Plenty of parking. Hidden from view by others. Great sleeping accommodations and close to all amenities

Our company was up on a work trip and Bryan was able to accommodate our larger crew. The house has everything you need to cook meals and is well kept. We would definitely stay again if we return to this area.

The log cabin was very nice. We had no problems there at all. It was very clean and well kept. We were able to cook meals, and everything we needed was supplied. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. There is direct access to Moosehead lake and the snowmobile trails. Definitely would recommend!

The pictures online do not do this place justice. It is open and beautiful! It is fully stocked with items you need to feel at home away from home. It is secluded and private but only minutes to town. With direct access to the ATV trails we were able to enjoy more time as a family. The owners are great and very responsive.

This property was everything we expected - from the moment we walked we felt right at home. It is private yet close to everything - the lake, restaurants, ATV trails & activities for families. The three bedrooms were large and well appointed as was the rest of the cabin with plenty of elbow room inside and out. Bryan & Kim thanks for sharing your cabin it was the icing on the cake for a very relaxing stay.

We had plenty of space for kids and adults with a large dining table, huge deck to grill and hang out, large bedrooms and bathrooms, plentiful supplies for cooking and some toys, puzzles and games for kids. No lake access, but we knew that going in so it was no issue for us. Quick response from hosts for the questions we had while there. I highly recommend this as a great place for a large group of family or friends with easy access to town.

This was a well organized place that had so many great features for a comfortable vacation. Close to town, close to the lake, and still felt very secluded and private which we were looking for. The owners gave very clear instructions for use and communication was excellent. Thank you for a great stay. We’ll recommend this rental to all.

some friends and i spent a few days exploring the atv trails in the area. this place was the perfect combination of set back in the woods so you for privacy but a quick ride to town to fuel up before we headed out for the day. its not a big fancy lake house but the open kitchen/ dining area provided plenty of space for 6 of us to be comfortable playing games and eating. the bathrooms were decent with enough hot water to support back to back showers. although i have slept on more comfortable beds in the past the bedrooms were on the larger size with plenty of space to park a couple suitcases out of the way and still have a functional room. all in all it was a great place and the trip went amazing

There were 5 adults Andxwe throughly enjoyed our stay at Camp Moosehead! The cabin was clean and cozy. Close to town yet secluded enough to enjoy an evening campfire. Kitchen had everything needed to cook big meals, beds were comfy. We all agreed it was a great stay.

Our group of 7 all had a great stay at this house with direct access to the trail, down a dead-end road to the lake. Please note no ice - no access, but our conditions were perfect. The access is only 1000ft from the marked ice stakes. The trails were flat with great loops from this location. The house has great parking with more than enough room for our 2 trucks and four-place trailers. Clean, roomy and overall very nice!

Close to town and sights

This property was located near the Appalachian Trail, which was our reason for staying. It was quiet and private and the living area was quite spacious.

This is my third year staying at this property. It’s close to town, yet quiet and off the main road. I go atv trips and this is the perfect location. Huge amount of parking, plenty of places to sleep and has direct access to atv friendly roads. Looking forward to next year as I plan to book again. Thank you.

Perfect house for all 7 of us to stay for the week, the house was clean and the host is very attentive, will definitely be back !

As as a family of four with two young kids this was outstanding. A bedroom with bunks for the kids, plenty of games and a master for the rents there was plenty of room + 2 bathrooms. The cabin was immaculate and location in the woods yet only minutes from town. Owner was responsive and very helpful. I’m glad we found this place and I would highly recommend.

The place was perfect for my family to spend some time together and to celebrate my grandsons’s 10th birthday.?My mom who lives in Shirley was able to visit with her great children who she hasn’t seen in a few years. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and talked about doing it again.

We were a group of five women away for a hiking weekend and chose Moosetales as our central place to stay. It was perfect for us! The house was in a private setting yet close to everything. Plenty of space and comfy beds. The house was spotless! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and drinking coffee to start our day. We loved it! Would definitely rent again!

The house was beautiful and rustic with all the amenities you would want in a rental home. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and some food to get you started if you forgot something. We had a great time and would definitely stay again for our next visit to Maine.

House was nice. Beds comfortable. Great to be able leave right from the house to go four wheeling and the location is nice being close to town. We spent one day at Lilly state park. Had a great time in the evening talking around the fire pit and seeing all the fire flies. All Was great but could use some non stick pa s for eggs in the am! 😉

We really enjoyed our time at Camp Moose Tales. There was plenty of space for everyone, thanks to ample beds and two bathrooms. The cabin is a quick ride to downtown and we spent a lot of time at the Junction swimming. Overall, would definitely book Camp Moose Tales again when we return to Greenville.

The cabin has everything you need. Everything is just as advertised. Close to town but very secluded feel to it. Really enjoyed our stay. And having no satellite tv really let’s you get away from it all and relax. Can’t wait too come back

This "cabin" was even more beautiful in person. It was large, clean, and having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus for the amount of people we had staying there. The entire experience of staying in Mooshead, renting the cabin, etc. went smoothly and was wonderful. We are definitely planning on going back again for a winter experience!
