the water in the hallway bathroom shower would backup sometimes during showers. Otherwise, it was great. Great location, nice condo and Terry was very on top of things and provided a lot of information about the area which was very helpful! I would love to come back for sure!

Beware. Condo has termites
Location was great however owner did not disclose that the condo is infested with termites. We had termite swarms inside the condo every day. They were crawling on us, towels, bedding, kitchen and food. When we called the owner he a) new he had termite infestation and chose to not disclose in advance and b) recommended I read his reviews, as if a review would fix the terminates in my food or found crawling on my little one.

This is a great location, block off the private beach and very close to many restaurants and activities. Condo is very cute, newly decorated and came very clean with plenty of seating. Enough dishes for our stay and do some light cooking.Bedrooms had extra blankets if needed and was very clean with lots of storage. Beds are very firm if that matters to you. ( arm numbing)Bathrooms are clean with extra towels which was nice and there was good water pressure.The deck had seating for 4 very comfortably but railing was suspect and not attached in several places. Do not lean on it. Needs to be replaced.Highly recommend using Instacart to deliver groceries and beverages from Publix and Total Wine and purchase Kleenex, paper towels, napkins.Manatee Beach is a great place to go visit and rent beach chairs and umbrellas, but get there before 12 if busy season to rent so they do not run out. Pool is very nice and it is heated. Lots of pool lounge chairs. There is not umbrellas by the pool but there is some shade at certain times. There is also a shower in the pool area and a bathroom by the pool. Also there may be chairs & umbrella in closet but they aren’t great quality. Good enough if it isn’t too windy. Would be nice to have umbrella as an option for around pool on windy days at the beach.There is several hoses to rinse off shoes if coming from beach.Also highly recommend to arrange transportation to the airport in advance if going on a Saturday during busy season as Ubers are not readily available. But to get around the island the trolly is readily available and free, tips recommended. Lots of great places to go and things to do. Monkey bus is available via phone call if out and about later in evening as trolly ends at 10.Anna Maria island is definitely a fun place and we enjoyed our stay.Thank you for your hospitality.

Absolutely Beautiful
The condo was so perfect! It was beautifully decorated, had nice appliances, very functional bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a balcony with chairs. The aqua color scheme throughout the house was a very nice touch. Having 2 designated parking spaces for our condo was very convenient.
Check-in and check-out were super simple. The owner, Terry, checked in with us just to make sure everything was going well. And when we tried to use the tv one rainy evening, and we couldn't figure it out, Terry was very helpful.
The property is very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean, conveniently located for the condo, and a nice warm temperature.
The best thing about the condo is its location. It's a short walk to the beach, as well as our favorite breakfast spot (Gulf Drive Cafe), and numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The proximity to the Cortez bridge also made it ideal for walking across the bridge to Tide Tables, Seafood Shack and the Sea Hagg shop. After a walk across for exploring and lunch one day, on our return walk across the bridge, 5-6 dolphins came out to greet us.
This condo is exactly what we're looking for when we go to the beach for a weekend. We would absolutely stay here again!

The proximity to the Cortez bridge also made it ideal for walking across the bridge to Tide Tables, Seafood Shack and the Sea Hagg shop. After a walk across for exploring and lunch one day, on our return walk across the bridge, 5-6 dolphins came out to greet us. This condo is exactly what we're looking for when we go to the beach for a weekend. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice stay
This is such a beautiful island. The location of this condo is awesome for walking to restaurants and an ice cream shop! This condo is 3rd building back and across a road from the beach. Very easy walk with a wagon full of kid stuff!
The condo is newly remodeled, beautiful, and very well stocked. Including beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. Plenty of bath towels and wash clothes in both bathrooms.
Awesome view of pool and an ocean view! We plan to return!

Beautiful condo, details matter.
We have been coming to AMI every year for 15 years. We have always stayed at Gulf Watch because of its perfect location to everything. We rented from the same person for about 10 years, until he sold his unit. This was our first stay in Terry and Sandy’s unit. This unit was by far the most beautiful unit we've rented! It had all the little extras…plenty of hangers in the closets, dressers and chest in the rooms for plenty of clothing storage, the kitchen had a can opener, wine opener, and plenty of extra utensils that you easily forget to pack. The bed and pillows were super comfy so it was really easy to fall asleep after all the fun at the beach and pool.
Although we loved this unit, there were a few things that we have never experienced renting from others.
1)We drive from Ohio, a 14-hour drive, so timing isn’t always perfect. We arrived at Gulf Watch at 12:45 p.m. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was finishing up so were thought we’d put our luggage in the unit, change, and head to the beach. When we arrived at the unit and tried to get in, the key code was locked. After a few attempts, the owner texted me asking if we were trying to get in, after replying that we arrived early and were trying to put our stuff in the unit, he replied, “check-in is at 3:00, I will unlock the door at 2:45.” This had never been a problem from anyone else we have rented from, so if possible, adjust your timing so you don't get there too early.
2)While here in FL, we meet up with my brother and sister in law and their 2 young kids. They rented a place that was a 15-minute walk away. They’d come up to use the bathroom throughout the day and after the beach they would come back to our unit and change so we could all go to dinner together (they never once used the shower). This seemed to be a huge problem for Sandy. At the unit we stayed in, there was a ring doorbell. Sandy called to let us know this was very unacceptable to have them in there. ( the rental agreement states you can have up to two guest) We didn’t think two extra people coming in to change would be a huge deal, it was! Again, in all our 15 years, this has never been a problem.
3)Lastly,our rental agreement had 3 renters listed on it, not 4. (My fault for not noticing this when reviewing & signing the agreement.) This ended up being a pretty big problem with Sandy also. We emailed them asking to fix it and to add the 4th person but we had no reply.
All in all, the unit is great.

Immaculate apartment
This is definitely the best apartment we have rented. The interior was very modern and fresh. The owner has put a lot of thought into preparing this apartment and it shows. Everything you require for a vacation stay is provided. We had lots of communication from Terry and information about restaurants and things to do in Anna Maria Island. Would highly recommend this rental, it is near lots of restaurants, the beach and trolly stops in front of the building. You cannot get better.

Excellent location, wonderful beach, beautiful and clean condo , well stocked.
Loved everything. We loved the island and the restaurants that were recommended. We went fishing on a charter boat and that was spectacular The picture on the advertisement looks like the building is on the beach. It is actually 3 building back from the beach. It was still a quick walk to the beach and we could see the gulf from the side of our balcony.

Great experience!
My family and I enjoyed our week at this property. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated the added bonus of beach chairs! Terry checked on us several times to make sure that we did not need anything. We will be returning!

Quiet Fourth of July getaway
The condo was very clean and decorated nice. We were not that familiar with the area coming in, but the location was perfect for the beach and pool access. I would highly recommend this condo and the island.

So Relaxing...
Great condo. Totally equipped right down to dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, chocolates and a bottle of wine. Clean, comfortable, cozy, relaxing. Could not have asked for more.
Close to everything. Beach was just 1 minute away. We HIGHLY recommend.

Condo at Bradenton Beach
We stayed at Terry's condo and had a fantastic time! It was very clean and the location was perfect. We rented cruising bikes and biked around the island, enjoying the local water activities like parasailing, jet-skiing, sailing and a dolphin/sunset cruise. And there were so many great places to eat and enjoy lively entertainment as well as beautiful sunsets! Thank you Terry, for being such a great host!
