The hosts were exceptionally courteous, the wifi was good, and the pool was sparkling clean. Bathroom water was hot. Good sanitisation available. Good perimeter security. Grass was cut. The microwave was new.

We booked in a panic because the beautiful place we were meant to stay in was gutted the night before by a fire.....and only heard that the day we arrived. So we had to make a new booking in a hurry. I was fooled by the word SWISS.....it says German precision, high standards, quality and class. What a disappointment. The rooms need to be gutted and all furnishings need to be replaced. If you are someone used to nice decor, numerous TV channels, comfy bed, no noise, filter coffee, Swiss muesli ...etc......then this place is not for you. The whole interior of the guesthouse is extremely dated....desperately in need of a facelift. Mouldy shower. This was sadly not home from home.We found a much nicer place for R400 less p/n, just down the road.
