good value. exceptional staff

Breakfast was terrific. The staff outstanding and accommodating. The garden and view of the volcano are lovely.

This hotel was wonderful place and very close to Central Park of antigua nice beds great breakfast also. If I have to go to Antigua Guatemala again definitely I will stay in hotel vista San Francisco

The only thing I didn’t like it because there is no air conditioning in the bedroom were was staying.

The beds were very comfortable, the garden was lovely and the breakfast was very delicious.

They could have included extra blankets in the closet, as it was a cold weekend.

The staff and location are good.

The windows don't have screens, so mosquitoes will be a problem. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. No parking options.

could use extraction in bathroom, see through bathroom door, other guests and bars nearby were quite noisy but usually only until midnight

José Raúl's customer service skills are outstanding. He is always kind, helpful and smiley. Breakfast varies every day and it is served in the garden if you prefer. The hotel is close to the centre but secluded enough for you to experience some peace and quiet. Close to small "tienditas", restaurants and churches with souvenirs sales if you don't want to walk to the centre.

The staff were super lovely and very accommodating! They have a great garden and the bed was super comfortable. It was clean and lovely!

Spacious room, good bed and breakfast.

We arrived 1.5 hour before check in and asked if we could relax in the common area in the garden inntil the room was ready. To our big suprise, we was not allowed to the common area before after check in time and had to come back later or sit in the dark reseption area. Bathroom smells awfull pissoar soap. The soap is hanging in the bathroom under the pipes. I had to put the pissoar soap in a plastic bag to get the smell away. Noisy between the rooms and common areas.

Location was good. Breakfast was good but the same both days.

The street door was kept locked. Entering and leaving required a staff member to open the door.

The Breakfast was a Desayuno Chapin. The Guatemalan staple. I loved it.

The only problem was the internet was not great in our room. We were at the end of the hall on the second floor. More importantly there was a light odor which came from the drains in the bathrooms.

The staff were excellent, let’s us store our bags & overall very helpful. Great free breakfast. Clean rooms and lovely hot shower.

WiFi was a little in an out and the room was a bit small for four people. Not major issues at all.

staff and location

the room we had was loud. located next to the lobby so we could hear absolutely everything. the window we HD in the room was in the Lobby and had a cord that was plugged into our room for a cooler that was in the lobby. there was no where to hang anything in our room. no where to hang a towel and even the tonier paper was just in a basket on the floor. the bathroom smelt terrible becuase they had used a urinal puck as an air freshener under the sink.
