We had family visiting from three states to gather for a 50th wedding anniversary/family reunion.
The house perfectly accommodated 14 of us; it can sleep more, but this home allowed the right setup for room sharing and privacy, etc. Each room had its own bathroom, and two living spaces allowed kids to play games downstairs while adults hung out together in the upstairs kitchen/living area. The back deck was great for morning coffee and the lower patio and fire pit got a lot of s'mores use!
We didn't realize it at the time, but this house is nicely separated from other houses in the development. It's at the end of the lane, so there are no houses behind it, and there's a large parking area between the only neighboring house. It gave us a nice feeling of more privacy and not having to hear neighbors. We'd love to come back again!

I can’t say enough about how perfect this house was for our annual family vacation!
The number of bedrooms with private bathrooms accommodated our multi-generational family vacation perfectly! The kitchen was well stocked for preparing our family meals and we enjoyed the balcony and beautiful views every evening.
The communication was perfect and the owners were extremely responsive to our minor problems.
One of our family members left behind an item and housekeeping found it and it is being shipped to us! We are very grateful.
We loved the area. We docked our small boat at State Park Marina and rented the very large Big Kahuna pontoon boat to accommodate the entire family. We had so much fun enjoying Table Rock Lake!
We also enjoyed Big Cedar lodge. I highly recommend the Lost Canyon Nature Trails (where else can you buy a drink in a cave?) and dinner at Osage. Don’t miss the sunset ceremony.

We had a spectacular stay the week before Christmas! Our big family vacation was even more fun due to this great home! The location is close to town for the action but far enough away that it was so quiet and peaceful! The layout couldn’t have been any better. Three floors with tons of seating, tvs, entertainment and the extra fridge were major bonuses! We were all able to spread out and enjoy our time but also be altogether in one space as well. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The huge kitchen with dining seats for all of us was another huge plus. The shuffleboard table and arcade were huge hits as was the hot tub! Thanks again for the great communication and sharing your home with our family! Merry Christmas!

The house was amazing and fit our family needs perfectly. 9 adults 3 teens and 2 kids. The views from the back decks of the lake and sunsets are awesome.
This was an annual trip where we get all the family under one roof for a weekend. We enjoyed a day in Branson playing golf and go carts, finishing off the day with a Murder Mystery play at the old Majestic Theater. Would highly recommend the play. We also enjoyed a day walking the lake path from the dam down to the Marina, stopping to pick persimmons and skip rocks in the lake.

The property is wonderful overall! The numerous bedrooms and bathrooms allowed our party of 10 to have plenty of privacy. It was also well stocked with plenty of necessities. The views are amazing! There were a few things that could have used a little attention, like a washing machine that didn’t spin or drain (We did notify the owner and she was prepared to have a maintenance person come by, but since we had the second machine, we decided to let it wait until we checked out). The cleaning crew was still working there when we arrived to check in, and although that wasn’t a huge deal, I think some things got skipped, like a broken freezer door handle they were not able to re-attach. There was also a towel bar in one of the bathrooms that fell off when a towel was hung on it. We were able to re-attach that but not perfectly. The upper patio door was very difficult to lock. These are all minor things that did not impact our stay significantly. We would recommend this property and would stay here again with no hesitation.

A wonderful house in beautiful country to get together as a family. 13 of us got to reconnect and enjoy our time together. Beth was wonderful when we had questions and answered them in a very timely manner. We boated, swam, kayaked, ate too much and had lots of fun.

This place was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful views, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable, lots of places inside and out to hang out and catch up. The well-appointed kitchen and multiple seating areas all contributed to a fantastic weekend.

We had a great stay at this house. We had a group of 19 consisting of 9 adults and 10 children of varying ages. The house was perfect for our needs.
Two bedrooms on each floor, we put the youngest children in the upstairs so that it would be quiet for their naps. The middle kids and teenagers were in the basement with one set of parents. There was a bunk room, two bedrooms, couch and tv, and outside area that they were able to play in. Grandma/grandpa and one other adult were in the main floor bedrooms.
The house was quite clean and family-friendly. The outside patios had balconies/fences so we did not need to worry about the toddlers escaping. This house was the on the highest level of the area, and it was the very end house so we had no through traffic, which was great. The outdoor pool was quite busy but fun and great for the littles. The older kids/teens went to the indoor pool because it was not as busy (and colder!).

We are 3 generations, ranging in age from 15 to 74, 15 total. The house is spacious with a wonderful gathering area. As well as a downstairs area with games. The outside area is fantastic. Wonderful views and plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of towels. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are great. Everything is well maintained and very clean. Beth and her staff work to make sure a wonderful visit is had by all.

This house had plenty of room for our large family and was a comfortable retreat after our busy days in Branson and Silver Dollar City. The littles loved the pools and playground and the older kids loved having their own hangout spot in the basement. Loved all the outdoor space as well for morning coffee overlooking Table Rock Lake. Beautiful, clean home with so many extras like the video game, shuffleboard, tvs with streaming services in all the rooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Each year our family plans a trip to share time together instead of gifts. Beth's Breakaway was perfect for our family and grandchildren. We appreciated how well stocked the home was with a great grill, kitchen supplies, coffee makers, towels, hair dryers, two full size refrigerators, and outside furniture. The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, chairs, and couches. It is centrally located, so we were able to do many activities easily. Beth called us personally and communicated excellently regarding any needs or questions we might have. We had tons of room to interact, and enough room to read a book if desired. Everyone agreed they would stay there again!

Wow! This property was just gorgeous. There was plenty of room for the kids and the adults! Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. All of the decorations in the house were also very cute. The location was great with easy access to the marina. We can’t wait to go back for our next family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 16 family members ranging from age 2 to 71 staying here for a week. We had more than enough space for everyone and olenty to keep all ages entertained. The accommodations were fantastic and view was amazing! The property manager was great to work with!

We have stayed in this area before and love the location. This house was as advertised except for fraying towels and worn out deck furniture. Our check-in time was delayed but the cleaning person was very accommodating and polite. We loved the Branson area.

Stayed 2 nights at this beautiful home for a basketball tournament in Branson. Large home that sleeps a lot of people. The beautiful views that you can sit outside and drink your coffee in the morning. Fully stocked with everything you need! Beth easy to work with and answers messages back immediately! Bachelorette weekend

We have stayed at this location several times… we love it! The indoor pool facilities are super nice, the privacy but short distance to attractions is perfect. This house is adorable and is laid out so everyone has their own space but can gather when you want to! The hosts were great! The only interaction even needed to have was to make them aware of an outdoor cushion that had blown away in a storm:) Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake is breathtaking! Location is great and you can get to all the Branson attractions quickly. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the house and had plenty of dishes, pots and pans.
