The property and area is beautiful and convenient. The house was clean and kitchen equipped with almost everything you need to make a meal. The children enjoyed fishing off the deck and crabbing. They also enjoyed the ping pong table, foose table, and riding bikes. The beach is two blocks away and wonderful outdoor shower to wash away sand. I would stay here again and recommend this vacation house to others. The only thing to improve would be to replace the two queen mattresses upstairs. A fantastic location.

This property is lovely. The home is fully updated and extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you need and the amenities go above and beyond. Bikes, kayak, beach chairs, ping pong table, etc. A short walk to the beach, bike path, walking path, stores, and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for more!

This home was perfect for my boyfriend & I and the 7 teens we took. It was beautiful, and spacious & comfortable. They thought of everything! The bikes & beach chairs & wagon were a big plus! Close to everything. It was an amazing week. So grateful we could do it.

We had a great stay at Don and Felice's beach home. Pre-stay communication was prompt and informative. The home is well appointed, beautifully decorated and very clean. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, just a quick walk to the beach and a good variety of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back next summer!

We had a wonderful stay at Don and Felice’s home. It is in a great location on a canal with a short walk to the beach. Upon arrival the house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook and enjoy large family meals. The garage/game room was a favorite hangout for the adult children. Evenings sitting out by the canal are so restful after a fun day on the beach. Inside the home there is plenty of room for people spread out or gather around the table to play one of the many games supplied. All of the beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect week. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

The location is great for popping over to the beach and is convenient to many restaurants and shops. The house was well-appointed and is set up with plenty of room to spread out which is perfect if the weather is lousy or if you have a large group. We cooked many meals and found all of the items we needed were on hand. Overall, the owners have thought of everything to make the stay as enjoyable as possible, and as others have noted, are extremely welcoming and available to answer any questions that arise. An enjoyable week at a beautiful home.

The Don and Felice welcoming started shortly after our booking. The personal welcome call they made provided an opportunity for any newcomer to Fenwick to learn about Fenwick and ask any questions to help make your upcoming stay pleasure about. This was our first stay at Fenwick Island and we are now making it an annual trip. Loved the area, SO much quieter than OC yet just a 20 min drive to the boardwalk. The house was very cozy and clean and the amenities were great! We took the kayak out, had multiple days at the beach, and enjoyed the backyard/dock area. The host was very quick to respond to any requests/issues and you can tell the house was renovated and details were thought through (the separate ice machine was brilliant!!). You will not regret booking this place!

Amazing Family Stay
This was our third time staying at this home. The house is always impeccably clean and accommodated our two families very comfortably. Short walk to the beach and restaurants / shops. We had some relaxing evenings sitting on the deck or having coffee in the AM. Don is always kind and prompt. We already booked our next stay, and can’t wait to come back!

A 5 Star Vacation!
From the moment of check in to our last minutes of check out everything was simply amazing. The home that Don & Felice have created is just beautiful. Every room is furnished with a coastal vibe and extremely clean! The kitchen is a dream to cook and entertain in having every item a home cook could ask for. The short walk to the beach was very easy, but there is a parking permit in case you want to drive over. This was especially helpful for us since we have a special needs child and some elderly house guests. Don goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable even going as far as to send us an iron & ironing board! Now future guests have it to use! Don provides his guests with beach chairs, a large beach umbrella and even a wagon to transport it all to the beach. The entire Fenwick area is a dream. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset, wonderful dinners at great restaurants, bike riding, kayaking, relaxing on the deck, and plenty of family time. We loved it so much we have already booked our 2023 stay and we are counting down the weeks. You will NOT be disappointed at 503 Glenn Ave!

Lovely first visit to Fenwick Island
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this gem of a property. The house was just as described, full of amenities with an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Communication with the host was helpful and timely and check-in was very easy. Don helped us out with several recommendations as we were new to the area and we enjoyed them all. Hoping the weather cooperates a little better on our next visit but we definitely fell in love with Fenwick Island and can't wait to return.

Our Fenwick vacation with our grown daughters and families could not have been any more perfect! Don and Felice provide ample beach house accommodations that surpassed our expectations. The best kitchen, fully stocked with every utensil and type of pan. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Great water pressure in showers. Had everything you need for the beach including a wagon to get you there. Great spot on Assawoman Bay to go crabbing.

Home away from home
I have been coming to Fenwick for the last 33 years and we enjoy trying new properties. This was definitely one of the best. Very spacious, open-concept living with a perfect kitchen made it very easy for all 8 of us to be together without feeling cramped. Couches were very comfortable, showers were wonderful, the second fridge in the basement was a nice surprise, and the ice maker was a difference-maker for sure. Everything was like new and the entire house was very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean and spacious
I stayed here with a couple of other families and we loved our experience. We have been renting vacation homes for well over a decade and everyone agreed this was by far the nicest house to date. The house was so well-equipped, open and absolutely spotless. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet and tranquil. Don was so accommodating and responsive as well, which helped tremendously. I wouldn't hesitate to reserve this property again. Thanks for a great trip!

Family vacation
We had a great trip with our family. The house is very comfortable for our four families (our three daughters and families) and in a great location. We cooked in due to the four grandkids and the kitchen was awesome. Loveeee that island and enjoyed the sun room in the early Am with a cup of coffee.

Beautiful home and perfect location
Our trip to Fenwick was amazing. The Goodwin Getaway had something for everyone. The beach was convenient to get to, kayaking and crabbing right from our personal dock was awesome, and shopping and restaurants were accessible without having to travel through the congestion of OC. My teenage son loved the ping pong table in the basement, the dining room table was wonderful for playing games, and the kitchen had everything needed for easily cooking a group meal. The house was beautiful AND comfortable. It was the perfect setup for a family trip!

Excellent all the way around
This property is very special in so many respects. It is located directly on a canal leading to the Bay. The house itself is open and airy with a very modern kitchen. It is immaculate. Everything operates perfectly. The owner communicates very easily and offers assistance as is necessary. The neighbourhood is quiet and serene. It is merely a 5 minute walk to the very large beach. This is one of those special places where you simply do not want to leave. The nearby My Harvest restaurant is very very special.

House was recently renovated and has a fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of games and puzzles, and some neat toys for the kids. We enjoyed taking the kayak (provided) and stand-up paddleboard (ours) out on the canal. House is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and a quick drive to Ocean City restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and texted during the stay to make sure we were able to find everything we needed.

Beautiful gem on the canal
Everything was wonderful. Long story short, the house was immaculate. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. We loved cooking in the large kitchen, still being with everyone with the open layout. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms were modern and clean (with great water pressure).
Being on the water was so refreshing, even in the winter time. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the shoreline was so peaceful. We were 2 blocks from the DE/MD border so a quick trip to the OCMD boardwalk was so much fun. Our family is definitely keeping this place in mind for the next family vacation.

Love this property!!Amenities all as described. The owners thought of everything to make our stay pleasant & easy for beach outings! Clean, airy & fresh feeling, comfortable beds, outdoor table and grill. Here during Covid; everyone could continue school/work online. We enjoyed cooking meals together in the beautiful, well equipped kitchen & lovely central hang out! You could also find your own sanctuary on the front deck facing the inlet or back, & lower decks by the canal, providing a waterfront property feeling! One of my favorite places was to read on a comfortable couch in the sunny room by the deck doors. A 5 minute walk to the beach for amazing sunrises and out the front door for sunsets! Owners only a text away for any questions. Truly can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous house with everything needed for comfort and relaxation.
The property was clean and well appointed. Each bedroom was comfortable and the bathrooms were all updated. The house was fully remodeled a few years ago and it shows. It is a short two block walk to the beach with a traffic light at Coastal Highway for safe crossing. You truly have all of the comforts of home at this house with great communication with the owners.

We had our family of 4 plus grandparents stay was great everything you needed was supplied chairs beach cart hosts appointed the property very well. 5 bedrooms meant we had ample sleeping space for multiple children with different sleep schedules to have their own space. Beautiful outdoor spaces.

What a lovely location to stay at. Within a 5 minute walk to the beach located on a quiet canal. We all enjoyed our stay at this wonderful location. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen, there was nothing that was lacking while we prepared our meals. The beds were very comfortable. All of our needs were met. The wagon for carrying all our beach paraphernalia was fantastic, along with all the chairs supplied and umbrellas. The kayak was great for paddling the canals and heading out on the bay. Even a rain afternoon was taken care of with the ping pong table in the lower level. Plenty of space with two refrigerators for all of our needs. Don was very helpful with check in, and the code for the door made it very convenient for everyone traveling with us to have access. We had very few questions but it was nice to know that Don was available if we did have any concerns.

We were super impressed with everything about our experience. The landlord is amazing! Very clear and responsive. Nothing is missed in the house; besides all the items listed on the site, there is a large lockable storage room under the house that also contains a second refrigerator, ping pong table and printer. There are two sitting rooms off the kitchen and a front and back porch, which means you can always find a shaded place to sit outside. The kitchen is well stocked - it even has a standalone ice maker. We could not have been more pleased and can't wait to come back next summer!

Perfection
We are obsessed with this house and the location. The house was impeccably clean upon our arrival. The decoration is updated and gives a light and airy feeling to the house. The kitchen was our central hangout spot and it was plenty big and stocked with everything you need to cook with. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also finished nicely and mattresses were comfortable. The neighborhood was great for walks and seeing the sunset! Neighbors were all super friendly and it was an easy walk to the beach. The backyard tops it off with the canal there to sit next to and give you that beachy feel! Also good for kayaking and crabbing if you choose. Don was amazing as well. Responded so quickly with any questions I may have had and was a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait to go back!!😀�

Beautiful, newly renovated home in a great area. Right on the water with lots of great activities (biking, kayaking, beach). House is clean, new, extremely comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is wonderful and good for cooking. Host was incredibly nice and welcoming - made the trip great. Can’t wait to go back. A real gem.
