部屋も綺麗に清掃されていました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフの対応が良かった。

The place is beautiful and breakfast was good the massage was good

The hotel staff knew that a Typhoon is coming but did not let us know. We spent 5 days in our room with no air conditioning and couldn't sleep at night because of the hit and humidity. Huge money for suffering. We were lucky to have a break and our flight was not canceled as most of the flights. Even we payed for a massage they didn't give us the option to use the spa for the day. So much money and can't use the spa

The facilities are really well kept and very clean. The food is sensational (in-room, the restaurants, especially Shiroux). The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

The facity and the room were amazing. I loved the view and the decor. It was very big compared to all the hotels in Japan. The service was the best we have seen in Japan and they are all good but this place is beyond excellent.

the best resort I ever stayed. staff of the hotel will make sure you are very comfortable. if you want something just ask and they make it happen. they even gave us a upgrade as the stay was a surprise for my partner as I proposed on the trip.

there was one small thing with breakfast: the waiting time for the one of the 2 breakfast restaurants was a bit long. but they keep you updated on your phone.

Good infrastructure, nice rooms, very good breakfast & excellent SPA.

Of course you should always respect the local culture of any country. But some of the rules in the hotel are difficult to understand. It is forbidden to show any kind of Tattoo at the Pool area. At Easter they were selling some kind of Donuts at a little Hawain Market and then prohibit to eat the Donuts at the pool (though you can order other food at the pool). And finally they remember you that you are only allowed to move your sun chair maximum 50cm and ask you to move it back otherwise. This lack of flexibility is not very customer orientated for international standards.

I like everything from the kindness and fondness of the very clean neat and beautiful facility. they clean the room twice a day... the staff are so attentive always have a smile on their face... I want to thank the sempai chef in aomi restaurant he us so cery kind. and also the breakfast buffet is superb. Thank you so much for making our vacation so memorable. till next time.
