The design and decor of the home was immaculate. Brand new and very clean in a great location.

The property was very well equipped for our entire family ranging from 3-84 years of age, along with our dog. It was perfect because it had a pool, and was close to the beach. It was also biking/walking distance to the boardwalk. For those that wanted to shop there were plenty of outlet stores close by.

This house is truly beautiful and easily accommodates large groups. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was wonderful for little kids, and the ocean is just down the street. Marcia is a great owner, and the reservation and check-in process is very capably managed by Jordan who was extremely responsive and professional. Cannot recommend this house highly enough.

We had our extended family stay here as a transition from 20+ years in the Outer Banks. One of the only houses with a pool to accommodate our group in the area. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean, equipped, even had some of the items we as guests needed to provide there as well. There were two washer dryers to keep the clean suit and towels coming too which was nice to keep up with the 8 kids we had!! It was close to Dewey and Rehoboth which made it nice for variety of boardwalk activities and dinners. The pool was incredible for the kids, clean and such a great thing to have. Thanks to Marcia and Rich for welcoming us to their home- we’ll 100% be back!!

My family and extended family had a wonderful week in this large, spacious North Dewey Beach home. From cleanliness to decor, it was a beautiful home top to bottom. The large open gourmet kitchen, living and dining area on the main floor was perfect for our large family gatherings. The pool was a bonus for the after beach afternoons. The property was in a great location and only 2 short blocks to the beach and also next door to a lovely fresh market. The owner was very responsive to any questions and issues we had and took care of it immediately. It really was a perfect home for our holiday week!

Beautiful large Dewey Beach home! Perfect set up with open kitchen, lots of space to spread out. Short 2 1/2 blocks to beach and across from Fifer’s market. Pool was perfect for after beach and littles. Favorite was huge dining room table that lets us enjoy fabulous family dinners together! Had a few bumps that were addressed and construction noise next door, but didn’t deter us from a great week!

We all enjoyed our week at this home. It was beautiful and comfortably fit all of us. There was an issue with the hot water on the third floor which the owner and property manager worked diligently to correct.

We stayed here with the WHOLE family…we loved that the big dining table brought us together at night, but that there was also lots of space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves during the day! The beach was a couple of short blocks away…and we easily strolled into Dewey and made the short trip into Rehoboth several times. We’d happily come back!

Summer Family Vacation
The property was very clean and neat. It accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 children, though the dining area was a little small. It is short walk to the beach, close to Rehoboth, and a beautiful area of the shore. The pool is terrific. The sitting areas within the pool were perfect for the little ones to play and the pool and area around the pool were perfect.

Paradise in Dewey
This property is charming and gives you that boutique experience, while offering plenty of space for a large family. Loved the decor and style. We utilized the pool everyday on vacation. Walking distance to the beach and quick 3 minute car ride to downtown Rehoboth. Enjoyed our stay very much and the communication was amazing with the property manager. No question went unanswered for more than a couple of hours.

Family Vacation
The property is as listed. The pool area is fabulous ! Also the cottage Was perfect as we had a large group and the separate space allowed little ones to sleep undisturbed for naps and early bedtimes. My adult children loved the main house. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the rental agent was wonderful. We didn't have any major issues, but she helped us with a couple requests. We had family driving from NYC, Philly and Wash Dc. Dewey/Rehoboth is just about the same distance from each of those cities. My only less than perfect comment is that the kitchen/ eating area is fairly small. When cooking for a large group you need more space and equipment. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

Perfect Place for Family
We had a GREAT stay at this poperty. We had "3" generations staying at this property for a wedding on New Years Eve. We had the space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We also brought our "2" Westies. The property is located in a nice neighborhood several blocks from the beach and we would take the dogs for a 3 mile walk every morning. We would stay here again!

Great Property
My group of friends were in Dewey Beach for a wedding. This house had everything we couldn’t wanted. The pool and the outdoor patio area were perfect for relaxing when we weren’t busy with wedding festivities. The house was located within walking distance of the bars and restaurants on the Dewey strip. Communication with the owner was fast whenever a question came up. Couldn’t recommend this home more!

Beautiful home near the beach
A great location a few blocks from the beach and spacious enough for 8 friends, two kiddos, and a dog. The heated pool was the best perk and we loved the central location between Dewey and Rehoboth.

Beautiful home with brand new pool
We had a family reunion with all our kids and grandkids, 10 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all. Great dining table that fit the whole family. The best part was the pool especially since the temperature and humidity were both in the 90’s. The heat made the 2 block walk to the beach tougher but normally it would have been fine. We hardly noticed the traffic noise and having the farmers market so close was a real plus. Great breakfast sandwiches!
The beds were very comfortable, quiet at night. The water pressure was great and the kitchen was well stocked in the main house. The back cottage was an oasis for my husband and I and my sister and her husband. Not we’ll stocked but we bought dishes over from the main house.
For the price of the rental I do feel they could have supplied sheets, towels and a few basics like toilet paper and soap. But with that said, I still would definitely rent here again. You can’t find a nicer designed pool area.

Fine but overpriced for the location
This rental is overpriced. This house did not look in person as it did in the photos. The photos made it look much more spacious and updated than it is. It's an older home, and it's comfortable, but the kitchens (cottage and main house) are quite small, not very well equipped--what cookware and utensils are there are cheap. The bathrooms are small and old. The furniture was quite dirty. That said, the house is charming, the pool is nice, the walk to the beach is short, and the property manager was very responsive. If you don't mind being right next to Fifer's, which has great sandwiches, and right by Rte. 1, you might find it worth the money. We've been renting in the area every summer for 20 years and this was the most overpriced place we've ever had.

Very comfortable home with updated furnishings. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Having Fifer’s farm stand next door was a real plus. New pool was also a big plus.

Amazing property
The property is perfect for a large family to spread out. Everything is beautifully updated and comfortable with all the comforts of home. We especially loved the pool area and spent lots of time there. The owner and property manager were readily available and easy to work with. It's by far our favorite Dewey beach rental we've ever stayed in!

Perfect for multi-generational family beach trip
The main home and guest house were perfect for our group of 10. The pool is fantastic. The location is an easy walk to the beach and to Rehoboth. Loved the quiet, family neighborhood. The house is close to Rt. 1, but noise was not an issue for us. Great 4th of July week!

Lovely home, great location, everything was as promised.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The new pool area was even nicer than expected. The only drawback was the gate latch to the pool area was difficult to maneuver. Fifer's Farm Market across the street was a real bonus - try the apple cider donuts.

Very homey and comfortable stay by the beach.
We stayed for a quick winter getaway. The house was very cozy and warm. It's decorated and furnished with character and care, not generic in any way. We really felt at home. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Outdoor grill worked great. Plenty of very nice bathrooms. The proximity to a large road didn't detract, at least in the winter time with windows closed. Lovely, welcoming porch, though we did not use it in the cold. The beach is a five minute walk and very pretty. Rehoboth is within easy walking distance on the beach or by the street, but the immediate neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely come back, next time with some friends. Plenty of room for two families. Beautiful place!

We were beyond thrilled with our stay at Rehoboth by the Sea! The property was perfect for our group and absolutely lived up to and exceeded all of our expectations. The home was a jewel! Although this is an old home, the inside is beautifully decorated and maintained and the layout of bedrooms/bathrooms is great....very comfortable to share with multiple families.

A Great Vacation Spot!
We found this rental at the very last minute and the rental agent, Jordan, was very easy to work with. The house is 2 blocks from the beach and with 4 children and a dog, the location made it very easy to go back and forth several times throughout the day. The house was clean, well-maintained, beautifully decorated and had most things that we needed to be comfortable. The screened porch was perfect when it was raining. Beach chairs were provided. Fifer's Farmer's Market is across the street which made it super simple for groceries, breakfast and lunch!
Although we went during the Covid Pandemic, we still felt safe at the the beach. Groups socially distanced on the beach and by the water. The neighborhood streets were safe for walking, however, we didn't walk through town. As we drove through downtown Dewey, we didn't feel that masks or social distancing were being observed. The Rehoboth boardwalk felt safe during non-peak hours.
Overall, our vacation home was wonderful. Our family had a great time and would stay again!

Beautiful house!
This rental was perfect! Both the main house and the cottage were so charming, clean, and beautifully decorated! For part of the week there was 15 family members and a dog staying there and there was more than enough space! The kitchen came with all the needed amenities which was great as we made dinners there most nights due to the pandemic. It was also only a couple blocks from the beach which was a definite plus!! Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Family Getaway
Our family met in Rehoboth for the week of Thanksgiving, and this house was perfect for us (4 + doggie). It is very charming, and nicely decorated, any very clean! There is a screened porch in front, and our dog spent a lot of time sleeping there. The house is located two blocks from the beach (nice even in November), and is very centrally located to restaurants and shopping, and near hiking trails too. We did all of that, but spent lots of time in the house to.
The property manager was easy to work with, and was very helpful when we arrived. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
It was a perfect place for us to get together for the holiday, and we highly recommend booking this house any time of the year!

Fabulous girls' getaway!
I was super lucky to find Marcia's property when my bachelorette group had to make a whole new plan in one day due to Hurricane Dorian. Thankfully she was very quick to respond and get us set up! The house was very conducive to having quality time together with the great living room, big dining table and open bedroom layout upstairs.
