Good property just what we required.

Well designed house, sleeping 4 adults in two queen bedrooms and 4 children in bunk beds.
2 bathrooms and two sitting areas with tv, mini kitchen in smaller sitting area. Outside BBQ, well stocked kitchen and plenty of storage space. Location on edge of town, 20 minuttes walk, beautiful river walks from the doormin minute walk

Sundowners is the perfect place to stay in Margaret River. The hosts are perfect. They keep you well informed about Margaret River and their property is beautiful, clean and well kept. It's close to town so you can just walk in to town and enjoy. We are a family of 4 adults who love wine so it was a perfect place to go wine tasting. We enjoyed cooking every night (also using the BBQ) and tasting the wines that we had purchased from local wineries. You will love this property as we did.

My husband and I have been holidaying in Margaret River ever since we married 17 years ago. It's safe to say that we have stayed a few places over the years. Sundowners is by far our favourite place we have stayed and we plan to make it our regular winter vacation spot. The place was beautifully clean without having that bleach smell that makes you think what are they covering. There was an assortment of games and DVD. Plenty of space for our family of 5 which includes 3 energetic boys. And the the best thing of all was the location. 300 metres from the Barret Weir and the Beautiful walking trail. That was the highlight for my 7 year old walking through the Forrest and skipping rocks at the weir. Highly recommend.

The house suited our needs perfectly for our family weekend away to take part in the Margaret River Ultramarathon. It was centrally located and well equipped. I would recommend to others and stay there again.

The house was lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. The owners were most helpful with their directions to the property and with information in regards to the surrounding area.

This property offered everything you could of asked in a beautiful bush setting yet so close the main part of town. The owners were so helpful with all communication and offering wonderful ideas. My friend and I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Margaret River.

We had a great time at Sundowners. Great location close to shops but far enough away we could enjoy the sounds of the birds in the trees while relaxing on the balcony. Plenty of space in the property for our group, with a proper working kitchen and everything was clean. I'd highly recommend staying here

A fantastic holiday unit. Beautifully set up and maintained. Very convenient to the town but still a quiet leafy getaway. Communication and holiday tips from the host were very clear and helpful. Sundowners is a treat.

The accommodation was perfect. It was exactly as described and a home away from home. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need to make the stay very comfortable. Location was good and only a short leisurely walk from the main shopping area. Communication with the host was very prompt and made our stay very enjoyable. Many thanks David.

An amazing space to live in for the week.
Clean and peaceful with all that you need. Comfy beds and birds to greet you as you wake. Plus space for everyone to unwind after exploring for the day. Nature, swimming, caves, coast, amazing food. Just take your pick.

The house is located about 800 m from the main shopping strip in Margaret River and is comfortably appointed for a short stay.
The hosts provided good tips on our stay and communicated by message. The balconies were a nice feature that we did not use as it was winter but would be excellent for the warmer months.

2 mums and 3 teenagers had an extra long weekend. Accommodation was well thought out out. Easy walk into town for morning coffee, shopping or evening meal. If walking home after dark we did need to use our torches on phones which teenagers thought was great!!! If your kids/teenagers are 165cm tall we learnt this was the last time theyll agree to bunk beds. The 2 boys in particular needed more room. Thanks for having us Margaret River. Hope to be back soon

Location is ideal, the surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful. The property has everything you need along with little extras.

An excellently presented home in a peaceful location but only minutes from the centre of town.
Spotlessly clean with high quality fixtures and fittings the house is thoughtfully designed and decorated.
Communication with the owners is prompt and efficient.

Excellent property, well presented and maintained, super bedrooms, kitchen and a great BBQ deck. Fantastic location - quiet, unobtrusive on-site management, an easy walk into town via bushwalks or down a couple of streets. An excellent base for the town, and the region. Altogether a perfect spot for a relaxing break in Margaret River.

We loved our stay at Sundowners. We are three mature ladies on a weeks holiday to visit the Margaret River open studios. The house is well appointed, comfortable and was like a home away from home with plenty of space for us all. It is only a short walk into town but set amongst trees and close to the river and the bush. Watching the birds from the deck and the balcony after we relaxed after our day of exploring became a regular pleasure. It is a perfect mix of convenience and tranquility. We would not hesitate to come and stay there again and highly recommend it as a place to stay in Margaret River.
